The adjustable suspension 57 comprises four vertical longitudinal beams 25 at the corners, and the lower ends of the longitudinal beams 25 are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the roller conveying devices 59 at the two sides; an inverted V-shaped supporting beam 29 is connected between the top ends of the two longitudinal beams 25 at the front end and between the top ends of the two longitudinal beams 25 at the rear end respectively, a longitudinally arranged supporting shaft 30 is arranged between the top ends of the front supporting beam 29 and the rear supporting beam 29, two ends of the supporting shaft 30 are connected with a frame 66 through connecting seats 27, two sides of the supporting shaft 30 are symmetrically provided with cross beams 28, two ends of the cross beams 28 are respectively connected with the front supporting beam 29 and the rear supporting beam 29, two parallel and vertically arranged suspension beams 26 are arranged below the cross beams 28, four ends of the template 12 are respectively connected with the suspension beams 26 in a threaded mode, and a plurality of vertically arranged height adjusting through holes are formed in the suspension beams 26.
The frame 66 includes four columns 50 of four bights, and the upper end of four columns 50 is connected through the undercarriage 49 that can height position, and four bights and the column 50 of undercarriage 49 pass through slip ring and bolted connection, and the width direction of undercarriage 49 is telescopic link 67, and telescopic link 67 at both ends passes through the bolt adjustment position and is fixed around.

The roller conveying device 59 comprises roller supporting channel steel 23 at the front end and the rear end, the upper end of the roller supporting channel steel 23 is connected with a longitudinal beam 25 of an adjustable suspension bracket 57 through a frame connecting channel steel 20, the lower end of the roller supporting channel steel 23 is provided with a frame connecting piece, the upper end of a base 51 is provided with a chassis connecting piece, the frame connecting piece is provided with a horizontal slotted hole, the chassis connecting piece is provided with a connecting through hole, and the frame connecting piece is connected with the chassis connecting piece through bolts and nuts penetrating through the slotted hole and the connecting through hole; a driving roller a24 and 5 driven rollers a21 are arranged between the roller support channel steels 23, driving roller shafts 18 at two ends of the driving roller a24 and driven roller shafts 68 at two ends of the driven roller a21 are respectively connected with the roller support channel steels 23 through bearing blocks 61 and roller bearings 62, and one end part of the driving roller shaft 18 is connected with a servo motor b19 through a reduction gearbox b 17; the middle part of the driving roller shaft 18 is provided with a driving chain wheel b16, the middle 4 driven roller shaft 68 is provided with two parallel driven chain wheels b63, the driven roller shaft 68 at the outermost side is provided with a driven chain wheel b63, the driving roller shaft 18 is connected with the adjacent driven roller shaft 68 through the driving chain wheel b16, a driving chain b15 and the driven chain wheel b63, and the adjacent two driven roller shaft 68 are respectively connected with the driven chain b64 through the driven chain wheel b 63. A reinforcing rib plate 22 is also arranged between the roller support channel steel 23 and the frame connecting channel steel 20.
The belt clamping and lifting device 56 comprises supporting vertical plates 33 positioned on two sides, wherein parallel driving rollers b42 and first driven rollers 41 are arranged at the lower ends of the supporting vertical plates 33 through roller bearings c43, a servo motor c32 is connected to the outer side of one end of each driving roller b42 through a reduction gearbox c31, a driving gear 39 is arranged on the outer side of the other end of each driving roller b42, driven gears 38 connected with the driving gears 39 are arranged on the outer side of the end portions of the first driven rollers 41, two parallel second driven rollers 37 are arranged at the upper ends of the supporting vertical plates 33 through adjustable bearing seats 34, annular driving sponge conveying belts 36 are sleeved on the driving rollers b42 and the second driven rollers 37 on the same side, and annular driven sponge conveying belts 40 are sleeved on the first driven rollers 41 and the second driven rollers 37 on the same side.
The driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and/or the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 are internally provided with 5 parallel connecting plates 65, and two ends of each connecting plate 65 are respectively connected with the supporting vertical plate 33 through bolts;
the driving roller b42, the first driven roller 41 and the second driven roller 37 on both sides of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 are provided with fixed check rings 35.
The power system also includes a controller 47 and a lithium phosphate battery 48 disposed above the landing gear 49.
The controller 47 is connected to a radio remote controller.
The mandrel 5 is provided with 3 star wheels 4 which are arranged in parallel, and the joint of the tobacco leaves and stems can be pressed down from the upper, middle and lower heights at the same time, so that the tobacco leaves and the tobacco stems are separated from each other and fall onto the roller conveying device 59, and the tobacco leaf collection is completed, so that the working efficiency is high.
The star wheel 4 is provided with 8 harvesting rods which are uniformly distributed on the circumference, namely, the included angle between two adjacent harvesting rods is 45 degrees, so that when the star wheel 4 is pressed down, the two harvesting rods positioned on two sides of the tobacco rod can be better attached to the tobacco rod, and the tobacco leaves can be better pressed down and picked down;
the star wheel 4 is connected to the mandrel 5 through the roller bearing b2, so that the star wheel 4 can freely rotate, and therefore when two harvesting rods which are adjacent to each other are located on two sides of the tobacco rod, the star wheel 4 can automatically rotate to an optimal clamping state, and the tobacco leaf and stem leaf separation of the tobacco rod can be better completed when the star wheel is pressed down.
Sleeve 3 has been cup jointed on the mandrel 5 between two adjacent star gears 4 each other, can be according to the sleeve 3 of the height of tobacco stem, the height etc. selection suitable height between the tobacco leaf, makes between two adjacent star gears 4 keep suitable fixed height to better carries out multilayer synchronous harvesting to the tobacco leaf on the tobacco stem.
Two ends of the mandrel 5 are fixedly connected with a U-shaped supporting frame 6 which is transversely arranged; two parallel cranks 14 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer side of the supporting frame 6, one end of each crank 14 is connected with the supporting frame 6 through a roller bearing a1, the other end of each crank 14 is connected with a rotating shaft 13 which is horizontally arranged, the other end of the rotating shaft 13 positioned above is connected with a reduction gearbox a8 with double output shafts and two central lines overlapped, the input end of the reduction gearbox a8 is connected with a servo motor a7, the other output end of the reduction gearbox a8 is connected with a driving chain wheel a9, the driving chain wheel a9 is connected with a driven chain wheel a11 through a chain a10, the driven chain wheel a11 is connected with the rotating shaft 13 below, the servo motor a7 can be controlled to drive the two rotating shafts 13 to synchronously rotate through the reduction gearbox a8, the driving chain wheel a9, the chain a10 and the driven chain wheel a11, so that the supporting frame 6 and the star wheel 4 are driven to do double crank motions through the cranks 14, the simulated human hand picks the tobacco leaf, realize actions such as "stretching", "pressing", "returning", namely each layer star wheel 4 of star wheel picking unit of both sides is stretched forward to the tobacco leaf top, wherein each layer has two harvesting poles and tobacco pole contact and free rotation to suitable angle respectively, make the root of two harvesting poles and tobacco pole laminating or the distance are nearer, then star wheel 4 pushes down, force tobacco leaf root and tobacco pole to accomplish stem leaf separation, star wheel 4 is retracted back under the drive of pivot 13 and support frame 6, drive the tobacco leaf and fall back to the cylinder conveyor 59 of below downwards and backward, accomplish the work of picking of tobacco leaf, very big reduction intensity of labour, improved work efficiency, and the star wheel adopts the rubber material, be flexible contact with the tobacco leaf, reduce the mechanical damage of tobacco leaf.
The middle part of two pivots 13 is provided with the worker board 12 with pivot 13 vertically, and four tip and the adjustable mounted frame 57 of worker board 12 pass through bolted connection, can realize the purpose of adjusting the height of star wheel picking unit through adjusting the height of worker board 12 on adjustable mounted frame 57 to the height that makes the star wheel picking unit can be further better adapt to the height of tobacco stem, the height between the adjacent tobacco leaf etc..
The rear of the star wheel picking unit is provided with a collecting system, the collecting system comprises two sets of roller conveying devices 59 which are arranged below the rear end of the star wheel picking unit and symmetrically arranged, two sets of belt clamping and lifting devices 56 which are arranged outside the roller conveying devices 59 and connected with the rack and symmetrically arranged, and a tobacco basket 55 which is arranged outside the upper end of the belt clamping and lifting devices 56, tobacco leaves picked by the star wheel picking unit fall onto the roller conveying devices 59, the roller conveying devices 59 convey the tobacco leaves to the lower end of the belt clamping and lifting devices 56 outwards, and the driving sponge conveying belt 36 and the driven sponge conveying belt 40 of the belt clamping and lifting devices 56 clamp and convey and lift the tobacco leaves upwards, and finally fall into the tobacco basket 55 outside the upper end to finish picking, conveying and collecting of the tobacco leaves.
The inner side end parts of the roller conveying devices 59 on two sides are symmetrically provided with the brushes 60, so that the gaps between the roller conveying devices 59 on the left side and the right side can be well filled, tobacco leaves picked by the star wheel picking units can be prevented from falling to the ground from gaps of the two roller conveying devices 59, waste and damage of the tobacco leaves are avoided, the brush 60 is made of high-elasticity nylon 610 and the like, hardness is softer, and the tobacco leaves are prevented from falling and meanwhile the passing of stems is not influenced.
The adjustable suspension 57 comprises four vertical longitudinal beams 25 at the corners, and the lower ends of the longitudinal beams 25 are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the roller conveying devices 59 at the two sides; the two longitudinal beams 25 at the front end and the two longitudinal beams 25 at the rear end are respectively connected with the inverted V-shaped supporting beams 29, a longitudinally arranged supporting shaft 30 is arranged between the tops of the front supporting beam 29 and the rear supporting beam 29, two ends of the supporting shaft 30 are connected with a frame 66 through connecting seats 27, two symmetrical sides of the supporting shaft 30 are provided with cross beams 28, two ends of the cross beams 28 are respectively connected with the front supporting beam 29 and the rear supporting beam 29, the left width and the right width of the adjustable suspension bracket 57 are kept unchanged, the left distance and the right distance between two star wheel picking units are kept unchanged, the star wheel picking units can be always located at fixed distances on two sides of tobacco rods to be picked, stem leaf separation from the combination position of tobacco leaves and the tobacco rods can be guaranteed, the relative position between the star wheel picking units and the roller conveying device 59 is guaranteed, and the picked tobacco leaves are well dropped onto the roller conveying device 59.
Two parallel and perpendicular suspension beams 26 are arranged below the cross beam 28, four ends of the construction plate 12 are respectively in threaded connection with the suspension beams 26, and a plurality of perpendicular height adjusting through holes are formed in the suspension beams 26, so that the height and the installation position of the construction plate 12 on the adjustable suspension frame 57 can be better adjusted according to the height of tobacco stems, the height between adjacent tobacco leaves and the like.
The frame 66 includes four stands 50 of four bights, and the upper end of four stands 50 is connected through the undercarriage 49 that can adjust the height position, and four bights and stand 50 of undercarriage 49 pass through slip ring and bolted connection, can adjust the height of slip ring on stand 50 to through the bolt fastening, adjust the height of undercarriage 49, the tobacco rod of better adaptation different height avoids the upper end of tobacco rod to collide with undercarriage 49.
The telescopic rods 67 are arranged on the width direction of the landing gear 49, namely, one side is of a sleeve structure, the other side is of a sliding rod structure, the telescopic rods 67 at the front end and the rear end can slide relatively in the horizontal direction, the positions of the telescopic rods 67 at the front end and the rear end are adjusted and fixed through bolts, the distance between the stand columns 50 at the left side and the right side of the rack 66 can be adjusted by properly adjusting the length of the telescopic rods 67, and the tobacco fields on the ridge surfaces with different widths or the tobacco fields with row spacing with different widths can be well adapted.
The power chassis 54 comprises a base 51, and a crawler wheel train 52 is arranged below the base 51; a servo motor d46 is arranged above one end of the base 51, the servo motor d46 is connected with a driving chain wheel c53 through a reduction gearbox d45, the driving chain wheel c53 is connected with a driven chain wheel c44 arranged on the crawler wheel train 52 through a chain, the servo motor d46 can be controlled, the driving chain wheel c53 is driven to rotate through the reduction gearbox 45, the driven chain wheel c44 and the crawler wheel train 52 are driven to rotate, and accordingly the whole harvester is driven to walk forwards or backwards.
The lower extreme of roller support channel-section steel 23 is provided with the frame connection piece, and the upper end of base 51 is provided with the chassis connection piece, is provided with horizontal slotted hole on the frame connection piece, is provided with the connection through-hole on the chassis connection piece, and frame connection piece and chassis connection piece are connected through the bolt and the nut that pass slotted hole and connection through-hole, when can guaranteeing to adjust the distance between the stand 50 of both sides, the lower extreme of roller conveyor 59 still can firm in connection with the upper end of power chassis 54, guarantees that the shape of adjustable mounted frame 57 is unchangeable, guarantees that the relative position between two star wheel picking units is unchangeable and the relative position of star wheel picking unit and roller conveyor 59 is unchangeable.
A driving roller a24 and 5 driven rollers a21 are arranged between the roller support channel steels 23, driving roller shafts 18 at two ends of the driving roller a24 and driven roller shafts 68 at two ends of the driven roller a21 are respectively connected with the roller support channel steels 23 through bearing blocks 61 and roller bearings 62, and one end part of the driving roller shaft 18 is connected with a servo motor b19 through a reduction gearbox b 17; the middle part of the driving roller shaft 18 is provided with a driving chain wheel b16, the middle 4 driven roller shaft 68 is provided with two parallel driven chain wheels b63, the driven roller shaft 68 at the outermost side is provided with a driven chain wheel b63, the driving roller shaft 18 is connected with the adjacent driven roller shaft 68 through the driving chain wheel b16, a driving chain b15 and the driven chain wheel b63, and the adjacent two driven roller shaft 68 are respectively connected with the driven chain wheel b64 through the driven chain wheel b 63; the servo motor b19 can be controlled, the driving roller a24 and the driven roller a21 are driven to synchronously rotate through the reduction gearbox b17, and tobacco leaves falling onto the driving roller a24 or the driven roller a21 are conveyed to the lower end of the belt clamping and lifting device 56 outwards.
The reinforcing rib plates 22 are further arranged between the roller supporting channel steel 23 and the frame connecting channel steel 20, so that the structural strength is better, and tobacco leaves can be prevented from falling to the ground from the front end and the rear end of the roller conveying device 56.
The roller surfaces of the driving roller a24 and the driven roller a21 can be further vulcanized with a layer of rubber with the thickness of 5mm, so that the friction force between the driving roller a24 and the driven roller a21 and tobacco leaves is enhanced.
The belt clamping and lifting device 56 comprises supporting vertical plates 33 positioned on two sides, wherein the lower ends of the supporting vertical plates 33 are provided with parallel driving rollers b42 and first driven rollers 41 through roller bearings c43, one end outer side of each driving roller b42 is connected with a servo motor c32 through a reduction gearbox c31, the other end outer side of each driving roller b42 is provided with a driving gear 39, the outer side of the end part of each first driven roller 41 is provided with a driven gear 38 connected with the driving gear 39, the upper ends of the supporting vertical plates 33 are provided with two parallel second driven rollers 37 through adjustable bearing seats 34, annular driving sponge conveying belts 36 are sleeved on the driving rollers b42 and the second driven rollers 37 on the same side, and annular driven sponge conveying belts 40 are sleeved on the first driven rollers 41 and the second driven rollers 37 on the same side; the servo motor c32 can be controlled, the driving roller b and the first driven roller 41 are driven to synchronously and reversely rotate through the reduction gearbox c31, so that the driving sponge conveying belt 36 and the driven sponge conveying belt 40 are driven to synchronously and reversely rotate, tobacco leaves conveyed to the position between the driving sponge conveying belt 36 and the driven sponge conveying belt 40 by the roller conveying device 59 are clamped and lifted upwards, and finally the tobacco leaves fall into the tobacco basket 55 outside the upper end.
The upper end of the supporting vertical plate 33 is provided with two parallel second driven rollers 37 through an adjustable bearing seat 34, the adjustable bearing seat 34 is a vertical bearing seat with adjustable bearing height purchased by a network shopping platform, and the height of the bearing can be adjusted, so that the distance between a driving roller b42 and the second driven roller 37 and the distance between a first driven roller 41 and the second driven roller 37 can be adjusted, and the purpose of adjusting the tensioning degree of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 can be achieved.
The inside of initiative sponge conveyer belt 36 and/or driven sponge conveyer belt 40 is provided with 5 parallel connecting plates 65, the both ends of connecting plate 65 are connected with supporting riser 33 through the bolt respectively, can adjust the clearance between initiative sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt through adjusting the hookup location of connecting plate 65 and supporting riser 33, and make the clearance after adjusting fixed, make the centre gripping that initiative sponge conveyer belt 36 and driven sponge conveyer belt 40 can be better promote the tobacco leaf, avoid the tobacco leaf to drop, also can be better inject the distance between the both sides supporting riser 33 simultaneously, further increase belt centre gripping hoisting device 56's intensity, play the effect of strengthening the connection.
The fixed check rings 35 are arranged on the driving roller b42, the first driven roller 41 and the second driven roller 37 on two sides of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40, so that the positions of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 can be better restrained, and deviation is prevented.
The driving sponge conveyer belt 36 of the belt clamping and lifting device can be a high-density tearing-resistant sponge belt with the thickness of 10mm, and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 can be a foam cotton conveyer belt with the thickness of 15 mm; the diameters of the driving roller b42, the first driven roller 41 and the second driven roller 37 are equal, the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 are installed in a staggered mode, and the distance between the lower end of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the lower end of the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the driving roller b42, so that tobacco leaves can be conveyed outwards better; the driving roller b42 of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven roller a21 of the roller conveyer 56 have the same diameter and are positioned at the same horizontal position, and the first driven roller 41 of the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 is positioned above the driven roller a21 of the roller conveyer 59 with a gap of 2-3cm.
The power system also includes a controller 47 and a lithium phosphate battery 48 disposed above the landing gear 49, and is electrically driven by clean energy, so as to avoid environmental pollution.
The controller 47 can also be connected with a radio remote controller, and the traveling direction and the traveling speed of the harvester are controlled through the radio remote controller, so that the weight of the whole harvester is reduced by eliminating a cockpit, and the harvester is more compact.
Working principle of the harvester: the harvester replaces an artificial driving machine by controlling a power chassis through a radio remote controller, a star wheel picking unit picks tobacco leaves from tobacco plants, the tobacco leaves fall to a roller conveying device 59 after being separated from the plants, the tobacco leaves are conveyed outwards, after the tobacco leaves reach the bottom end of a belt clamping and lifting device 56, a roller pair mechanism consisting of a driving roller b42 and a first driven roller 41 winds the tobacco leaves between a driving sponge conveying belt 36 and a driven sponge conveying belt 40, the tobacco leaves are conveyed upwards into tobacco baskets 55 at two sides of the upper end, and the whole harvesting process is completed.

Claims (10)

1. The small gantry crawler-type tobacco harvesting machine comprises a picking system, a collecting system and a power system, and is characterized in that the power system comprises a power chassis which is positioned at the lower end and used for driving the small gantry crawler-type tobacco harvesting machine to walk, and a rack is arranged above the power chassis;
the picking system comprises a star wheel picking device and an adjustable hanging frame, wherein the adjustable hanging frame is arranged in the frame, and two sets of star wheel picking devices are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the front end of the adjustable hanging frame;
the star wheel picking device comprises a star wheel picking unit, wherein the star wheel picking unit comprises a mandrel and 2-6 star wheels which are arranged on the mandrel in parallel, 3-12 uniformly distributed picking rods are arranged on the circumference of the star wheels, the star wheels are connected to the mandrel through roller bearings b, sleeves are sleeved on the mandrel between two adjacent star wheels, and two ends of the mandrel are fixedly connected with U-shaped supporting frames which are transversely arranged; two parallel cranks are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer side of the support frame, one end of each crank is connected with the support frame through a roller bearing a, the other end of each crank is connected with a rotating shaft which is horizontally arranged, the other end of each rotating shaft which is positioned above is connected with a double-output shaft and two reduction boxes a with central lines coincident, the input end of each reduction box a is connected with a servo motor a, the other output end of each reduction box a is connected with a driving sprocket a, the driving sprocket a is connected with a driven sprocket a through a chain a, and the driven sprocket a is connected with the rotating shaft below; the middle parts of the two rotating shafts are provided with a template vertical to the rotating shafts, and the four end parts of the template are connected with the adjustable suspension bracket through bolts;
the star wheel picking unit rear is provided with collecting system, collecting system is including setting up star wheel picking unit rear end below and two sets of roller conveyor that the symmetry set up, set up the roller conveyor outside, with two sets of belt centre gripping hoisting device that the frame is connected and the symmetry set up and set up the cigarette basket in belt centre gripping hoisting device upper end outside.

The small-sized gantry crawler-type tobacco harvesting machine according to claim 3, wherein the frame comprises four upright posts with four corners, the upper ends of the four upright posts are connected through landing gears with height positions capable of being adjusted, the four corners of the landing gears are connected with the upright posts through sliding rings and bolts, telescopic rods are arranged on the width direction of the landing gears, and the telescopic rods at the front end and the rear end are adjusted in position and fixed through bolts.

A miniature planer crawler tobacco harvesting machine as in claim 3 wherein said power chassis includes a base with a crawler train disposed below said base; a servo motor d is arranged above one end of the base, the servo motor d is connected with a driving sprocket c through a reduction gearbox d, and the driving sprocket c is connected with a driven sprocket c arranged on the crawler wheel system through a chain.

The small gantry crawler tobacco harvesting machine of claim 5, wherein the roller conveyor comprises roller support channels at front and rear ends, the upper ends of the roller support channels are connected with the stringers of the adjustable hanger, and the lower ends of the roller support channels are connected with the upper ends of the base; a driving roller a and 2-8 driven rollers a are arranged between the roller support channel steels, driving roller shafts at two ends of the driving roller a and driven roller shafts at two ends of the driven roller a are respectively connected with the roller support channel steels through bearing blocks and roller bearings d, and one end part of each driving roller shaft is connected with a servo motor b through a reduction gearbox b; the middle part of the driving roller shaft is provided with a driving chain wheel b, the middle 4 driven roller shaft is provided with two parallel driven chain wheels b, the driven roller shaft at the outermost side is provided with one driven chain wheel b, the driving roller shaft is connected with the adjacent driven roller shaft through the driving chain wheel b, a driving chain b and the driven chain wheels b, and the two adjacent driven roller shaft are respectively connected with the driven chain wheels b and the driven chain b.

the driving roller b, the first driven roller and the second driven roller on two sides of the driving sponge conveying belt and the driven sponge conveying belt are provided with fixed check rings.
