In some signboards, for example, where the film is extremely tacky and the sign face is thick, the punch tube assembly 22 can be forcibly removed by directing a short downward distance of high pressure jet. Through above special scientific design for this device adaptability is stronger, can adapt to the denoter of different thickness, the operation demand of cleaing away respectively of different gluey nature reflective membrane.

For example, some signboards are single-sided and thin, and in order to prevent the high-voltage object from deforming the surface of the signboard, the surface of the signboard is punched to be concave, the medium-voltage gun 221 can be used for medium-voltage spraying, and the high-voltage spraying is relatively softer on the premise of ensuring the cleaning effect. In some signboards, for example, which have a very strong film adhesion and a thick signboard face, the high-pressure gun 222 alone can be used to perform high-pressure spraying and strong cleaning. Even if the medium pressure gun 221 and the high pressure gun 222 can be simultaneously turned on, the injection force is larger. More importantly, the angles of the nozzles of the medium-pressure gun 221 and the high-pressure gun 222 are adjustable, the medium-pressure gun 221 can be used for performing secondary injection compensation on the high-pressure gun 222, for example, the films of some signboards have extremely strong viscosity, the high-pressure gun 222 can be used for removing and crushing the originally adhered films and colloids, and then the medium-pressure gun 221 is used for further flushing the crushed film scraps and colloid scraps out of the panel, so that secondary residual adhesion is not formed on the panel, and an excellent removing effect is effectively ensured. That is, the medium pressure gun 221 and the high pressure gun 222 are mutually matched, the high pressure gun 222 plays a role of powerful stripping, and the medium pressure gun 221 plays a role of compensation cleaning.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, further, in the preferred embodiment, the cleaning mechanism 2 further includes a film collecting cover 24 covering the installation frame 21 for collecting the removed foreign matters during operation, the bottom of the film collecting cover 24 is provided with an opening for spraying the punching pipe assembly 22 downwards, and the edge of the bottom opening of the film collecting cover 24 is provided with a ring of elastic scraping portions 241 for pressing on the traffic sign during operation to scrape the removed foreign matters. When the high-pressure water is sprayed to remove the operation, the film collecting cover 24 is arranged, so that high-pressure water, flushed film scraps and glue scraps can be blocked at the film collecting cover 24, and the problems of operation environment damage and pollution can be avoided. So that water, membrane scraps and adhesive scraps can only fall from the bottom opening of the membrane collecting cover 24. At this time, by providing the elastic scraping portion 241, the falling water, film scraps and glue scraps can be scraped from the traffic sign (and the top of the adjacent bearing platform 1). As shown in fig. 5, in a further preferred embodiment, the mounting frame 21 is further provided with a plurality of cleaning nozzles 25 communicated with the cleaning source, and the plurality of cleaning nozzles 25 are disposed toward the inner wall of the film collecting cover 24 for removing the foreign matters (such as dirty water, film chips, and adhesive chips) adhered to the inner wall of the film collecting cover 24. The cleaning nozzle 25 may be connected to high pressure water for cleaning with water or connected to high pressure gas for cleaning with gas.

Due to the high pressure washing, the traffic sign may shift during operation, which may result in inaccurate and incomplete cleaning. More importantly, the limiting pushing mechanism 5 integrates two functions of limiting and pushing: when the cleaning operation is completed and the mounting frame 21 moves back to the rear of the tail end of the traffic signboard, at this time, there is no traffic signboard below the limiting pushing mechanism 5, and then the limiting pushing mechanism 5 is turned over again and moves to the side wall of the tail end of the traffic signboard, that is, the limiting pushing mechanism 5 moves to the side wall of the traffic signboard from the upper part of the top surface of the original traffic signboard. Then the cleaning mechanism 2 moves back from back to front, and the limiting pushing mechanism 5 positioned at the side wall of the traffic sign board pushes the side wall of the traffic sign board and gradually pushes the traffic sign board under the driving of the cleaning mechanism 2 to dry towards the air drying mechanism 3. When the traffic sign is completely pushed out of the bearing platform 1, the cleaning mechanism 2 is just translated to the front end of the bearing platform 1, so that the next traffic sign to be washed and removed of glue can be just waited for, and then the traffic sign is moved forwards and backwards again to gradually remove the newly transported traffic sign. Therefore, the normal reset movement of the cleaning mechanism 2 is utilized, the traffic sign board can be just pushed to be air-dried after being cleaned through the limiting pushing mechanism 5, and two functions are realized through one action.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8 to 12, further, in a preferred embodiment, the limiting pushing mechanism 5 includes a limiting rod 51 and two fixing bases 52 fixed to the left and right ends of the mounting frame 21, respectively, each fixing base 52 is provided with a turning base 53 capable of turning up and down, the limiting rod 51 is connected and fixed between the two turning bases 53, and the fixing base 52 is provided with a turning driving assembly 54 for driving the turning base 53 to turn over so that the limiting rod 51 presses and limits the traffic sign below. During operation, the overturning driving assembly 54 can drive the limiting rod 51 to press the traffic sign board below, so that the traffic sign board cannot move, and the cleaning effect is well ensured.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, further, in the preferred embodiment, the turning base 53 is provided with a mounting rod 531 for mounting the limiting rod 51, the limiting rod 51 is movably sleeved on the mounting rod 531 through a mounting hole at an end portion, and an elastic member 532 is sleeved on the mounting rod 531 between the limiting rod 51 and the turning base 53, so that the limiting rod 51 can press and limit the traffic signs with different thicknesses. This makes the gag lever post 51 have certain adjustment extrusion space, can adapt to the traffic sign tablet of different thickness on one hand. Secondly, when the sign board is cleaned and displaced (as mentioned above), the limiting rod 51 will not press the sign board, i.e. both limiting and allowing reasonable movement are achieved.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in a preferred embodiment, more than one rolling bearing 511 is sleeved on the limiting rod 51 for pressing the rolling bearing 511 onto the traffic sign during the pressing and limiting. The rolling bearing 511 can compress the traffic sign board, meanwhile, when the cleaning mechanism 2 moves horizontally, the rolling bearing 511 rolls, and due to the matching design of the rolling bearing 511 and the elastic part 532, the operation requirements of limiting and allowing reasonable movement can be further well met.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, in a further preferred embodiment, a push plate 512 is fixed on the limiting rod 51 along the axial direction, the push plate 512 does not contact the traffic sign during the clearing operation (only the rolling bearing 511 contacts the traffic sign), and after the clearing operation is completed, the reverse driving assembly 54 drives the limiting rod 51 to continue to reverse, is used for making the push plate 512 arranged downwards and move to the side wall at the tail end of the traffic sign so as to push the traffic sign to move through the push plate 512 when the cleaning mechanism 2 moves backwards. Further, in the preferred embodiment, the tilting seat 53 is movably mounted on the fixed seat 52 through a second rotating shaft 534, the second rotating shaft 534 is fixed with a first gear 533, the tilting drive assembly 54 comprises a telescopic driving cylinder and a first rack 541 disposed on a driving end portion of the telescopic driving cylinder, and the first rack 541 is engaged with the first gear 533 for driving the tilting seat 53 to tilt. When the telescopic driving cylinder drives the first rack 541 to extend forward, the first rack 541 drives the first gear 533 to rotate, and the turning base 53 turns downward through the second rotating shaft 534. When the telescopic driving cylinder drives the first rack 541 to retreat backward, the reversing seat 53 reverses upward and retreats. In this embodiment, the telescopic driving cylinder includes a cylinder or an electric cylinder.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the preferred embodiment, both sides of the carrying platform 1 are provided with limit sliding rails for slidably mounting the cleaning mechanism 2 on the carrying platform 1, the front-back driving mechanism 4 includes a second rack 41, a second gear 42 and a second motor 43, the second rack 41 is disposed at the side of the carrying platform 1 along the front-back translation direction, the second motor 43 is mounted on the mounting frame 21, and the second gear 42 at the driving shaft end of the second motor 43 is meshed with the second rack 41. The second motor 43 is driven in forward and reverse directions, so that the second gear 42 and the second rack 41 are in transmission fit, and the cleaning mechanism 2 is further moved back and forth in a reciprocating manner.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, and fig. 13, further, in a preferred embodiment, the air drying mechanism 3 includes an air drying box 31 fixed on the carrying platform 1, a transmission channel is formed between the air drying box 31 and the carrying platform 1 for passing the traffic sign, an air guiding opening is opened at a bottom of the air drying box 31, and more than one fan assembly 32 is disposed in the air drying box 31 for blowing air towards the air guiding opening to air-dry the passing traffic sign. In this embodiment, the air drying box 31 is provided with a downward-protruding flexible scraper at the front end of the air guiding opening for drying the traffic sign after being scraped by the flexible scraper during transmission.
