All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an automatic transaction information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the automatic transaction information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, a computer. The invention judges the transaction type of the customer through the basic information of the customer, thereby guiding the customer to select the proper transaction type according to the self condition, greatly improving the transaction success rate and the customer experience, reducing the complaint pressure and saving the labor cost. The method shown in the figure comprises the following steps:
step S1, obtaining the basic information of the client sent by the client, and obtaining the transaction information of the client authorized by the client according to the basic information of the client;
step S2, determining the transaction type corresponding to the basic information of the customer according to the transaction information of the customer by using a preset transaction type model;
and step S3, processing the transaction according to the transaction type and the basic information of the client to obtain the transaction result.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the client basic information includes: transferor information and transferee information. The basic information of the customer, such as remitter personal information, recipient personal information, account information, and the like, filled by the customer, may be specifically national information and the like.
Further, according to the basic information of the customer, for example, the account information of the customer, after the customer is authorized, the customer transaction information corresponding to the account information is obtained.
As one embodiment of the invention, the customer transaction information includes: remitter account opening information, payee account opening information and transaction currency information.
The remitter account opening information and the payee account opening information can determine whether the transaction is a cross-border transaction, and the cross-border transaction type can be accurately determined by combining transaction currencies. The transaction types may include intra-line remittance, intra-country remittance, international remittance, etc.
Further, after determining the transaction type of the customer, the transaction type is provided to the customer. And receiving other transaction information submitted by the customer, such as remittance amount and the like, thereby completing the transaction and obtaining a transaction result. Specifically, the transaction result may be a successful money transfer or a failed money transfer, and the transaction result is returned to the customer.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, determining the transaction type corresponding to the customer basic information according to the customer transaction information by using a preset transaction type model includes:
step S21, matching the account opening information of the sender, the account opening information of the receiver and the transaction currency information by using a preset transaction type model to determine cross-border transaction information;
and step S22, determining the transaction type corresponding to the basic information of the client according to the transaction cross-border information.
The preset transaction type model is established through a bank international Code SWIFT Code (member banks have own specific codes). Specifically, the 1 st to 4 th positions of the bank international Code SWIFT Code are bank codes, the 5 th to 6 th positions of the bank international Code SWIFT Code are country codes, and the 7 th to 8 th positions of the bank international Code SWIFT Code are area codes, so that a model of meaning represented by the bank international Code, namely a transaction type model, is obtained.
Further, according to the account opening information of the sender, the account opening information of the receiver and the transaction currency information, the international codes of the bank are matched to determine the cross-border transaction information, namely whether the cross-border transaction is the cross-border transaction and the cross-border transaction information is determined by the international codes of the bank. And determining a transaction type corresponding to the basic information of the customer according to the transaction cross-border information, wherein the transaction type is a sepa remittance type.
In an embodiment of the present invention, taking money transfer as an example, existing money transfer requires the customer to specify the type of money transfer, which increases the cost of the customer's operation, and the type of money transfer the customer may choose is not optimal or optimal, resulting in a poor user experience. The invention automatically calculates the type of the remittance, provides clear description for the customer for selection when various choices exist, greatly improves the success rate of the transfer and the customer experience, reduces complaints to banks and lowers the communication cost of the banks to the customers.
In the case of overseas electronic bank remittance, the customer is required to actively select the remittance type, and sometimes the customer does not know what type should be selected, resulting in a remittance failure. Before remittance, the invention first tries to calculate remittance type for the client for reference and selection.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the process of calculating the remittance type is tried out based on the information of the receiver and the payer inputted by the client. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the national information and bank information of the receiver and the payer are judged according to the bank international Code SWIFT Code (the member bank has a specific Code), and whether the remittance is in accordance with the sepa remittance in the Euro district or not is judged according to the remittance currency, and finally, the remittance type which can be selected is presented to the client.
Wherein, 1 st to 4 th digits of SWIFT Code are bank Code, 5 th to 6 th digits of country Code, and 7 th to 8 th digits of area Code. At present, thirty Sepa member countries have more than thirty Sepa member countries, and related data information is stored in a bank background.
Specifically, for example, the payer opens an account with the country division of the chinese bank a, the SWIFT Code is BKCHDEFF, the payee opens an account with the country division of the chinese bank b, the SWIFT Code is BKCHBEBB, and the transferred currency is EUR. According to the country Code of the receipt and payment SWIFT Code, the payer account opening bank is in Germany, when the payee account opening bank is in Belgium, the receipt and payment account opening bank belongs to different countries, the countries of the receipt and payment account opening bank are all sepa member countries, the remittance currency is Euro, therefore, the type of the remittance accords with the sepa remittance, and the client is prompted that the remittance should select the sepa remittance.
Specifically, for example, the payer opens an account in the third division of the chinese bank, where SWIFT Code is BKCHMYKL, the payee opens an account in the third division of the chinese bank, where SWIFT Code is BKCHSGSG, and the transferred currency is singapore SGD. According to the country Code of the receipt and payment SWIFT Code, the receipt and payment opening bank belongs to different countries, and the country of the receipt and payment opening bank is not a sepa member country, so that the international remittance type is met, and the client is prompted that the remittance should be selected for international remittance.
Further, the customer refers to the transaction type, selects the corresponding remittance type, and initiates the actual remittance transaction after supplementing the relevant information, and the remittance transaction process is the existing process and is not detailed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, taking remittance as an example, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a system applying an automatic transaction information processing method in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a flowchart of a system in the present invention. Wherein, the data receiving module: and receiving information of the payer and the payee. A data analysis module: and analyzing the remittance types of the payer and the receiver. A data sending module: the calculated money transfer type is sent to the customer. A data receiving module: and receiving complete transaction information submitted by the client. The transfer transaction module is used for: the bank transfers money. A data sending module: and returning the transaction result to the client.
The system automatically judges the remittance type of the remittance of the customer only by filling the information of the receiver, and guides the customer to select the proper remittance type according to the self condition, thereby greatly improving the success rate of the transfer and the customer experience and reducing the bank complaint pressure. The payer is a bank client, and after the client fills in the information of the payee, the method calculates in the background of the bank according to SWIFT Code, transferred currency and other information of the payer and the payee opening bank to obtain the type of the remittance.
The invention judges the transaction type of the customer through the basic information of the customer, thereby guiding the customer to select the proper transaction type according to the self condition, greatly improving the transaction success rate and the customer experience, reducing the complaint pressure and saving the labor cost.
