Background
The threshing machine is harvesting machine, which is a machine capable of separating crop grains from stalks and is mainly used for harvesting grain crops. Threshing is one of the most important links in the crop harvesting process, and the grains of the harvested crops are removed from the ears, and other threshed objects such as short stalks, glumes and sundries are separated from the grains as much as possible.
In the prior art, the cutter for beating particles of the threshing machine cannot be adjusted, so that the threshing machine cannot be used for strong threshing, and the practicability is poor.
Therefore, how to provide a variable-stiffness flexible threshing device and a threshing method for variable-intensity threshing is one of the technical problems to be solved in the field.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, there is shown a variable stiffness flexible threshing device, in which a plurality of threshing devices are arranged in a ring array on a drum 1, each threshing device comprising: the threshing device comprises an adjusting plate 2, a threshing element 3, an adjusting rod 4, a connecting seat 5, a variable-rigidity elastic element 6, a bolt 7 and a fixing bolt 8, wherein the adjusting plate 2 comprises a roller cover plate 21 and a first supporting plate 22, the roller cover plate 21 is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the roller 1, and the first supporting plate 22 is fixedly connected with the roller cover plate 21. The first support plate 22 is preferably integrally formed with the drum cover 21, which is advantageous in improving the stability of the apparatus.
The threshing element 3 passes through the roller cover 21 and extends to the interior of the roller 1; one end of the threshing element 3, which is provided outside the roller 1, is bent towards the first supporting plate 22, and a side surface of the bent end, which is far away from the first supporting plate 22, is provided with a plurality of rows of threshing teeth 31. The adjusting rod 4 is screwed into the threshing element 3 through the first supporting plate 22, and a nut is arranged at one end of the adjusting rod 4 far away from the threshing element 3. The waist of the threshing element 3 is provided with a hinging seat 32; the fixed connection plate 51 is provided with a pin hole; the bolt 7 passes through the pin hole and is rotationally connected with the hinging seat 32, and the convex edges of the multiple rows of threshing teeth 31 are parallel to the axis of the roller 1 and are used for beating the flocculent plants such as sorghum and the like.
The fixing bolts 8 sequentially penetrate through the fixed roller cover plate 21 and the roller 1 and extend into the fixed connecting plate 51 to fixedly connect the fixed roller cover plate 21 and the roller 1.
