Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a small gantry crawler-type tobacco harvester which is low in price, compact in structure, suitable for domestic cultivation modes and capable of effectively improving tobacco leaf picking efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a small gantry crawler-type tobacco harvester comprises a harvesting system, a collecting system and a power system, wherein the power system comprises a power chassis which is positioned at the lower end and used for driving the small gantry crawler-type tobacco harvester to walk, and a rack is arranged above the power chassis;
the picking system comprises star wheel picking devices and an adjustable suspension frame, the adjustable suspension frame is arranged in the rack, and two sets of the star wheel picking devices are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the front end of the adjustable suspension frame;
the star wheel picking device comprises a star wheel picking unit, the star wheel picking unit comprises a mandrel and 2-6 star wheels arranged on the mandrel in parallel, 3-12 uniformly distributed picking rods are arranged on the circumference of each star wheel, the star wheels are connected to the mandrel through roller bearings b, sleeves are sleeved on the mandrels between every two adjacent star wheels, and two ends of the mandrel are fixedly connected with U-shaped supporting frames arranged transversely; the upper end and the lower end of the outer side of the support frame are provided with two parallel cranks, one end of each crank is connected with the support frame through a roller bearing a, the other end of each crank is connected with a rotating shaft which is horizontally arranged, the other end of the rotating shaft which is positioned above the crank is connected with a reduction gearbox a with double output shafts and two coincident center lines, the input end of the reduction gearbox a is connected with a servo motor a, the other output end of the reduction gearbox a is connected with a driving sprocket a, the driving sprocket a is connected with a driven sprocket a through a chain a, and the driven sprocket a is connected with the rotating shaft below the driving sprocket a; the middle parts of the two rotating shafts are provided with a tool plate vertical to the rotating shafts, and four end parts of the tool plate are connected with the adjustable suspension bracket through bolts;
the star wheel picking unit is arranged behind the collecting system, and the collecting system comprises two sets of roller conveying devices, two sets of belt clamping and lifting devices and a cigarette basket, wherein the two sets of roller conveying devices are symmetrically arranged below the rear end of the star wheel picking unit, the two sets of belt clamping and lifting devices are arranged outside the roller conveying devices, the two sets of belt clamping and lifting devices are connected with the rack, the two sets of belt clamping and lifting devices are symmetrically arranged, and the cigarette basket is arranged outside the upper ends of the belt clamping and lifting devices.

In conclusion, the invention has the advantages that: the small gantry crawler-type small tobacco harvester is compact in structure and low in cost, when the small gantry crawler-type small tobacco harvester works, tobacco leaves are harvested from tobacco plants by using a star wheel picking unit with double-crank motion, the tobacco leaves separated from the plants fall to a roller conveying device, the roller conveying device conveys the tobacco leaves outwards to the bottom ends of belt clamping and lifting devices on two sides respectively, a counter roller mechanism consisting of a driving roller b and a first driven roller rolls the tobacco leaves between a driving sponge conveying belt and a driven sponge conveying belt, and the tobacco leaves are clamped and vertically lifted by the belt clamping and lifting devices and finally loaded into a tobacco basket; the tobacco harvesting machine can realize layered harvesting from top to bottom, has high picking efficiency, low tobacco breakage rate, compact machine type structure and small turning radius, and can adapt to the existing planting mode and the tobacco field operation in small plots of mountainous regions and hills; the whole machine is driven by clean energy power, so that environmental pollution is avoided.

The inner ends of the roller conveying devices 59 on both sides are symmetrically provided with brushes 60.

The driving sponge conveying belt 36 and/or the driven sponge conveying belt 40 are internally provided with 5 parallel connecting plates 65, and two ends of each connecting plate 65 are respectively connected with the supporting vertical plate 33 through bolts;
the driving roller b42, the first driven roller 41 and the second driven roller 37 on both sides of the driving sponge conveyer belt 36 and the driven sponge conveyer belt 40 are provided with fixed check rings 35.
The power system also includes a controller 47 and a lithium phosphate battery 48 disposed above the landing gear 49.
A radio remote controller is connected to the controller 47.

The adjustable suspension bracket 57 comprises four longitudinal beams 25 with the corners vertically arranged, and the lower ends of the longitudinal beams 25 are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the roller conveying devices 59 on the two sides; an inverted V-shaped supporting beam 29 is respectively connected between the top ends of the two longitudinal beams 25 at the front end and the top ends of the two longitudinal beams 25 at the rear end, a supporting shaft 30 which is longitudinally arranged is arranged between the top ends of the two front and rear supporting beams 29, two ends of the supporting shaft 30 are connected with a frame 66 through connecting seats 27, cross beams 28 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting shaft 30, two ends of each cross beam 28 are respectively connected with the front and rear supporting beams 29, thereby ensuring that the left and right width of the adjustable suspension bracket 57 is kept unchanged, ensuring that the left and right distance between the two star wheel picking units is unchanged, ensuring that the star wheel picking units can be always positioned at the two sides of the tobacco stems to be picked by a fixed distance, thereby ensuring that the star wheel picking unit can well complete the separation of stems and leaves from the joint of the tobacco leaves and the tobacco stems, meanwhile, the relative position between the star wheel picking unit and the roller conveying device 59 is ensured, and the picked tobacco leaves are ensured to well fall onto the roller conveying device 59.
Two suspension beams 26 which are parallel to each other and are vertically arranged are arranged below the cross beam 28, four end parts of the template 12 are respectively in threaded connection with the suspension beams 26, a plurality of height adjusting through holes which are vertically arranged are arranged on the suspension beams 26, and the height and the installation position of the template 12 on the adjustable suspension bracket 57 can be adjusted better according to the height of tobacco stems, the height between adjacent tobacco leaves and the like.
The frame 66 includes four stands 50 at four bights, and the upper end of four stands 50 is connected through undercarriage 49 that can height-adjusting position, and four bights of undercarriage 49 pass through slip ring and bolted connection with stand 50, can adjust the height of slip ring on stand 50 to through the bolt fastening, adjust undercarriage 49's height, the not co-altitude cigarette pole of better adaptation avoids the upper end and the undercarriage 49 collision of cigarette pole.
