The preparation method of the guarana extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning and crushing the guarana, adding the crushed guarana into absolute ethyl alcohol, wherein the weight ratio of the dry weight of the guarana to the weight of an ethanol solution is 1:7, stirring to uniformly disperse guarana powder in the absolute ethyl alcohol, heating in a water bath at 55 ℃ for 3.5 hours, filtering to remove a solid phase, and drying the obtained liquid phase under reduced pressure to obtain a guarana extract with the weight ratio of the liquid phase of 82%;
the preparation method of the tremella extract comprises the following steps:
firstly, soaking a dried tremella raw material in cold water at 30 ℃ for 3 hours, washing the tremella after rehydration, steaming the tremella after rehydration and washing at 70 ℃ for 20 minutes, spraying a gluconic acid aqueous solution at 70 ℃ on the tremella every 4 minutes in the steaming process, taking out the aged tremella, and drying at 55 ℃ to obtain a tremella raw material;
and secondly, crushing the dried tremella raw materials obtained in the previous step, sieving the crushed tremella raw materials with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain tremella powder, adding the obtained tremella powder into water, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the tremella is 37:1, ultrasonically dispersing for 3min, adding a complex enzyme into the tremella powder, wherein the addition amount of the complex enzyme is 2% of the weight of the tremella, the complex enzyme is prepared by uniformly mixing pectinase and cellulase according to the weight ratio of 1:1, performing water bath treatment at 50 ℃ for 2h after uniform mixing, completing enzymolysis of the tremella, heating enzymolysis liquid at 100 ℃ for 15min after the water bath treatment is finished, completing enzyme inactivation and sterilization treatment, then performing reduced pressure drying until the volume is reduced to 1/4 of the original volume, and finally filtering to remove large-particle solid-phase substances to obtain a tremella extract for later.
Example 2
A medicinal and edible male energy functional food is prepared by processing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
14 parts of oyster peptide, 3 parts of sea cucumber peptide, 2 parts of black ginger powder, 5 parts of guarana extract, 0.3 part of polyethylene glycol, 3 parts of tremella extract, 5 parts of soybean protein powder and 1 part of lecithin;

and step four, uniformly mixing the first mixed powder, the oyster peptide and the sea cucumber peptide according to a weight ratio to obtain second mixed powder, heating the second mixed powder to 60 ℃, fluidizing the second mixed powder through a fluidized bed, atomizing the spray wetting liquid into the fluidized second mixed powder, drying and crushing the second mixed powder with the spray wetting liquid sprayed on the surface, and sieving the second mixed powder with a 140-mesh sieve to obtain the finished product of the male energy functional food with homology of medicine and food.

firstly, soaking a dry tremella raw material in cold water at 30 ℃ for 3 hours, washing the tremella after rehydration, steaming the tremella after rehydration and washing at 65 ℃ for 25 minutes, spraying a gluconic acid aqueous solution at 65 ℃ on the tremella every 5 minutes in the steaming process, taking out the aged tremella, and drying at 60 ℃ to obtain a tremella raw material;
and secondly, crushing the dried tremella raw materials obtained in the previous step, sieving the crushed tremella raw materials through a 140-mesh sieve to obtain tremella powder, adding the obtained tremella powder into water, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the tremella is 40:1, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 3min, adding a complex enzyme into the tremella powder, wherein the addition amount of the complex enzyme is 2.5% of the weight of the tremella, the complex enzyme is prepared by uniformly mixing pectinase and cellulase according to the weight ratio of 1:1.5, performing water bath treatment at 50 ℃ for 3h after uniform mixing, completing enzymolysis on the tremella, heating enzymolysis liquid at 100 ℃ for 20min after the water bath treatment is finished, then performing reduced pressure drying until the volume is reduced to 1/5 of the original volume, and finally filtering to remove solid phase substances of the tremella extract to obtain large-particle.

Claims (6)
1. A preparation method of a medicinal and edible male energy functional food is characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly mixing the soybean protein powder and the black ginger powder according to a weight ratio, and baking the mixture at a low temperature of 110-130 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours to obtain first mixed powder;
step two, adding polyethylene glycol into the guarana extract, mixing and stirring to dissolve and disperse the polyethylene glycol uniformly, then adding the tremella extract, and mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a spray additive solution for later use;
step three, adding Arabic gum and sucrose into sterile water for dissolving, then adding edible oil and lecithin into the sterile water, stirring and dispersing at a high speed of 1600-3000r/min to obtain a wetting solution, and uniformly mixing the spray additive solution obtained in the last step with the wetting solution to obtain a spray wetting solution;
and step four, uniformly mixing the first mixed powder, the oyster peptide and the sea cucumber peptide according to a weight ratio to obtain second mixed powder, heating the second mixed powder to the temperature of 50-60 ℃, fluidizing the second mixed powder through a fluidized bed, atomizing the spray wetting liquid into the fluidized second mixed powder, drying and crushing the second mixed powder with the spray wetting liquid sprayed on the surface, and sieving the dried second mixed powder with a sieve of 100 meshes and 200 meshes to obtain the finished product of the male energy functional food with homology of medicine and food.
2. The preparation method of the medicinal and edible male energy functional food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the guarana extract comprises the following steps:
cleaning and crushing the guarana, adding the crushed guarana into an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of more than 75%, wherein the weight ratio of the dry weight of the guarana to the ethanol solution is 1:7-12, stirring to uniformly disperse the guarana powder in the ethanol solution, heating in a water bath at 45-60 ℃ for 2-5h, filtering to remove solid phase, and drying the obtained liquid phase under reduced pressure to obtain the guarana extract with the weight ratio of the liquid phase of 80-85%.

The preparation method of a medicinal and edible male energy functional food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gum arabic is added in the wetting liquid in an amount of 0.5-3% by mass of sterile water, sucrose is added in an amount of 2-5% by mass of sterile water, edible fat is added in an amount of 1-8% by mass of sterile water, and lecithin is added in an amount of 5-11% by mass of sterile water.
4. The preparation method of the medicinal and edible male energy functional food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the tremella extract comprises the following steps:
firstly, soaking a dry tremella raw material in cold water at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 2-4h, washing the tremella after rehydration, steaming the tremella washed after rehydration at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 20-25min, spraying a gluconic acid aqueous solution at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ on the tremella every 3-5min in the steaming process, taking out the aged tremella, and drying the tremella at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ to obtain a tremella raw material;
and secondly, crushing the dried tremella raw materials obtained in the previous step, sieving the crushed tremella raw materials through a 100-42-mesh sieve and a 200-mesh sieve to obtain tremella powder, adding the obtained tremella powder into water, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the tremella is 37-42:1, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 3-8min, adding complex enzyme into the mixture, uniformly mixing the mixture, performing water bath treatment at the temperature of 45-60 ℃ for 1-3h to complete enzymolysis of the tremella, heating enzymolysis liquid at the temperature of 90-100 ℃ for 10-20min after the water bath treatment is finished to complete enzyme inactivation and sterilization, then performing reduced pressure drying until the volume is reduced to 1/5-1/3 of the original volume, and finally filtering to remove large-particle solid-phase substances to obtain a tremella extract for later use.
5. The preparation method of the medicinal and edible male energy functional food as claimed in claim 4, wherein the complex enzyme is prepared by uniformly mixing pectinase and cellulase according to a weight ratio of 1:0.5-2, and the addition amount of the complex enzyme is 1.5% -3% of the weight of tremella.

A functional food with homology of medicine and food for male energy is prepared by processing according to the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 4, and is prepared by processing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13-17 parts of oyster peptide, 3-4 parts of sea cucumber peptide, 1-2 parts of black ginger powder, 3-10 parts of guarana extract, 0.2-0.4 part of polyethylene glycol, 2-10 parts of tremella extract, 3-10 parts of soybean protein powder and 0.5-2 parts of lecithin.
