Crushing the five-cereal raw materials, sieving with a 80-100-mesh sieve to obtain five-cereal powder, uniformly mixing the five-cereal powder, the seasoning powder and the modified wheat bran powder according to the weight ratio, adding water into the mixture, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain uniform slurry, wherein the water content in the uniform slurry is 16% -25%;
