Abstract
本发明涉及活性炭过滤网技术领域,且公开了一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网;本空气净化器用活性炭滤网,由下述重量份的组分制备而成:活性炭80~100份,海泡石20~40份,聚乙烯醇5~10份、甲醛捕获剂5~15份、去甲醛助剂1~5份、氧化剂2~5份、固体吸湿剂2~5份适量聚氨酯泡棉和水15份,本发明方案能够通过添加固体吸湿剂,可以对过滤网吸附湿气清除,避免湿气累积导致过滤网发霉影响活性炭过滤网的过滤效果,通过甲醛捕获剂与去甲醛助剂相互配合对甲醛进行吸附清除,可以高效地清除甲醛,纳米二氧化钛能与光相互作用,能将甲醛、甲胺等有害有机物氧化分解成无害的二氧化碳和水。

本发明属于活性炭过滤网技术领域,具体为一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网及其生产方法。
背景技术
现如今环境污染越来越严重,室内外空气质量严重下降,人类的身体健康也逐渐受到空气污染的侵害,空气污染是业内急需解决的问题,活性炭滤网是现在空气净化器广泛使用的过滤网,活性炭的活性、吸附性能是影响空气净化效能的主要因素;在活性炭过滤网在长时间使用时易吸附湿气,湿气累积易产生霉变,且现有的活性炭过滤网对甲醛等有害污染物的净化较差,为此,我们提出一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网及其生产方法。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网及其生产方法,有效的解决了长时间使用时易吸附湿气,湿气累积易产生霉变的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:由下述重量份的组分制备而成:活性炭80~100份,海泡石20~40份,聚乙烯醇5~10份、甲醛捕获剂5~15份、去甲醛助剂1~5份、氧化剂2~5份、固体吸湿剂2~5份适量聚氨酯泡棉和水15份。
优选的,所述活性炭为煤质柱状活性炭,所述活性炭的粒度≤100目。
优选的,所述甲醛捕获剂由40~60wt%的5,5-二甲基咪唑烷-2,4-二酮和40~60wt%的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯共混组成。
优选的,所述去甲醛助剂由40~60wt%的壳聚糖和40~60wt%的樟脑醑共混组成。
优选的,所述氧化剂为纳米二氧化钛,所述的氧化剂的粒度≤50nm。
优选的,所述固体吸湿剂为氯化钙,所述氯化钙的粒度≤100目。
一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网的生产方法,
1、将聚氨酯泡棉放入水中在22~35℃下浸泡5h,取出后在低于80℃的温度下风干,使聚氨酯泡棉含水量≤1%;
2、将海泡石加入磨粉机中进行磨粉处理,然后将活性炭、海泡石、聚乙烯醇、甲醛捕获剂、去甲醛助剂、氧化剂、固体吸湿剂混合均匀得到活性粉;
3、将步骤1所得的聚氨酯泡棉与活性粉投入搅拌机中混合均匀,加热融合后迅速加到挤压模具中进行挤压成型,挤压压力为10个大气压,得到蜂窝状活性炭滤网,滤网尺寸可根据模具设计。
4、将活性炭过滤网于60~10℃下干燥10~16小时使其自然冷却,使活性炭过滤网的含水量≤0.5%。
5、产品外框采用防水纸板制成,尺寸可根据需要制作。
优选的,所述的蜂窝状活性炭的蜂窝密度为45~55个/m,所述活性炭过滤网的强度值为80~93。
优选的,所述步骤3中的加热融合的温度为130~135℃,所述搅拌机的搅拌速率为60~100r\min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该空气净化器用活性炭滤网,通过添加固体吸湿剂,可以在空气过滤的过程中对过滤网吸附湿气清除,避免湿气累积导致过滤网发霉影响活性炭过滤网的过滤效果,除了可以去除常规颗粒物外,还可以高效地清除甲醛,通过甲醛捕获剂,去甲醛助剂相互配合对甲醛进行吸附清除,纳米二氧化钛能与光相互作用,生成具有极强氧化作用的活性氧和氢氧自由基,能将甲醛、甲胺等有害有机物氧化分解成无害的二氧化碳和水,进一步提高活性炭滤网净化空气的能力;本发明所制备的活性炭滤网能有效的对过滤中吸附的湿气进行清除,对室内空气中的污染物具有很强的清除率,挥发性有机化合物甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯的清除率≥99%,不可见颗粒物清除率≥100%

实施例一,一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,由下述重量份的组分制备而成:活性炭80份,海泡石20份,聚乙烯醇5份、甲醛捕获剂5份、去甲醛助剂1份、氧化剂2份、固体吸湿剂2份适量聚氨酯泡棉和水15份。
活性炭为煤质柱状活性炭,活性炭的粒度≤100目。
甲醛捕获剂由40wt%的5,5-二甲基咪唑烷-2,4-二酮和40wt%的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯共混组成。
去甲醛助剂由40wt%的壳聚糖和40wt%的樟脑醑共混组成。
氧化剂为纳米二氧化钛,的氧化剂的粒度≤50nm。
固体吸湿剂为氯化钙,氯化钙的粒度≤100目
一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网的生产方法:
1、将聚氨酯泡棉放入水中在22℃下浸泡5h,取出后在低于80℃的温度下风干,使聚氨酯泡棉含水量≤1%;
2、将海泡石加入磨粉机中进行磨粉处理,然后将活性炭、海泡石、聚乙烯醇、甲醛捕获剂、去甲醛助剂、氧化剂、固体吸湿剂混合均匀得到活性粉;
3、将步骤1所得的聚氨酯泡棉与活性粉投入搅拌机中混合均匀,加热融合后迅速加到挤压模具中进行挤压成型,挤压压力为10个大气压,得到蜂窝状活性炭滤网,滤网尺寸可根据模具设计。
4、将活性炭过滤网于60℃下干燥10小时使其自然冷却,使活性炭过滤网的含水量≤0.5%。
5、产品外框采用防水纸板制成,尺寸可根据需要制作。
蜂窝状活性炭的蜂窝密度为45个/m,活性炭过滤网的强度值为80;
步骤3中的加热融合的温度为130℃,搅拌机的搅拌速率为60r\min。
实施例二,一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,由下述重量份的组分制备而成:活性炭100份,海泡石40份,聚乙烯醇10份、甲醛捕获剂15份、去甲醛助剂5份、氧化剂5份、固体吸湿剂5份适量聚氨酯泡棉和水15份。
活性炭为煤质柱状活性炭,活性炭的粒度≤100目
甲醛捕获剂由60wt%的5,5-二甲基咪唑烷-2,4-二酮和60wt%的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯共混组成。
去甲醛助剂由60wt%的壳聚糖和60wt%的樟脑醑共混组成。
氧化剂为纳米二氧化钛,的氧化剂的粒度≤50nm。
固体吸湿剂为氯化钙,氯化钙的粒度≤100目
一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网的生产方法:
1、将聚氨酯泡棉放入水中在35℃下浸泡5h,取出后在低于80℃的温度下风干,使聚氨酯泡棉含水量≤1%;
2、将海泡石加入磨粉机中进行磨粉处理,然后将活性炭、海泡石、聚乙烯醇、甲醛捕获剂、去甲醛助剂、氧化剂、固体吸湿剂混合均匀得到活性粉;
3、将步骤1所得的聚氨酯泡棉与活性粉投入搅拌机中混合均匀,加热融合后迅速加到挤压模具中进行挤压成型,挤压压力为10个大气压,得到蜂窝状活性炭滤网,滤网尺寸可根据模具设计。
4、将活性炭过滤网于10℃下干燥16小时使其自然冷却,使活性炭过滤网的含水量≤0.5%。
5、产品外框采用防水纸板制成,尺寸可根据需要制作。
蜂窝状活性炭的蜂窝密度为55个/m,活性炭过滤网的强度值为93;步骤3中的加热融合的温度为135℃,搅拌机的搅拌速率为100r\min。
工作原理:将活性炭过滤网安装至空气净化器上,通过空气净化器运行对空气进行过滤净化,通过固体吸湿剂可以空气过滤的过程中过滤网吸附的湿气清除,当固体吸湿剂和湿空气接触时,固体吸湿剂吸收湿空气中的水分,同时放出汽化潜热,使空气升温,而空气减湿前后的焓值不变,避免湿气累积导致过滤网发霉影响活性炭过滤网的过滤效果,除了可以去除常规颗粒物外,还可以高效地清除甲醛,通过甲醛捕获剂,去甲醛助剂相互配合对甲醛进行吸附清除,纳米二氧化钛能与光相互作用,生成具有极强氧化作用的活性氧和氢氧自由基,能将甲醛、甲胺等有害有机物氧化分解成无害的二氧化碳和水,进一步提高活性炭滤网净化空气的能力,综上,固体吸湿剂、甲醛捕获剂、去甲醛助剂、氧化剂含量越高,清除甲醛、湿气等有害污染物的效果就越好。

Claims (9)
1.一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:由下述重量份的组分制备而成:活性炭80~100份,海泡石20~40份,聚乙烯醇5~10份、甲醛捕获剂5~15份、去甲醛助剂1~5份、氧化剂2~5份、固体吸湿剂2~5份适量聚氨酯泡棉和水15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述活性炭为煤质柱状活性炭,所述活性炭的粒度≤100目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述甲醛捕获剂由40~60wt%的5,5-二甲基咪唑烷-2,4-二酮和40~60wt%的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-氧代-1-咪唑啉基)乙基酯共混组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述去甲醛助剂由40~60wt%的壳聚糖和40~60wt%的樟脑醑共混组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述氧化剂为纳米二氧化钛,所述的氧化剂的粒度≤50nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述固体吸湿剂为氯化钙,所述氯化钙的粒度≤100目。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网的生产方法,其特征在于:
1、将聚氨酯泡棉放入水中在22~35℃下浸泡5h,取出后在低于80℃的温度下风干,使聚氨酯泡棉含水量≤1%;
2、将海泡石加入磨粉机中进行磨粉处理,然后将活性炭、海泡石、聚乙烯醇、甲醛捕获剂、去甲醛助剂、氧化剂、固体吸湿剂混合均匀得到活性粉;
3、将步骤1所得的聚氨酯泡棉与活性粉投入搅拌机中混合均匀,加热融合后迅速加到挤压模具中进行挤压成型,挤压压力为10个大气压,得到蜂窝状活性炭滤网,滤网尺寸可根据模具设计。
4、将活性炭过滤网于60~10℃下干燥10~16小时使其自然冷却,使活性炭过滤网的含水量≤0.5%。
5、产品外框采用防水纸板制成,尺寸可根据需要制作。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝状活性炭的蜂窝密度为45~55个/m,所述活性炭过滤网的强度值为80~93。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种空气净化器用活性炭滤网,其特征在于:所述步骤3中的加热融合的温度为130~135℃,所述搅拌机的搅拌速率为60~100r\min。
