Claims (9)

1. An in-situ remediation device for all-terrain crawler-type surface-polluted soil is characterized by comprising a soil turning and stirring mechanism, a power transmission mechanism, an intelligent dosing unit, power output equipment, a travelling mechanism, an operation room and a rack;
the soil-turning stirring mechanism is positioned below the rear part of the whole equipment and comprises a cutter head, a soil-turning stirring cutter, a cutter shaft, a supporting arm, a fixing plate, a hydraulic push rod, a hydraulic control rod and a hydraulic oil tank, wherein one end of the supporting arm is hinged with the rack, the other end of the supporting arm is welded with the fixing plate, the cutter shaft is suspended on the fixing plate, the cutter head is arranged on the cutter shaft, the soil-turning stirring cutters are uniformly distributed on the cutter head, one end of the hydraulic push rod is hinged with the fixing plate through a lifting lug, the other end of the hydraulic push rod is hinged with the rack, and the hydraulic push rod is connected with the hydraulic control rod and the hydraulic oil tank through a hydraulic oil pipeline;
the power transmission mechanism is positioned at the front part of the whole equipment and comprises a gear box and a universal coupling, two ends of the universal coupling are respectively connected with the gear box and power output equipment through a cross shaft, and the lower part of the power output equipment is provided with a walking mechanism;
the intelligent dosing unit is positioned above the rear part of the whole device and comprises a medicine box, a driving motor, rotating scrapers, an intelligent controller, a distribution hose and a distribution box, the medicine box is fixed on the rack through a support, the rotating scrapers are arranged at the bottom of the medicine box, a plurality of groups of rotating scrapers are coaxially and serially arranged, the rotation is controlled through the driving motor, the driving motor is started and regulated through the intelligent controller, the upper end of the distribution hose is connected with a discharge port of the medicine box below the rotating scrapers, and the lower end of the distribution hose is connected with the distribution box;
the power output equipment is positioned above the front part of the whole equipment and is arranged at the front end of the rack;
the walking mechanism is a crawler belt and is arranged at the bottom of the front part of the whole equipment, and the crawler belt is arranged on the rack;
the soil turning and stirring knife in the soil turning and stirring mechanism is fixed on the cutter discs along the circumference through rivets, 4-6 soil turning and stirring knives are fixed on each cutter disc along the circumference, the soil turning and stirring knives can be replaced by opening the rivets, the cutter discs are fixed on the cutter shaft at intervals of 20-30 cm to form a soil turning and stirring part, and the cutter shaft is driven by the gear box to drive the soil turning and stirring knives to rotate;
the cross shaft is a quick-wear part of the universal coupling, plays a role in overload protection, and is broken when the torque exceeds a limit value, so that the connection between the gear box and the power output equipment is disconnected.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation equipment of claim 1, wherein the operation chamber is located in the middle of the whole equipment and comprises an operation table, a hydraulic control lever, a steering control lever, a forward-reverse control lever, a throttle control lever and a seat, a starting switch is arranged on the operation table, and the operation table is opposite to the seat.
3. The all-terrain tracked surface contaminated soil in-situ remediation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the tracks are rubber tracks.
4. The all-terrain tracked surface contaminated soil in-situ remediation device of claim 1, wherein the power take-off device is a diesel engine.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface-polluted soil in-situ remediation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a diesel oil tank and a storage battery are mounted on the frame, and the diesel oil tank, the storage battery and the hydraulic oil tank are arranged on two sides of the power output equipment.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface-layer contaminated soil in-situ remediation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the medicine chest is integrally formed, the upper portion of the medicine chest is a cuboid, the lower portion of the medicine chest is a triangular prism, the width of the medicine chest is the same as that of the cutter shaft, 5-8 partition plates are obliquely arranged inside the medicine chest, smooth blanking of solid remediation medicines is guaranteed, holes are formed in the bottom of the medicine chest at intervals of 20-30 cm, and a rotating scraper is arranged at each hole.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface-layer contaminated soil in-situ remediation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material distribution box is welded on the fixing plate, the material distribution box is triangular, the length of the bottom side of the material distribution box is 20-30 cm, the number of the material distribution box is the same as that of the rotating scrapers, and at least 10 flow deflectors are arranged inside the material distribution box, so that solid remediation agents can be uniformly scattered from the bottom of the material distribution box.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface-polluted soil in-situ remediation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving motor is mounted on the side of the pesticide box, a shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the rotating scrapers to achieve synchronous rotation control of the multiple groups of rotating scrapers, the driving motor is controlled by the intelligent controller, and the intelligent controller is mounted on the operating platform.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation equipment of claim 1, wherein a GPS positioning system and a dosing control system are arranged in the intelligent controller; the driving motor and the intelligent controller are powered by a storage battery to work, and the storage battery is charged by power output equipment during working or an external charger.
