Abstract
The invention discloses a PEG emulsifier-free baby skin cream composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics, wherein the PEG emulsifier-free baby skin cream composition comprises an emulsifier, a thickening stabilizer, a emollient, a moisturizer, a humectant, a co-emulsifier, a skin conditioner, an antioxidant and a pH regulator; the emulsifier comprises polyglyceryl-3-methylglucose distearate, polyglyceryl-3 distearate, glyceryl stearate citrate; the skin care cream disclosed by the invention abandons the traditional PEG emulsifier, forms a stable oil-in-water cream by using a plant-derived degradable polyglycerol emulsifier, is mild and non-irritant, effectively strengthens and consolidates the skin barrier by adopting the matching of a natural emollient and active substances such as the echium japonicum seed oil and the sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable substance, and reduces the reaction of the skin to external stimulation by adding the ardisia japonica extract and rhamnose, so that the effects of preventing the skin of infants and children from being excessively sensitive and providing instant relief for the skin are achieved.

Technical Field

Background

The preparation method of the PEG-free skin-moistening cream composition for infants comprises the following steps:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the traditional PEG emulsifier is abandoned, the plant-source degradable polyglycerol emulsifier is used for forming the stable oil-in-water cream, the system is organic and natural, mild and non-irritant, the natural emollients such as shea butter, phytosterol, coco oil alcohol-caprylate/caprate and the like are matched with the active substances such as the echium japonicum seed oil and the sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable substance, the skin barrier is effectively strengthened and consolidated, the reaction of the skin to external irritation is reduced by the addition of the ardisia japonica extract and rhamnose, and the effects of preventing the skin of infants from being hypersensitive and providing the skin with instant relief are achieved.

The PEG emulsifier-free baby skin cream composition according to claim 5, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 2.5 to 3.8 percent of polyglycerol-3-methyl glucose distearate, 0.89 to 1.14 percent of polyglycerol-3 distearate, 0.04 to 0.06 percent of glycerol stearate citrate, 1.0 to 1.5 percent of thickening stabilizer, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of palmitic acid, 0.3 to 0.4 percent of stearic acid, 0.8 to 2 percent of shea butter, 3.8 to 5 percent of glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate), 2.3 to 4 percent of isopropyl myristate, 0.35 to 0.5 percent of phytosterol isostearate, 1.8 to 3 percent of coco-caprylate/caprate, 2.9 to 3 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.11 to 0.25 percent of thickening agent, 4.3 to 5 percent of butanediol, 5 to 9 percent of glycerol, 0.06 to 0.07 percent of sodium hyaluronate, and 0.48 to 0.5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.2-0.3% of co-emulsifier, 0.01-0.2% of allantoin, 0.05-0.9385% of octyl dodecanol, 0.04-0.05% of cynara scolymus seed oil, 0.01% of sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable matter, 0.001% of ardisia japonica extract, 0.0005% of tocopherol, 0.01-0.9% of rhamnose, 0.2-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.01-0.18% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.15% of aromatic and the balance of solvent.

The PEG emulsifier free skin cream composition for infants and children according to claim 6, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: polyglycerol-3-methylglucdistearate 2.5%, polyglycerol-3-distearate 1.14%, glycerol stearate citrate 0.06%, thickening stabiliser 1.5%, palmitic acid 0.6%, stearic acid 0.4%, shea butter 2%, glycerol tri (ethylhexanoate) 5%, isopropyl myristate 4%, phytosterol isostearate 0.5%, coco-caprylate/caprate 3%, polydimethylsiloxane 3%, thickener 0.25%, butylene glycol 5%, glycerol 5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.06%, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.5%, co-emulsifier 0.3%, allantoin 0.2%, octyldodecanol 0.9385%, echium oil 0.05%, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable 0.01%, illicium extract 0.001%, tocopherol 0.0005%, rhamnose 0.9%, antioxidant 0.5%, pH adjuster 0.18%, fragrance 0.15%, and, The solvent is the rest.
8. A method of preparing a PEG emulsifier free skin cream composition for infants and children according to any one of claims 6 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding the emulsifier, the thickening stabilizer, the emollient and the emollient into an oil pan, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ until the emulsifier, the thickening stabilizer, the emollient and the emollient are completely dissolved and no particles exist for later use;
s2, adding a thickening agent, a solvent accounting for 10% of the total amount of the solvent, butanediol accounting for 15% of the total amount of the butanediol, an auxiliary emulsifier, glycerol, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate into an emulsifying pot, uniformly dispersing, stirring and heating to 85-88 ℃, and homogenizing for 3-5 minutes until the components are completely and uniformly dissolved without particles;

s4, independently heating the residual butanediol and the antioxidant to 60-65 ℃, stirring and dissolving the residual butanediol and the antioxidant completely and transparently without particles, adding the mixture into an emulsifying pot when the temperature of a material body in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 65 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding a mixed solution of a pH regulator dissolved completely and transparently without particles and 10 parts of solvent, and uniformly stirring;
s5, continuously stirring and cooling to below 45 ℃, sequentially adding 1, 2-hexanediol, octyldodecanol, echeveria oil, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable matter, ardisia japonica extract, tocopherol and aromatic, and uniformly stirring;
s6, adding a mixture of 9: 1 and uniformly stirring the mixture of rhamnose and the solvent to obtain the product.
