the soil stirring cutters in the soil stirring mechanism are circumferentially fixed on cutter heads through rivets, each cutter head is circumferentially fixed with 4-6 soil stirring cutters, the rivet is opened to replace the soil stirring cutters, the cutter heads are fixed on cutter shafts at intervals of 20-30 cm to form soil stirring components, and the cutter shafts are driven by a gear box to drive the soil stirring cutters to rotate;

the solid repairing agent is scattered from the medicine chest, the solid repairing agent passes through the distributing hose to enter the distributing box under the action of self gravity and mechanical vibration during repairing operation, is uniformly scattered on the surface of soil to be excavated and crushed, is continuously excavated, crushed and stirred by the rotary soil-turning stirring knife, and is uniformly mixed with soil particles, so that deep flanging dosing repairing is realized while advancing;
if the advancing speed of the full-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation equipment changes, the drug adding amount control system arranged in the intelligent controller can adjust the rotating speed of the driving motor, so that the drug spraying speed of the solid remediation agent is adjusted, and the amount of the remediation agent sprayed on the soil in unit area is kept constant.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation device according to claim 1, wherein the operating room is located in the middle of the whole device and comprises an operating table, a hydraulic operating lever, a steering operating lever, a forward-reverse operating lever, an accelerator operating lever and a seat, wherein a starting switch is arranged on the operating table, and the operating table faces the seat.

4. The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation device of claim 1, wherein the power take-off device is a diesel engine.
5. The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation device according to claim 1, wherein a diesel oil tank, a storage battery are mounted on the frame, and the diesel oil tank, the storage battery and the hydraulic oil tank are arranged on two sides of the power output device.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation equipment according to claim 1, wherein the medicine chest is integrally formed, the upper part is cuboid, the lower part is triangular prism, the width of the medicine chest is the same as that of the cutter shaft, 5-8 partition plates are obliquely arranged in the medicine chest, smooth discharging of solid remediation agents is guaranteed, holes are formed in the bottom of the medicine chest at intervals of 20-30 cm, and a rotary scraper is arranged at each hole.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation device according to claim 1, wherein the distribution boxes are welded on the fixed plate, the distribution boxes are triangular, the length of the bottom edge is 20-30 cm, the number of the distribution boxes is the same as that of the rotating scrapers, and at least 10 guide vanes are arranged inside the distribution boxes, so that the solid remediation agent can be uniformly scattered from the bottom of the distribution boxes.

The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation device according to claim 1, wherein the driving motor is arranged on the side face of the medicine box, a shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the rotating scrapers to realize synchronous rotation control of a plurality of groups of rotating scrapers, and the driving motor is controlled by the intelligent controller which is arranged on the operation table.
9. The all-terrain crawler-type surface polluted soil in-situ remediation device according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent controller is internally provided with a GPS positioning system and a dosing control system; the driving motor and the intelligent controller are powered by the storage battery to work, and the storage battery is charged by the power output equipment when in work or by an external charger.
