Abstract
The invention relates to quick-acting traumatic injury medicinal liquor, which comprises medicinal raw materials and wine, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of red bayberry root, 10-30 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10-20 parts of elderberry, 10-15 parts of lysimachia sikokiana, 10-30 parts of dragon's blood and 15-30 parts of adiantum capillipes. Also provides a preparation method thereof. Background

The herba Lysimachiae Fortunei, which enters heart and kidney meridians, is bitter and astringent in flavor and has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, inducing diuresis and eliminating dampness. Can be used for treating traumatic injury, joint rheumatalgia, acute mastitis, scrofula, edema, etc.
Dragon's blood, which enters heart and liver meridians, is neutral in nature, sweet in taste, salty and neutral in flavor, and has the functions of promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, healing sore and promoting granulation. Can be used for treating traumatic injury, heart and abdomen pain, traumatic hemorrhage, and unhealed skin and external diseases. Tie Lin Cao, entering liver, lung and kidney meridians, is neutral in nature, sweet and cool in flavor, and has the effects of relieving swelling, detoxifying and astringing wounds. Can be used for treating intractable wound.
The six medicines have the function of treating traumatic injury. And has no toxicity, good curative effects on diminishing inflammation, astringing and promoting tissue regeneration, and no toxic or side effect.

The paniculate swallowwort root has the effects of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, and relieving pain and itching.
Rhizoma Dioscoreae esculentae is named as WAICAO, SHIRUBAIGU, rhizoma Solani Tuber osi, cartilage rhizoma Dioscoreae esculentae, fructus Mali poreae, and herba Coriandri. Draw out pus and relieve swelling.
The medicinal materials also comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of winged hemp, 10-20 parts of ovate leaf holly bark, 5-15 parts of climbing entada herb, 10-15 parts of philippine flemingia root, 10-20 parts of paniculate swallowwort root and 10-15 parts of purple sweet potato. The quick-acting traumatic injury medicinal liquor has relatively mild medicinal effect, and mainly promotes blood circulation to remove blood stasis when in actual use. Test example 1
80 traumatic injury patients between 30 and 50 years old who are collected by the inventor are divided into 4 groups at random in every 20 persons, the first group and the second group use the quick-acting traumatic injury medicinal liquor provided by the embodiments 1 and 7 of the invention, and the third group and the fourth group respectively use the quick-acting traumatic injury medicinal liquor provided by the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2. The medicine is taken three times a day, 1 minute each time, and 7 days are a treatment course and are randomly applied.
The patients are evaluated according to the effective degree and 0-5 minutes. 0 point indicates no effect, namely, the symptoms such as bruise caused by falling injury, bruise caused by hot water and fire, sprain of wrist in menstrual period, dermatophytosis, itch and odor are not obviously improved or aggravated. 5 points indicate recovery, namely bleeding divergence, wound scabbing, scald healing, no blister, sprain no longer aching pain, beriberi itching and odor improvement, and all indexes in a laboratory are checked normally.
