技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防水透湿织物通常也叫防水透气织物,国外一般称之为可呼吸织物。防水透湿织物是指具有使水滴(或液滴)不能渗入织物,而人体散发的汗气能通过织物扩散传递到外界,不致在衣服和皮肤间积累或冷凝,感觉不到发闷现象的功能性织物。它是人类为抵御大自然的侵害,不断提高自我保护的情况下出现的,集防风、雨、雪,御寒保暖,美观舒适于一身的高技术纺织品。
目前市场上防水透湿功能膜的主流产品是聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)疏水微孔膜和热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)亲水无孔膜。PTFE微孔膜虽具有较优的防水透湿性能,但价格昂贵、被国外技术垄断、设备与原材料难以稳定导致产品质量不稳定,同时由于PTFE聚合物的滑爽、不粘性使得其后期复合工艺困难,从而限制了其应用领域。TPU亲水膜因其无孔结构而具有较高的耐水压,但是其透湿性较差、遇水易沾湿使得人体产生不适感而局限于低端市场。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,具有优异的防水透湿功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,包括表层的疏水面料层、里层的超亲水面料层以及设置于疏水面料层与超亲水面料层之间的导水层;所述导水层与所述的超亲水面料层之间设置有隔水层;

1)疏水面料层的制备:在有机硅改性聚氨酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中引入氮丙啶交联剂,同时在纺丝液中掺杂水性六碳含氟防水剂和虫角质膜提取物和氟化石墨烯;
2)超亲水面料层的制备:聚酯切片至于氢氧化钠溶液中,1-2h后取出后至于β- D-葡萄糖、纳米银、多肽溶液和乙醇的混合溶液中,制得改性聚酯纤维,将改性聚酯纤维与改性竹纤维混合纺丝后制得超亲水面料层;
3)在超亲水面料层上附上一层隔水层;
4)利用中空纤维将疏水面料层和超亲水面料层连接,在疏水面料层和超亲水面料层之间形成导水层。
进一步地,在步骤3)后,在隔水层与超亲水面料层之间设置空气层。
本发明的有益效果为:
1)本发明的疏水面料利用羧基与氮丙啶基团之间的开环反应,在纤维构筑了稳定的三维交联网络结构,利用热诱导促使含氟链段迁移并在纤维表面自富集,同时利用虫角质膜提取物,角质膜提取物在纤维包面形成一道疏水屏障。
2)本发明超亲水面料层内的多肽溶液和改性竹纤维据欧亲肤性能,同时超亲水面料层内的β- D-葡萄糖和多肽的设置大大提高了亲水性。
3)本发明设置导水层,经超亲水面料层吸收皮肤表面的水分快速导入导水层,保证超亲水面料层的干爽。

本发明的导水层将超亲水面料层的湿气输送至导水层与隔水层;导水层由若干与超亲水面料层和疏水面料层连接的经纱和纬纱组成;所述的经纱和纬纱均采用中空纤维,所述中空纤维上设置若干细小中空输送通道,所述的细小中空输送通道的底部与疏水面料层连接,顶部与隔水层连接。中空纤维内设置有Y型截面支撑体。
实施例5
本发明的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,包括表层的疏水面料层、里层的超亲水面料层以及设置于疏水面料层与超亲水面料层之间的导水层;所述导水层与所述的超亲水面料层之间设置有隔水层;
所述的疏水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:氟化石墨烯3份、虫角质膜提取物2份、有机硅改性聚氨酯46份和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯72份、氮丙啶交联剂2份和六碳含氟防水剂2份;所述的超亲水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚酯切片83份、β- D-葡萄糖4份、纳米银7份、改性竹纤维24份、多肽溶液17份和乙醇2份。
本发明的导水层将超亲水面料层的湿气输送至导水层与隔水层;导水层由若干与超亲水面料层和疏水面料层连接的经纱和纬纱组成;所述的经纱和纬纱均采用中空纤维,所述中空纤维上设置若干细小中空输送通道,所述的细小中空输送通道的底部与疏水面料层连接,顶部与隔水层连接。中空纤维内设置有Y型截面支撑体。隔水层与所述的超亲水面料层之间设置有空气层。
实施例6
一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)疏水面料层的制备:在有机硅改性聚氨酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中引入氮丙啶交联剂,同时在纺丝液中掺杂水性六碳含氟防水剂和虫角质膜提取物和氟化石墨烯;
2)超亲水面料层的制备:聚酯切片至于氢氧化钠溶液中,1-2h后取出后至于β- D-葡萄糖、纳米银、多肽溶液和乙醇的混合溶液中,制得改性聚酯纤维,将改性聚酯纤维与改性竹纤维混合纺丝后制得超亲水面料层;
3)在超亲水面料层上附上一层隔水层;
4)利用中空纤维将疏水面料层和超亲水面料层连接,在疏水面料层和超亲水面料层之间形成导水层。
在步骤3)后,在隔水层与超亲水面料层之间设置空气层。

Claims (7)

1.一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:包括表层的疏水面料层、里层的超亲水面料层以及设置于疏水面料层与超亲水面料层之间的导水层;所述导水层与所述的超亲水面料层之间设置有隔水层;
所述的疏水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:氟化石墨烯1-5份、虫角质膜提取物1-5份、有机硅改性聚氨酯40-60份和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯50-90份、氮丙啶交联剂1-5份和六碳含氟防水剂1-5份;
所述的超亲水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚酯切片60-100份、β- D-葡萄糖1-10份、纳米银5-10份、改性竹纤维20-30份、多肽溶液10-20份和乙醇1-5份;
亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)疏水面料层的制备:在有机硅改性聚氨酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中引入氮丙啶交联剂,同时在纺丝液中掺杂水性六碳含氟防水剂和虫角质膜提取物和氟化石墨烯;
2)超亲水面料层的制备:聚酯切片置于氢氧化钠溶液中,1-2h后取出后置于β- D-葡萄糖、纳米银、多肽溶液和乙醇的混合溶液中,制得改性聚酯纤维,将改性聚酯纤维与改性竹纤维混合纺丝后制得超亲水面料层;
3)在超亲水面料层上附上一层隔水层;
4)利用中空纤维将疏水面料层和超亲水面料层连接,在疏水面料层和超亲水面料层之间形成导水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:所述的疏水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:氟化石墨烯2-4份、虫角质膜提取物1-3份、有机硅改性聚氨酯40-50份和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯50-80份、氮丙啶交联剂1-3份和六碳含氟防水剂1-3份;所述的超亲水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚酯切片65-90份、β- D-葡萄糖2-5份、纳米银5-8份、改性竹纤维22-25份、多肽溶液15-18份和乙醇1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:所述的疏水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:氟化石墨烯3份、虫角质膜提取物2份、有机硅改性聚氨酯46份和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯72份、氮丙啶交联剂2份和六碳含氟防水剂2份;所述的超亲水面料层由以下重量份的成分组成:聚酯切片83份、β- D-葡萄糖4份、纳米银7份、改性竹纤维24份、多肽溶液17份和乙醇2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:所述的导水层将超亲水面料层的湿气输送至导水层与隔水层;所述的导水层由若干与超亲水面料层和疏水面料层连接的经纱和纬纱组成;所述的经纱和纬纱均采用中空纤维,所述中空纤维上设置若干细小中空输送通道,所述的细小中空输送通道的底部与疏水面料层连接,顶部与隔水层连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:所述的中空纤维内设置有Y型截面支撑体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:所述的隔水层与所述的超亲水面料层之间设置有空气层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种亲肤防水透湿纳米纤维面料,其特征在于:在步骤3)后,在隔水层与超亲水面料层之间设置空气层。
