在所展示的实例中,法兰由两个彼此不同的部件构成,第一部件形成所谓的外部套筒,并且第二部件形成所谓的内部套筒,柔性膜在这两个部件之间延伸。内部套筒6包括邻近支承凹部的带凹口区域64,所述带凹口区域被布置成与设置在外部套筒5的内面50上的互补凹口54配合。根据图4所示的有利构型,外部套筒5包括下裙部10,所述下裙部包括从所述套筒的下端边缘延伸的纵向槽11。这些纵向槽11有利地均匀分布在所述套筒的外围之上。所述纵向槽因此界定弹性接片12,当外部套筒5安装在内部套筒6上时,所述弹性接片能够在内部套筒6的整个外围之上施加均匀夹紧力。弹性接片12包括分别与如下所述的夹紧构件以及内部套筒6实现相互关联的构件。在所展示的实例中,分别与夹紧构件和内部套筒6实现相互关联的构件由螺纹53和凹口54组成。夹紧构件呈外部夹紧环9的形式,所述外部夹紧环包括内螺纹90,所述内螺纹的形状与设置在外部套筒5的外面52上的螺纹53互补。夹紧构件被布置成抓握外部套筒5和内部套筒6的之间插置有柔性膜2的部分。
容器1进一步包括环形密封件8,所述环形密封件容纳在形成于外部套筒5的内面50和内部套筒6的外面60上的外围凹槽中。所述环形密封件限定法兰/袋密封件。如图3所示,柔性膜2保持抓握在环形密封件8与内部套筒6之间。为了提高柔性膜2在构成法兰的这两个套筒之间的保持力,内部套筒6包括设置有支承凹部的外面,所述支承凹部与外部套筒5的外围凹槽相对。因此,当外部套筒5夹紧在内部套筒6上时,环形密封件8在支承凹部处挤压柔性膜2,从而确保柔性膜2的改进接合。
容器1进一步包括由法兰支承的环形密封件13。所述环形密封件限定门/法兰密封件。当门处于封闭贯穿开口的位置时,环形密封件13容纳在由外部套筒5、内部套筒6和门7界定的空间中。有利地,环形密封件13具有与其所容纳的区域相匹配的形状的横截面。在所展示的实施例中,环形密封件13具有L形截面。
根据本发明,所述容器包括连接装置的保护盖20,所述保护盖强力夹持到法兰5、6上。在所展示的实施例中,保护盖20包括与容器的正面相对放置的覆盖部分21,在所述覆盖部分的外围处,两个接片22、23在夹紧环9的方向上延伸。“正面”意指容器的关于其与箱的连接的面。换言之,正面是容器的与箱相对以将所述容器连接到箱的面。
每个接片22、23在其自由端处设置有肩部220、230,所述肩部由在所示实例中在覆盖部分21的相对侧上径向延伸的材料凸起形成。接片22、23有利地基本上平行于轴向轴线在夹紧环9的方向上延伸,并且分别穿过在所述夹紧环9中形成的相关联的孔92、93,使得肩部220、230位于夹紧环9下方。因此,如图2所示,保护盖20的夹持包含将接片22、23的肩部220、230接合在限定孔的夹紧环9的后支承边沿上。
在所展示的实施例中,保护盖20包括在直径上彼此相对定位的两个夹持接片22、23。这是一个示例实施例;接片的数量和分布可以根据容器开口的尺寸而变化。
保护盖20进一步包括布置在保护盖20与连接装置之间的接触压力构件,以便在轴向方向上对第一密封件13施加与夹持力成比例的接触压力。在所展示的实例中,压力构件由覆盖部分21的内面210上的环形凸台24形成。因此,环形凸台24被布置成在保护盖20放置在容器上时面向门/法兰密封件13放置。在此实施例中,压力构件与保护盖20整体形成。根据变体实施例,压力构件可以由如密封件等布置在保护盖20与门/法兰密封件13之间的附加部分组成。在所描述的实施例中,环形凸台是连续的。根据变体实施例,可以设置形成不同压力点的不连续凸台。
有利地,接片22、23被布置成使得可以通过所述接片的变形来移除保护盖20。为此,所述接片各自具有与肩部220、230相对布置的V形凹口。图7和7a示出了如此布置的接片的细部视图,仅示出了接片22和其凹口221。根据变体实施例,还可以规定在凹口处对接片22、23进行刻痕。因此,取决于所使用的材料,通过凹口获得的脆性允许接片22、23局部变形或接片在凹口处断裂。
由于连接装置的组成元件的布置,连接装置是通过简单地将所述元件彼此夹持来组装的。为了制造容器1,柔性膜的位于贯穿开口一侧的部分将被布置成放置在外部套筒5和内部套筒6之间。通过将环9夹紧在内部套筒6上,从而使接片12抓握在内部套筒6上,夹紧将会有效。柔性膜2可以通过拧松夹紧环9并从内部套筒6上松开外部套筒5来拆卸。然而,柔性膜的拆卸只能在移除保护盖20之后进行。
柔性膜2和连接装置有利地由抑菌材料制成。密封件8和13由硅酮材料或使剩磁现象最小化的其它材料制成。还可以规定密封件由抑菌材料制成。
在刚才描述的实施例中,接触压力构件被布置成对密封件施加接触压力。根据图8所展示的变体实施例,可以规定将接触压力构件布置成对门7施加接触压力。如前所述,压力构件可以由连续或不连续的环形凸台24形成,所述凸台设置在覆盖部分21的内面210处,并且被布置成在保护盖20放置在容器上时与门7相对放置。压力构件还可以由被布置在保护盖20与门7之间的附加部分(密封件或其它)支承。在所描述的实施例中,环形凸台是连续的。
前文通过举例描述了本发明。应当理解,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,本领域技术人员能够产生本发明的各种变体实施例。
Claims (12)
1.一种密封容器(1),其包括:法兰(5,6),所述法兰界定所述容器中具有轴向轴线的贯穿开口;门(7),所述门可移动地安装在所述法兰(5,6)上;以及第一环形密封件(13),所述第一环形密封件位于所述法兰(5,6)与所述门(7)之间,所述法兰、所述门和所述第一密封件形成密封连接装置,所述密封连接装置能够通过卡口连接构件连接到无菌箱上的互补连接装置,以便允许所述密封容器与所述无菌箱之间的无菌连通,
其特征在于,所述容器(1)包括:
-所述连接装置上的保护盖(20),所述保护盖强力地夹持到所述容器上,
-接触压力构件,所述接触压力构件布置在所述保护盖(20)与所述连接装置之间,以便在轴向方向上对所述连接装置施加与夹持力成比例的接触压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述接触压力构件被布置成对所述门施加接触压力。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述接触压力构件被布置成对所述第一密封件(13)施加接触压力。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述保护盖(20)包括内表面,所述内表面设置有形成所述压力构件的环形凸台。
5.根据前一权利要求所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述环形凸台是不连续的。
6.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述压力构件由插入在所述保护盖(20)与所述连接装置之间的第二环形密封件形成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述密封容器具有由固定到所述法兰的柔性膜(2)形成的容器主体,所述法兰由彼此分离的两个部分构成,所述两个部分分别形成外部套筒(5)和内部套筒(6),所述柔性膜(2)保持接合在所述外部套筒(5)与所述内部套筒(6)之间。
8.根据前一权利要求所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述密封容器包括用于将所述外部套筒(5)夹紧在所述内部套筒(6)上的环(9),所述环被布置成抓握所述外部套筒(5)和所述内部套筒(6)的之间插置有所述柔性膜的所述部分。
9.根据前一权利要求所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述保护盖(20)包括柔性接片(22,23),所述柔性接片在所述夹紧环(9)的方向上延伸并以不可逆转的方式与所述夹紧环接合。
10.根据权利要求5或权利要求6所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述密封容器包括容纳在所述外部套筒(5)的内部外围凹槽中的第三环形密封件(8),所述柔性膜(2)在所述环形密封件(8)与所述内部套筒(6)之间延伸。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述外部套筒(5)包括下裙部(10),所述下裙部包括纵向槽(11),所述纵向槽从所述外部套筒(5)的下端边缘延伸并均匀分布在所述套筒的外围之上,以便形成能够对所述内部套筒(6)施加夹紧力的弹性接片(12)。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封容器(1),其特征在于,所述柔性膜(2)和所述连接装置由抑菌材料制成。
