Abstract
The invention discloses a skin-friendly fabric for children garments, which comprises a flax fiber layer, a protective layer, a breathable layer, a polyester fiber layer, a chitosan fiber layer and a skin-friendly layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the skin-friendly layer is woven by yarns, and the yarns are formed by blending silk cotton fibers and American Pima longistyle cotton fibers. The invention also discloses a preparation process of the fabric, which comprises the steps of respectively blending the silk cotton fibers and the American Pima longissima cotton fibers into warp yarns and weft yarns; loosening the warp yarns and the weft yarns obtained in the step S1 by adopting Swiss SSM equipment; processing the yarns loosened in the step S2; and weaving the warp yarns and the weft yarns processed in the step S3 into the skin-friendly layer fabric by taking a plain weave as a fabric weave. The skin-friendly fabric for the children garments, which is produced by the invention, is made of a skin-friendly fiber material, and has good air permeability and good antibacterial capability after antibacterial treatment and padding treatment; and the impregnating solution infiltrated on the yarns can be effectively removed during yarn treatment, so that the quality of the yarns is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin-friendly fabric for children garments.
Background
With the development of prevention and treatment technology and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the demands of people on textile clothes and fabrics are gradually developed to the personalized and differentiated directions not only on the quality and the grade, but also the fabrics are developed to the concepts of comfort, beauty, fashion and the like at present from the original wind shielding, rain shielding and heat preservation. Especially, for fabrics used for children clothes, diversification is needed, children can live and move, external fresh things can be continuously known and accepted, and a large amount of sweat can be produced by the children during movement. The clothes are taken as wearing articles which are necessary for daily living of people, requirements of softness, fineness, close fitting, heat preservation and the like are often important factors selected by consumers, however, with the increasing improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on mildew resistance and antibacterial performance of the clothes are higher and higher, children are taken as groups with more movement and less stillness, the clothes which are worn are often stained due to activities such as playing, beating and the like, the anti-staining and antibacterial capabilities of the children are also often considered by parents, however, most of the current fabrics for children are required to be cotton and good in heat preservation effect, and the children are not usually used to wearing a plurality of clothes (the phenomenon of overstock and constraint is strong), so that the operation space of coating modification treatment of the fabrics for children is limited to a certain degree, and the clothes which are modified by coating are not skin-friendly, not warm-keeping or not soft enough. Therefore, how to produce and prepare the antibacterial skin-friendly fabric for children clothes is a problem to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the skin-friendly fabric for the children clothes, which is made of the skin-friendly fiber material and has good air permeability and good antibacterial capability after antibacterial treatment and padding treatment; and the impregnating solution infiltrated on the yarns can be effectively removed during yarn treatment, so that the quality of the yarns is ensured.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a skin-friendly fabric for children's garments, which comprises a flax fiber layer, a protective layer, a breathable layer, a polyester fiber layer, a chitosan fiber layer and a skin-friendly layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the skin-friendly layer is woven by adopting yarns, and the yarns are formed by blending silk cotton fibers and American Pima longissima cotton fibers;
the four layers of the protective layer, the breathable layer, the polyester fiber layer and the chitosan fiber layer have different textures, and the textures of the upper layer and the lower layer which are adjacent are arranged at a certain angle; the angle is between 15 DEG and 90 deg. The layer closest to the skin of the children is formed by blending silk cotton fibers containing skin-friendly fiber components and cotton fibers, and the skin-friendly property is good. Each fabric layer on the skin-friendly layer is arranged in a grain-crossing manner, so that the strength and durability of the whole fabric are enhanced, the using condition of the children clothes is also met, and the service life of the children clothes made of the fabric is prolonged.
The further technical proposal is that the air permeable layer is woven by bamboo fiber yarns; the protective layer is a gauze layer; the thickness of the skin-friendly layer is between 80 and 220 mu m.
The further technical proposal is that the long stapled cotton fiber of the United states Pi Ma is the American Pima long stapled cotton fiber with A-grade micronaire value; the weight ratio of the silk cotton fiber to the American Pima longissima cotton fiber is 2:8-6:4.
The invention also provides a technical scheme that the process for preparing the skin-friendly fabric for children garments comprises the following process steps in sequence:
s1: respectively blending silk cotton fibers and American Pima longissima cotton fibers into warp yarns and weft yarns;
s2: loosening the warp yarns and the weft yarns obtained in the step S1 by adopting Swiss SSM equipment;
s3: processing the yarns loosened in the step S2;
s4: weaving the warp yarns and the weft yarns processed in the step S3 into a skin-friendly layer fabric by taking a plain weave as a fabric weave;
in the step S1, the weight ratio of the silk cotton fibers to the American Pima longissima cotton fibers in the warp yarns is 2:8; the weight ratio of the silk cotton fibers to the American Pima longissima cotton fibers in the weft yarns is 6:4; in the step S2, the yarn density of the loose yarn is 0.37-0.42 g/cubic centimeter, and the weight of the yarn is 0.9-1.1 kg/piece;

Each fabric layer on the skin-friendly layer is arranged in a crossed manner, so that the strength and durability of the whole fabric are enhanced, the use condition of the children clothes is also met, and the service life of the children clothes made of the fabric is prolonged.
Since the surface of the yarn subjected to the antibacterial treatment or the padding treatment is adhered with the impregnating solution (namely, the antibacterial treatment solution or the padding treatment solution), if the surface cannot be removed completely, the quality of the yarn is affected, various problems are caused, and the quality of the fabric is finally affected. The removing mechanism provided by the invention can more thoroughly remove the impregnating solution adhered to the surface of the yarn, and the quality of the yarn is improved.
