As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the pulling assembly includes a weight rod 603 and a lower protrusion 604, the weight rod 603 is connected to the pulling rod 602, the pulling rod 602 passes through a through hole of the weight rod 603, the lower turntable 2 is connected to two sets of pushing connecting rods 5 and a swinging turntable 501, the swinging turntable 501 is fixedly connected to the lower protrusion 604 matched with the weight rod 603, and when the lower protrusion 604 does not extrude the weight rod 603 upwards, the weight rod 603 pulls the pulling rod 602 downwards by its own gravity.
The clockwise rotation in-process of carousel 2 can drive swing carousel 501 and rotate down, and lower protruding piece 604 can cancel the support to the weight pole 603 gradually, and the weight pole 603 moves down under the effect of gravity, and the in-process of removing can exert pulling force for pulling pole 602, and the carousel 2 reversal of returning the throne in-process drives swing carousel 501 reversal down, and lower protruding piece 604 can be gradually with weight pole 603 jack-up reset that makes progress.

A water spraying device for descaling train wheel round steel blanks comprises a flushing box, an electric sliding rail (1011), a lower carrying disc (104), lower spray heads (105) and a supporting disc (103), and is characterized by further comprising an upper hydraulic cylinder (106), an upper bracket (107), an upper carrying disc (108), upper spray heads (109), a containing frame (110), a clamping mechanism and a lower swinging mechanism, wherein the electric sliding rail (1011) is installed on the flushing box, the lower carrying disc (104) is fixedly connected in the flushing box through the supporting disc (103), the lower carrying disc (104) is rotatably connected with a plurality of lower spray heads (105), the upper hydraulic cylinder (106) is installed in the flushing box, the upper carrying disc (108) is fixedly connected with the upper carrying disc (107) through the upper bracket (106), the upper spray heads (109) are installed on the upper carrying disc (108), the containing frame (110) is installed in the flushing box, the upper carrying disc (108) is connected with a wheel clamping mechanism for driving the upper spray heads (109) to swing so as to clamp a mold, the supporting disc (103) is connected with a lower swing mechanism for driving the lower spray head (105) to swing.

The water spraying device for descaling the train wheel round steel blank according to claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises an upper rotary disc (7), an upper convex block (701), a supporting cover (702), a clamping hydraulic cylinder (703) and a clamping connecting rod (704), the upper rotary disc (7) is rotatably connected to the upper loading disc (108), a plurality of upper convex blocks (701) matched with the upper spray head (109) are fixedly connected to the upper rotary disc (7), the upper support (107) is hinged to the clamping hydraulic cylinder (703) through the supporting cover (702), the other end of the clamping hydraulic cylinder (703) is hinged to the clamping connecting rod (704), and the clamping connecting rod (704) is connected with the upper rotary disc (7).

The water spraying device for descaling the blank of the train wheel round steel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first pushing assembly comprises a lower connecting rod (3) and a lower hydraulic cylinder (301), the lower connecting rod (3) is fixedly connected to the lower carrier (104), the lower hydraulic cylinder (301) is hinged to the lower connecting rod (3), and the other end of the lower hydraulic cylinder (301) is hinged to the base (1).

The water spraying device for descaling the blank of the train wheel round steel as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a rotating mechanism for driving the wheel die to rotate, wherein the rotating mechanism is connected with the containing frame (110), the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating rod (4), a rotating gear (401), a toothed ring (402) and a second pushing assembly, the rotating rod (4) is rotatably connected to the base (1), the rotating gear (401) is fixedly connected to the rotating rod (4), the toothed ring (402) meshed with the rotating gear (401) is fixedly connected to the containing frame (110), and the second pushing assembly for driving the rotating rod (4) to rotate in the rotating process is connected to the lower turntable (2).
