It should be noted that, as an optional mode, the table information display frame may include real-time reservation information of a corresponding table, and accordingly, the method in this embodiment further includes: receiving latest booking information of the table in real time; and synchronously updating the real-time subscription information according to the latest subscription information. By the mode, the user can know the booking condition of each table position in real time, so that the booking failure is avoided, and the booking success rate is improved.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to know the target store to be booked, basic information and event information for introducing the target store may be output as an alternative.
In the foregoing, a method for processing pre-order information applicable to a client side is provided, where a specific pre-order information processing procedure is described on the client side, and for completely explaining a specific implementation of this embodiment, another method for processing pre-order information applicable to a server side is provided, so as to explain a pre-order information processing procedure on the server side, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:

Wherein, the bookable condition can be preset according to the actual requirement. For example, if the user has previously entered the number of dining people (e.g., 6 people) and it is determined that the target table (3-4 tables) selected by the user cannot accommodate the people at the same time based on the reservation information of the target table, it may be determined that the target table does not meet the bookable condition.
For this embodiment, when it is determined that the target table meets the bookable condition according to the booking information of the target table, a pre-ordering positioning request carrying a target table identifier may be sent to the server, so that the server may execute a subsequent pre-ordering operation based on the target table corresponding to the identifier, and after the pre-ordering operation is successful, the user may experience a corresponding service at the target table when actually going to store for consumption. Since the target table real-scene environment in the AR real-scene store information is substantially the same as the actual environment of the store, the user's needs can be assured. In order to help the user to better know and understand the target shop during the pre-ordering process, accelerate the flow of selecting the shop for pre-ordering and improve the efficiency of the pre-ordering process, furthermore, as an optional mode, the instruction for outputting the reservation time period option of the target shop can be sent, and simultaneously the instruction for outputting the basic information and the activity information for introducing the target shop can be sent. The basic information may include store history, reputation, business characteristics, and the like. And the activity information may include participating platform activities, store full-discount activities, etc. In addition, keyword tags of the target stores can be listed to help users quickly know the characteristics of the target stores, such as star hotels, high-altitude sightseeing, star restaurants and the like.

When the user inputs a live-action preview instruction for the target shop in the selected time period, the AR live-action shop information corresponding to the target shop in the selected time period can be acquired from the server. The AR live-action shop information includes not only live-action environment information of each table in the target shop, but also real-time reservation information of each table in the selected time period. The server can obtain the latest reservation information (table number capable of being reserved, the table number ordered, the damaged table number and the like) in real time from the store cashier management system corresponding to the target store and then issue the latest reservation information to the client of the reservation user. In addition to the booking status, the booking information of the target table may further include one or more of the number of persons that can be accommodated by the table (e.g., 3-5 persons can be accommodated), a location area in the target store where the table is located (e.g., middle of location, relatively quiet area, window, sea view, lake view, etc.), a seat type of the table (e.g., sofa, leather seat, hard seat, etc.), a brightness level of lighting at the table (e.g., dark, medium, strong, etc.), and a historical booking hotness level of the table (e.g., 3 months worth of hotness, etc.). Correspondingly, outputting the real-time reservation status of each table in the selected time period may further include: the table position marks in the bookable state can be booked immediately, and the table position accommodating number corresponding to the table position in the bookable state, and/or the position area where the table position is located, and/or the type of a seat of the table position, and/or the brightness degree of the light at the table position, and/or the historical booked hot degree of the table position are marked; and the table position mark of the established state is established. In this embodiment, the above contents can be selectively marked according to actual service requirements, so that the user can conveniently select and reserve the table according to the self requirements. Through the multiple selectable marking modes, the user can be attracted to subscribe, and the subscription experience of the user is improved.

The user can select and click the table booking instruction corresponding to the display frame to realize that a certain table is booked. As an optional technical implementation manner of step 304, step 304 may specifically include: receiving a table booking instruction input through a target display frame; and then determining the table position corresponding to the target display frame as the target table position selected and reserved. Because each display frame has a table position corresponding to each display frame, particularly one display frame corresponds to one table position, the target table position selected and reserved can be accurately determined by the display frame positioning mode.
The real-time reservation information of each table is obtained in real time through a reservation management device of the target shop. For example, the server side obtains the booking information of each table position recorded by the booking management device in real time, and then forwards the booking information to the client side of the current booking. Further, in order to ensure that the user makes a reservation accurately and avoid a reservation conflict with another person, as an optional manner, after step 303, before step 304, the method may further include: acquiring latest booking information of each table position updated by booking management equipment in real time; and then, according to the latest booking information of each table position, synchronously updating the booking information output and displayed in each booking information display frame in real time. Therefore, the user can make a reservation by referring to the latest reservation information of each table during reservation, thereby reducing the occurrence of reservation conflicts and improving the success rate of reservation.

To illustrate the technical implementation process of step 305, based on the optional manner in step 304, each of the subscription information display boxes is bound with a table identifier of a corresponding table, and accordingly, step 205 may specifically include: if the target table position is determined to accord with the bookable condition according to the booking information contained in the target display frame, acquiring a table position identifier bound by the target display frame as a table position identifier corresponding to the target table position; and then sending a reservation request carrying the table position identification corresponding to the target table position. Due to the fact that one display frame corresponds to the table position identification of one table position, the table position identification of the target table position selected and reserved by the user can be accurately obtained through the display frame positioning mode, then the reservation single reservation request is initiated based on the table position identification, the reservation accuracy is further guaranteed, and the occurrence of reservation errors is avoided.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above-mentioned manner of positioning the display frame, the booking buttons corresponding to the respective table positions may be configured in advance, each booking button is bound with a table position identifier of a corresponding table position, and a user may select and book the corresponding table position by clicking the booking button. And at the device side, acquiring a booking button clicked by a user, taking a table identifier bound by the booking button as a table identifier of a reserved table selected by the user, and then initiating a booking request by the table identifier.
Depending on the real-time subscription status of the target table during the selected time period, step 305 may specifically include: if the real-time reservation state of the target table is a reservation-capable state, sending a reservation position request carrying a table identifier corresponding to the target table; and if the real-time reservation state of the target table position is the reserved state, sending a command of outputting response information of the failed reservation position. In the embodiment, the validity of booking is ensured, the next booking operation of booking a booking can be performed only when the real-time booking state of the target table is the bookable state, if the target table is the booked state, the response information that the booking is invalid can be directly output, so that the invalid booking operation of a user is reduced, the overall efficiency of booking the booking can be improved, and in addition, no information can be output to indicate that the seat cannot be booked.

For example, if the targeted store is a fast food store type, the service option may be a house order, a pick-up to a store, a take-out delivery, etc. option; if the selected time period is 12 o 'clock to 14 o' clock, the to store time point options may be 12:00, 12:20, 12:40 … 13:40, 14:00, etc. options; the booking date option can be determined according to the daily business condition of the target store in the selected time period; if the number of the accommodated people at the target table position is 4-6, the number of the people arriving at the store can be 4, 5, 6 and the like.
Through the mode of listing a plurality of options, the user can be helped to fill in the reservation information quickly, so that the pre-ordering flow can be accelerated, and the efficiency of the user pre-ordering is improved.
Based on the content of the above optional manner, in order to further meet the requirement of filling in the order information, as another optional manner, before sending the order information reservation request, the method of this embodiment may further include: if the selected service mode, the selected booking date, the selected store time point and the selected number of diner people are determined, further sending an instruction for outputting a service detail option; and then obtaining the service detail information of the selected experience. Correspondingly, the sent reservation position request also carries the obtained service detail information.
For example, in a pre-ordering scenario, after the user selects a meal, a meal date, a time point of arrival at a store, and a number of people having meals, the service terminal may further request an ordering page of the target store, that is, a business detail option in this scenario, the user may select a meal (such as dishes, soup, sweets, beverages, and the like) needing to have meals in the ordering page, and then submit an order together with the previously selected content, and the service terminal generates an order according to the filled content.
The service detail selection mode can accelerate the process of filling the information of the order, and can improve the efficiency of the order.
Further, after step 305, the method may further include: receiving information to be paid of a pre-ordering order and sending an instruction for outputting the information to be paid; then after the payment of the information to be paid is determined to be successful, receiving sign-in code information of the order of the pre-order; and after the sign-in is verified by using the sign-in code information, sending an instruction for outputting prompt information of time-limited verification settlement.
In this embodiment, the server generates information to be paid of a corresponding order according to the pre-ordering request information and returns the information to the local client, the local client can output the information to be paid to instruct the user to pay the order, the user can perform payment operation after confirming that the content in the order is correct, after the payment is successful, the server returns sign-in code information (which may be a one-dimensional or multi-dimensional bar code or other identification code) of the pre-ordering order to instruct the pre-ordering success, a subsequent user can experience a corresponding business service subscribed in advance by the sign-in code, and funds paid by the user can be stored in a platform account first. For this embodiment, if the pre-ordering is successful, the server may directly order the target table information that the user selects to reserve to the cashier management system of the store (the table number is communicated with the cashier system), and the cashier may see that the user reserves the table and then directly allocate the reservation information (the table is allocated according to the table number).
And after the check-in code information is verified to check in, prompt information of time-limited verification and settlement can be output, so that the user can select immediate settlement or later settlement, and if the user selects immediate settlement, the verification and settlement action is carried out to complete fund payment (platform account payment is made to a merchant collection account corresponding to the target store). In addition, the money can be automatically made after the time limit is finished. The user can apply refund midway if a problem occurs in the process of experiencing the corresponding service, or cancel a pre-order in advance and the like, and can apply refund, and the refund is carried out by the platform account after the platform approves.
Based on the above detailed description shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, for better understanding, taking a pre-order meal as an example, in combination with the current problems in the prior art, the following specific application scenarios are given, but not limited to:
at present, when a user has dinner in advance through a mobile phone, the user cannot know the positions, environments and other conditions of dining table positions ordered by the user, and the problem that the ordered table positions or the table positions randomly arranged by an store cannot meet the requirements of the user is easily caused. Therefore, the scheme provides a brand-new AR live-action ordering form and user experience, solves the problems generated in the booking process, and enables the user to see and obtain the food. The dining experience of a user is improved by utilizing a platform account system, a ordering system, an AR rendering system, a dining management system and an order management system, and the service quality of a merchant and the dining data sediment of a customer are improved.
Specifically, a user can select to enter an online shop page capable of AR ordering through a client entrance of the pre-ordering platform to perform pre-ordering operation; as shown in fig. 4, basic information, activity information, and bookable time periods of the store can be presented and introduced; after the user selects the booking time period, the table number is transmitted and displayed, the user clicks (go to order) to enter an AR 3D ordering scene page and bring in table number information, specifically as shown in FIG. 5, each table position can mark a booking state of 'booking immediately' or 'booked', the number of dining people and table position characteristics which can be held by each table position, and the like, so that the user can be guided to select and book; after a user watches the environment at 360 degrees, the user determines a table position which the user wants to book, the user can not click the booked table position, and clicks (immediately book) to enter a meal ordering page, as shown in fig. 6, the user can select a hall food or take out, a booking date, a meal time and the number of people having meals, and then the user can further enter a meal ordering menu page of the shop to finish the menu selection of the user; the user selects dishes in the dish ordering page, adds the dishes to the shopping cart, submits an order and pays, and goes to the store for dining according to the returned sign-in code (the store can manually receive the order and manually allocate the table number), as shown in fig. 7; the user can select the verification and non-verification when eating, and if the verification and verification are selected, the verification and verification action is to complete fund payment (the intermediate account of the pre-ordering platform is paid to the merchant collection account).
By applying the scheme of the method, compared with the existing mode, the experience process of ordering food by the user is more scene, immersion and extreme, and the on-line food ordering user experience is improved. The user can select the table (AR live-action restaurant display) in a visible mode, and the user can directly place an order to the store cash register management system (the table number is communicated with the cash register system) when the user selects the table. The cashier can see the user reservation table, directly distribute reservation information, and facilitate table number management and table number inventory management.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus for processing pre-order information applicable to a client side, as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes: an output module 41, an acquisition module 42, and a sending module 43.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the implementation scenarios of the present application.

Based on the methods shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3 and the virtual device embodiments shown in fig. 10 and fig. 11, in order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present application further provides a server device, which may specifically be a computer, a server, or other network devices, and the entity device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the above-described processing method of the pre-order information as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
Optionally, both the two entity devices may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WI-FI module, and the like. The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. The operating system is a program that manages the hardware and software resources of the two physical devices described above, supporting the operation of the information processing program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the information processing entity device.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the application can accurately output and display the real-scene environment information of each table in the shop and the real-time booking information of each table based on the AR technology during the booking process, so that a user can clearly know the real-scene environment around the shop table, and then the user can select the booking target table in the AR real-scene shop, so as to fulfill the booking requirement in the booking process. Claims (10)

1. A method for processing pre-order information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
outputting the real-time environment information of each table position in the target shop and the real-time reservation information of each table position;
acquiring a target table position selected for reservation in each table position, and sending a reservation instruction;
and if the target table position is determined to meet the bookable condition according to the real-time booking information of the target table position, receiving a booking request of a booking order carrying the table position identification corresponding to the target table position.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the real-time reservation information of each table position is output and displayed in a reservation information display frame or a reservation button corresponding to each table position;
the obtaining of the target table position selected and reserved from the table positions specifically includes:
acquiring a table booking instruction input through the booking information display frame or the booking button;
and determining the table position corresponding to the selected booking information display frame or the booking button as the target table position selected for booking.

The method according to claim 2, wherein each reservation information display frame or each reservation button is respectively bound with a table identifier of a corresponding table; before the outputting of the live-action environment information of each table and the real-time reservation information of each table in the targeted store, the method further comprises:
outputting a reservation time period option of the target store, wherein the time period option for the reservation full state is marked as not selectable;
then, the obtaining of the target table position selected for reservation in the table positions and sending a reservation instruction specifically include:
acquiring a table position identifier bound by the selected reservation information display frame or the reservation button, and taking the table position identifier as a table position identifier corresponding to the target table position;
and sending a reservation instruction according to the table position identification and the selected reservation time period.

The method of claim 1, wherein the real-time subscription information for each table location comprises a real-time subscription status for each table location; the outputting of the real-time environment information of each table and the real-time reservation information of each table in the target store specifically includes:
the table position marks in the bookable state can be booked immediately, and the table position accommodating number corresponding to the table position in the bookable state, and/or the position area where the table position is located, and/or the type of a seat of the table position, and/or the brightness degree of the light at the table position, and/or the historical booked hot degree of the table position are marked;
the table position mark of the established state is established.

The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the receiving a reservation request carrying an identifier of a table corresponding to the target table if the target table is determined to meet the reservation requirement according to the real-time reservation information of the target table comprises:
if the real-time booking state of the target table position is a bookable state, receiving and outputting a booking request carrying a table position identification corresponding to the target table position;
and if the real-time reservation state of the target table position is the reserved state, receiving response information of the failed reservation position and outputting the response information.
6. A method for processing pre-order information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when receiving a live-action pre-ordering single instruction for a target shop, acquiring live-action environment information of each table in the target shop and real-time reservation information of each table, and sending an instruction for outputting the live-action environment information of each table in the target shop and the real-time reservation information of each table;
determining a target table selected for reservation from the respective tables;
and if the target table position is determined to meet the bookable condition according to the real-time booking information of the target table position, sending a booking request carrying the table position identification corresponding to the target table position.
7. An apparatus for processing a receipt information, comprising:
the output module is used for outputting the real-time environment information of each table in the target shop and the real-time reservation information of each table;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the target table positions selected and reserved from the table positions;
the sending module is used for sending the booking instruction;
and the receiving module is used for receiving a reservation position request carrying a table position identifier corresponding to the target table position if the target table position is determined to meet the reservation condition according to the real-time reservation information of the target table position.
8. An apparatus for processing a receipt information, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring real-scene environment information of each table in a target store and real-time reservation information of each table when receiving a real-scene pre-point single instruction of the target store;
