The method and apparatus for paint film removal of an article of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
According to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, a method for paint film cleaning of an article comprises:
s1, spraying a high-pressure solution onto an object, and cutting and damaging a paint film of the object;
and S2, stripping the cut and damaged paint film from the object.
When the device is used, an object to be processed is placed at a designated position, then high-pressure solution is sprayed onto the object through a nozzle or other spraying structures, the surface structure of a paint film of the object is cut and damaged through the high-pressure solution, and then the cut and damaged paint film is peeled off from the object in a high-pressure water impact or oscillation peeling mode and the like. And then the water jet cutting of the paint film of the object is realized through high-pressure solution, the damage to the surface structure of the paint film of the object is realized, and countless cracks are formed on the surface of the paint film, so that the original continuous compact smooth characteristic is damaged, the paint film can be more easily stripped from the hanger, the high-temperature heating or die extrusion and other treatments on the object are not needed, and the hanger can be effectively prevented from deforming.

Compared with the method of removing the paint film by using the chemical reagent in the related technology, the method has the advantages that the paint film of the object can be cut only by using high-pressure water, and then the paint film can be peeled from the object by using methods such as high-pressure water column impact or vibration impact, the chemical reagent is not needed, the pollution to the environment is avoided, and the threat to the body health of workers can be effectively avoided. Compare the use high temperature among the correlation technique and burn and get rid of the paint film, this embodiment need not to burn the heating to the article, can effectually avoid high temperature to make the condition of article deformation appear, and can not produce waste gas, has avoided causing the pollution to the environment. Compared with the method for removing the paint film by stamping through a die in the related technology, the method for removing the paint film by the stamping through the high-pressure solution firstly damages the paint film structure, and countless cracks are formed on the surface of the paint film, so that the original continuous, compact and smooth characteristic is damaged, the paint film can be peeled without strong impact, and the deformation of an object is avoided. And for the paint film with larger film thickness, the high-pressure solution can carry out rapid cutting treatment on the paint film, so that the paint film structure is damaged, and the paint film thickness can not influence the peeling of the paint film.
According to the paint film cleaning method, the paint film of the object can be cut by high-pressure dissolving solutions such as the high-pressure acid solution or the high-pressure alkali solution, so that the high-pressure dissolving solutions can cut the paint film to damage the surface structure of the paint film, the dissolving solutions can further accelerate the damage to the surface structure of the paint film, and the peeling speed of the paint film is further increased. And the object does not need to be subjected to high-temperature treatment or extrusion treatment, so that the object can be effectively prevented from deforming.
In particular, in the embodiments of the present application, the high pressure solution may also be any other suitable solution.
Specifically, the object in the present application is, for example, a spray coating hanger. It should be understood that the article may be any other suitable structural member requiring removal of a paint film.
In one embodiment of the present application, a high pressure solution is sprayed onto an article to effect a cutting damage to a surface structure of a paint film of the article, comprising: and spraying water onto the object through the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying assembly to perform water jet cutting on a paint film of the object. When the hanger is used, high-pressure water is sprayed onto an object through the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying assembly, such as a nozzle, so that water jet cutting of a paint film of the object through high-pressure water is realized, the surface structure of the paint film can be effectively damaged, countless cracks are formed on the surface of the paint film, the original continuous, compact and smooth characteristics are damaged, the paint film can be more easily stripped from the hanger, the operation that the object is easily deformed, such as high-temperature burning or die stamping, is not needed for the object, and the hanger can be effectively prevented from being deformed.
In one embodiment of the present application, water is jetted onto an article by an ultra-high pressure water jet jetting assembly to water jet cut a paint film of the article, comprising: controlling one or both of the ultrahigh-pressure water jet injection assembly and the object to move according to a preset track. When the device is used, the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying assembly sprays high-pressure water, and meanwhile, the high-pressure water jet spraying structure or the object moves according to a preset track, so that the high-pressure water sprayed by the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying assembly and a paint film on the object move relatively, the high-pressure water can perform comprehensive water jet cutting treatment on the paint film on the object, the surface structure of the paint film of the object can be comprehensively damaged, the paint film on the object can be completely stripped, and the situation that a local paint film is difficult to strip is avoided.
The ultrahigh-pressure water jet injection assembly and the object can move according to a preset track simultaneously, so that the high-pressure water flow and a paint film of the object move relatively, and the high-pressure water flow can comprehensively cut the paint film on the object.
In one embodiment of the application, the nozzle of the ultra-high pressure water jet spray assembly has a bore diameter of 0.15 to 0.8mm. When the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying device is used, one or more spraying groups with the calibers of 0.15 to 0.8mm are selected to form the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying assembly, high-pressure water flow is sprayed onto a paint film of an object through the nozzle, and the diameter of the water flow sprayed by the nozzle is 0.15 to 0.8mm of fine water flow, so that the paint film can be cut by the diameter of the water flow sprayed by the nozzle, and the diameter of the water flow sprayed by the nozzle is prevented from being too large.
In the embodiment of the present application, the water pressure of the water injected from the ultra-high pressure water jet injection assembly is 200 to 350Mpa. When the water jet device is used, the water pressure of water sprayed by a nozzle of the ultrahigh-pressure water jet spraying assembly is controlled to be kept between 200 and 350MPa, the diameter of the water flow sprayed by the nozzle is 0.15 to 0.8mm of fine water flow, and the water pressure reaches 200 to 350MPa, so that the water flow sprayed by the nozzle has the capability of cutting and damaging the surface structure of a paint film, the paint film of an object can be effectively cut and damaged, the paint film with large film thickness can be quickly cut, and the treatment efficiency of the paint film is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the bore of the nozzle of the ultra-high pressure water jet injection assembly is, for example, 0.25mm, and the water pressure of the water ejected from the ultra-high pressure water jet injection assembly is, for example, 250Mpa. It should be understood that the nozzle of the ultra-high pressure water jet assembly may have any suitable bore size and the water pressure of the water emitted by the ultra-high pressure water jet assembly may have any other suitable value.
In an embodiment of the present application, the nozzle of the ultra-high pressure water jet spray assembly is located at a distance of, for example, 5 to 30mm from the object. When the paint film cutting device is used, the distance between the nozzle of the ultrahigh pressure water jet injection assembly and an object can be adjusted between 5mm and 30mm according to actual conditions such as actual paint film thickness, so that high pressure water jetted by the nozzle of the ultrahigh pressure water jet injection assembly can quickly cut a paint film, and the structure of the object cannot be damaged. It should be understood, however, that the nozzle of the ultra-high pressure water jet spray assembly may be any other suitable length from the object.
In the embodiment of the application, the flow rate of the nozzle of the ultrahigh pressure water jet spray assembly is, for example, 2 to 5L/min, and the flow rate of the nozzle of the ultrahigh pressure water jet spray assembly can be adjusted according to actual requirements. It should be understood that the flow rate of the nozzle of the ultra-high pressure water jet spray assembly may be any other suitable value.
In the embodiment of the application, the speed of water jet cutting of the paint film by the ultra-high pressure water jet spraying assembly is 1000-4000 mm/min, and the water jet cutting speed of the ultra-high pressure water jet spraying assembly can be adjusted according to actual conditions such as the thickness of the paint film, so that the ultra-high pressure water jet spraying assembly can not damage an object while cutting and damaging the paint film. It should be understood, however, that the ultra-high pressure water jet assembly may be used to waterjet cut paint films at any other suitable rate.
In one embodiment of the present application, the step of cleaning the cut-damaged paint film from the article comprises: the high-pressure solution column sprayed out by the high-pressure spraying assembly impacts the paint film of the object, so that the paint film is stripped from the object.
When the water jet cutting device is used, the water jet cutting treatment is firstly carried out on the paint film of an object by using high-pressure water, so that the surface structure of the paint film of the object is damaged. And then spraying a high-pressure solution column to the paint film subjected to the water jet cutting treatment through a high-pressure spraying assembly, wherein the high-pressure solution column impacts the paint film to enable the paint film to be stripped from the object.
Specifically, the high-pressure solution column can be a high-pressure water column, namely the high-pressure water column is sprayed out through the high-pressure spraying assembly, so that the high-pressure water column impacts a paint film subjected to water jet cutting treatment, and the paint film is peeled from an object. And high-pressure water is used from the cutting damage of the paint film to the impact stripping of the paint film, so that chemical reagents such as dissolving liquid are avoided being used, the pollution to the environment is avoided, high-temperature heating and mould impact on the object are not needed, the object can be effectively prevented from deforming, and the pollution to the environment caused by polluted gas generated by high-temperature burning can be avoided. It should be understood that the high pressure solution column may also be an acidic or basic solution, so that the solution itself may accelerate the peeling of the paint film while the high pressure solution column impacts the paint film, thereby increasing the peeling speed of the paint film.

When the device is used, one or more nozzles with the calibers of 0.8 to 1.6mm are selected to form a high-pressure spraying assembly, so that water flow sprayed to a paint film through the nozzles is water columns with the diameter of 0.8 to 1.6mm, the paint film can be impacted, the paint film is peeled off from an object, and the phenomenon that the impact effect cannot be achieved due to the fact that the diameter of the water flow sprayed from the nozzles is too small is avoided.
In the embodiments of the present application, the pressure of the solution sprayed from the high pressure spray assembly is 100 to 200Mpa. When the high-pressure spraying assembly is used, the pressure of the solution sprayed out of the nozzles of the high-pressure spraying assembly is kept between 100 and 200MPa, and the solution sprayed out of the nozzles mainly impacts a paint film, so that the pressure of the solution sprayed out of the nozzles is not too high, and the paint film subjected to cutting treatment can be peeled from an object.
In embodiments of the present application, the orifice of the nozzle of the high pressure jetting assembly can be any other suitable size. The pressure of the solution sprayed from the nozzles of the high pressure spray assembly may be any other suitable magnitude.
In one embodiment of the present application, the distance between the nozzle of the high pressure jetting assembly and the object is, for example, 50 to 100mm. When the paint film peeling machine is used, the distance between the nozzle of the high-pressure spraying assembly and an object can be adjusted between 50 mm and 100mm according to actual conditions such as actual paint film thickness, and high-pressure water sprayed by the nozzle of the high-pressure spraying assembly can impact the paint film quickly, so that the paint film is peeled. It should be appreciated that the distance between the nozzle of the high pressure jetting assembly and the object may be any other suitable length.
In the embodiment of the present application, the flow rate of the nozzles of the high-pressure injection assembly is, for example, 20 to 30L/min, and the flow rate of the nozzles of the high-pressure injection assembly can be adjusted according to actual requirements. It should be appreciated, however, that the flow rate of the nozzles of the high pressure jetting assembly can be any other suitable value.
In the embodiment of the application, the speed of the high-pressure spraying component impacting the paint film is 4000 to 8000mm/min, for example, and the impact speed of the high-pressure spraying component can be adjusted according to the actual conditions such as the thickness of the paint film, so that the high-pressure spraying component can impact the paint film comprehensively. It should be understood that the high pressure spray assembly can impact the paint film at any other suitable rate.
The paint film cleaning device for the object according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the application, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 8, comprises a workbench 1 and an ultrahigh pressure water jet injection assembly 3, wherein the ultrahigh pressure water jet injection assembly 3 is mounted on the workbench 1, and the ultrahigh pressure water jet injection assembly 3 is used for performing high pressure water jet cutting on the object.
