In the existing steel billet iron oxide scale removing process, the steel billet iron oxide scale falls on a working table, so that the flatness of the working table is reduced, and the stability of the next steel billet is influenced. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the billet iron scale cleaning device comprises a mounting platform 1, a telescopic cylinder 2, a connecting rod 3, a swing rod 4, a spray header 6 and a cleaner 5 for cleaning iron scales on the surface of a billet worktable 7; the telescopic cylinder 2 is arranged on the mounting platform 1, the swing rod 4 is hinged on the mounting platform, the end part of the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder is hinged with the inner end of the swing rod through the connecting rod 3, the outer end of the swing rod extends out of the mounting platform, and the sweeper 5 is arranged on the lower portion of the outer end of the swing rod.
The swing rod 4 is a bending rod, a supporting boss is arranged on the mounting platform, the bending part of the swing rod is hinged on the supporting boss, and the swing range is large; the bottom of the sweeper is flush with the working table surface, and the sweeper is cleaned.
The sweeper 5 is a scraper blade or a film which is horizontally arranged; when the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder extends out, the swinging rod rotates anticlockwise; when the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder retracts, the swinging rod rotates clockwise; thereby drive the sweeper and clean the mesa of workstation, clean the high efficiency.
The lower part of the swinging rod is provided with a cleaning bracket 51 with adjustable height, and the cleaner is fixed on the cleaning bracket and is convenient to install and replace.
The installation height of the sweeper is convenient to adjust, and the bottom of the sweeper is abraded after long-term use, so that the cleaning effect is reduced; the sweeper is designed into a height adjusting structure, a sweeping support of the sweeper comprises a front plate 511 and a back plate 514, the front plate and the back plate are oppositely arranged on two sides of a swinging rod, height adjusting holes are formed in the front plate and/or the back plate, the front plate and the back plate are fixed on the swinging rod through the height adjusting holes by height adjusting bolts 513, and the sweeper is fixed on the lower portions of the front plate and the back plate.
Preferably, the front plate and the back plate are fixed on the swinging rod through a height adjusting bolt 513, a height adjusting hole is formed in the front plate, and the height adjusting bolt sequentially penetrates through the height adjusting hole, the swinging rod and the back plate and then is connected with a nut on the other side; and a fixing bolt 512 is provided on the front plate.
In order to radiate the heat of the oxide skin falling on the working table and achieve the purpose of thorough cleaning, a spray header 6 is arranged on the swing rod, and a nozzle for spraying water to the working table for cleaning is arranged on the spray header; further, the spray header passes through water pipe support 61 and establishes the top at the swinging arms, and the nozzle is established on one side of spray header, can protect the water pipe, clears up once more through the nozzle, and the clearance is thorough.
The invention also comprises a controller and an industrial camera for detecting the iron scale on the working table surface, wherein the industrial camera is arranged at the end part of the swing rod, the telescopic cylinder is an electric cylinder, and the industrial camera and the electric cylinder are both connected with the controller, so that the automatic cleaning operation can be realized.
The using method of the billet iron oxide scale cleaning device comprises the following steps:

The billet iron scale cleaning device and the use method thereof have reasonable design, can clean the iron scale falling on the surface of a billet worktable in time, realize automatic operation and do not influence the original production work rhythm; and the structure is compact, the occupied space is small, and the arrangement and the installation are convenient.
