本发明公开了一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其中原料包括7,8‑苯并黄酮0.01‑0.05g/L,己酸0.3‑1.5g/L,苏氨酸0.3‑1.5g/L,果糖0.4‑2g/L,多抗霉素0.05‑0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.1‑0.8g/L,丙烷脒0.4‑1.6g/L,中生菌素0.4‑1.8g/L,氨基酸0.1‑1.2g/L。本发明的组合物对黄花枯萎病进行抑制,有效降低枯萎病的发病率,整体制作工艺较为简单,且原料成本低,值得推广。

Description

一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及植物病害防治技术领域,尤其是一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物。
背景技术
黄瓜枯萎病又名萎蔫病、蔓割病、死秧病,是由尖镰孢菌黄瓜专化型侵染所引起的、发生在黄瓜上的病害。黄瓜枯萎病发生在黄瓜的整个生长期,特别是在开花期与结果期。幼苗期发病时病株表现为茎基部缢缩,变褐呈水渍状,随后萎蔫倒伏。成株发病初期主要表现为植株根茎部叶片在中午萎蔫下垂,呈缺水状。
黄瓜枯萎病在中国各地种植区几乎都有发生。该病是由病原菌侵入黄瓜的根颈部并寄生于维管束内,阻止水和养分的吸收,导致黄瓜植株发生系统性病害。黄瓜枯萎病从零星发病到大面积发病只需2-3年,有植物“癌症”之称。同一地块连作3年,发病率可高达70%,产量损失10-50%。甚至绝收。黄瓜枯萎病的防治方法主要以农业防治和化学防治为主,首先对种子进行消毒,合理轮作,施足底肥,高垄栽培;其次选用基质穴盘嫁接育苗,加强田间管理;最后结合化学药剂进行防治。
现有的防治方法主要通过农药复配,防治效果较差,在这里我们提出一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术不足,采用改性的技术方案,一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其中原料包括7,8-苯并黄酮0.01-0.05g/L,己酸0.3-1.5g/L,苏氨酸0.3-1.5g/L,果糖0.4-2g/L,多抗霉素0.05-0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.1-0.8g/L,丙烷脒0.4-1.6g/L,中生菌素0.4-1.8g/L,氨基酸0.1-1.2g/L。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,还包括有,其中原料包括7,8-苯并黄酮0.05g/L,己酸1.5g/L,苏氨酸1.5g/L,果糖2g/L,多抗霉素0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.8g/L,丙烷脒1.6g/L,中生菌素1.8g/L,氨基酸1.2g/L。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,还包括有,其中原料包括7,8-苯并黄酮0.01g/L,己酸0.3g/L,苏氨酸0.3g/L,果糖0.4g/L,多抗霉素0.05g/L,壳寡糖0.1g/L,丙烷脒0.4g/L,中生菌素0.4g/L,氨基酸0.1g/L。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,包括以下步骤,
S1、材料准备,将上述原料按照重量份数称取;
S2、将7,8-苯并黄酮,己酸,苏氨酸,果糖进行混合并且加入半量的蒸馏水,然后进行超声震荡,震荡时间控制在12h;
S3、将多抗霉素,壳寡糖,丙烷脒,中生菌素,氨基酸进行充分的搅拌混合均匀,搅拌控制时间在2h;
S4、将步骤S2和S3的溶液进行混合,然后进行二次搅拌混合,温度控制在48-52℃,搅拌控制1h,然后静置20min;
S5、将完成的溶液进行紫外线杀菌消毒,然后冷藏处理,冷藏温度控制在0-5℃。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,步骤S3中,搅拌温度控制在20℃,搅拌转速控制在160r/min-260r/min。
作为本发明的进一步优选方式,所述氨基酸为甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸、脯氨酸构成的混合物。
本发明的组合物对黄花枯萎病进行抑制,有效降低枯萎病的发病率,整体制作工艺较为简单,且原料成本低,值得推广。

下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其中原料包括7,8-苯并黄酮0.01-0.05g/L,己酸0.3-1.5g/L,苏氨酸0.3-1.5g/L,果糖0.4-2g/L,多抗霉素0.05-0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.1-0.8g/L,丙烷脒0.4-1.6g/L,中生菌素0.4-1.8g/L,氨基酸0.1-1.2g/L。
还包括有,7,8-苯并黄酮0.05g/L,己酸1.5g/L,苏氨酸1.5g/L,果糖2g/L,多抗霉素0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.8g/L,丙烷脒1.6g/L,中生菌素1.8g/L,氨基酸1.2g/L。
还包括有,7,8-苯并黄酮0.01g/L,己酸0.3g/L,苏氨酸0.3g/L,果糖0.4g/L,多抗霉素0.05g/L,壳寡糖0.1g/L,丙烷脒0.4g/L,中生菌素0.4g/L,氨基酸0.1g/L。
包括以下步骤,
S1、材料准备,将上述原料按照重量份数称取;
S2、将7,8-苯并黄酮,己酸,苏氨酸,果糖进行混合并且加入半量的蒸馏水,然后进行超声震荡,震荡时间控制在12h;
S3、将多抗霉素,壳寡糖,丙烷脒,中生菌素,氨基酸进行充分的搅拌混合均匀,搅拌控制时间在2h;
S4、将步骤S2和S3的溶液进行混合,然后进行二次搅拌混合,温度控制在48-52℃,搅拌控制1h,然后静置20min;
S5、将完成的溶液进行紫外线杀菌消毒,然后冷藏处理,冷藏温度控制在0-5℃。
步骤S3中,搅拌温度控制在20℃,搅拌转速控制在160r/min-260r/min。

实施例一
7,8-苯并黄酮0.05g/L,己酸1.5g/L,苏氨酸1.5g/L,果糖2g/L,多抗霉素0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.8g/L,丙烷脒1.6g/L,中生菌素1.8g/L,氨基酸1.2g/L。
材料准备,将上述原料按照重量份数称取;将7,8-苯并黄酮,己酸,苏氨酸,果糖进行混合并且加入半量的蒸馏水,然后进行超声震荡,震荡时间控制在12h;将多抗霉素,壳寡糖,丙烷脒,中生菌素,氨基酸进行充分的搅拌混合均匀,搅拌温度控制在20℃,搅拌转速控制在260r/min,搅拌控制时间在2h;将前两个溶液进行混合,然后进行二次搅拌混合,温度控制在52℃,搅拌控制1h,然后静置20min;完成的溶液进行紫外线杀菌消毒,然后冷藏处理,冷藏温度控制在5℃。
实施例二
7,8-苯并黄酮0.01g/L,己酸0.3g/L,苏氨酸0.3g/L,果糖0.4g/L,多抗霉素0.05g/L,壳寡糖0.1g/L,丙烷脒0.4g/L,中生菌素0.4g/L,氨基酸0.1g/L。
材料准备,将上述原料按照重量份数称取;将7,8-苯并黄酮,己酸,苏氨酸,果糖进行混合并且加入半量的蒸馏水,然后进行超声震荡,震荡时间控制在12h;将多抗霉素,壳寡糖,丙烷脒,中生菌素,氨基酸进行充分的搅拌混合均匀,搅拌温度控制在20℃,搅拌转速控制在160r/min,搅拌控制时间在2h;将前两个溶液进行混合,然后进行二次搅拌混合,温度控制在48℃,搅拌控制1h,然后静置20min;完成的溶液进行紫外线杀菌消毒,然后冷藏处理,冷藏温度控制在0℃。
实施例一和实施例二均在温室实验,将实施例一和实施例二的组合物分别接种到黄瓜根部,过三天后再接种枯萎病病原菌,然后和不接种根系分泌物的对照组相比,以下参数见表格:

从表格可以看出,在使用本发明的组合物抑制率大概在60%左右,可以降低枯萎病的发病率,未在根部注射组合物的黄瓜株感染率较高,因此本发明的组合物可以应用于黄瓜枯萎病的防治。

1.一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其特征在于:其中原料包括7,8-苯并黄酮0.01-0.05g/L,己酸0.3-1.5g/L,苏氨酸0.3-1.5g/L,果糖0.4-2g/L,多抗霉素0.05-0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.1-0.8g/L,丙烷脒0.4-1.6g/L,中生菌素0.4-1.8g/L,氨基酸0.1-1.2g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其特征在于,还包括有,7,8-苯并黄酮0.05g/L,己酸1.5g/L,苏氨酸1.5g/L,果糖2g/L,多抗霉素0.02g/L,壳寡糖0.8g/L,丙烷脒1.6g/L,中生菌素1.8g/L,氨基酸1.2g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其特征在于,还包括有,7,8-苯并黄酮0.01g/L,己酸0.3g/L,苏氨酸0.3g/L,果糖0.4g/L,多抗霉素0.05g/L,壳寡糖0.1g/L,丙烷脒0.4g/L,中生菌素0.4g/L,氨基酸0.1g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1、材料准备,将上述原料按照重量份数称取;
S2、将7,8-苯并黄酮,己酸,苏氨酸,果糖进行混合并且加入半量的蒸馏水,然后进行超声震荡,震荡时间控制在12h;
S3、将多抗霉素,壳寡糖,丙烷脒,中生菌素,氨基酸进行充分的搅拌混合均匀,搅拌控制时间在2h;
S4、将步骤S2和S3的溶液进行混合,然后进行二次搅拌混合,温度控制在48-52℃,搅拌控制1h,然后静置20min;
S5、将完成的溶液进行紫外线杀菌消毒,然后冷藏处理,冷藏温度控制在0-5℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,搅拌温度控制在20℃,搅拌转速控制在160r/min-260r/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治黄瓜枯萎病的组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸、脯氨酸构成的混合物。
