In the current financial environment, if a user needs to perform transactions between different banks, multiple types of transaction modes may exist at the same time, user information required to be used in each transaction mode is different, time required for completing a currency exchange process and required procedure fees are different, for the user, it is difficult to select a transaction mode suitable for the user from the multiple transaction modes, the transaction mode is complex, the content required to be filled is different for different transaction modes, and transaction experience of the user is reduced.
Based on the above problem, the present application provides a new transaction method, please refer to fig. 1, an embodiment of the transaction method of the present application includes: step 101-step 104.
101. And acquiring bank information of the transaction party.
And acquiring bank information of the transaction party. In order to ensure the transaction process to be smoothly performed, firstly, the bank information of the transaction party needs to be determined, and the specific transaction party may include the bank information of the payer and the bank information of the payee, and for some transaction processes to be transferred, the bank information of a third party participating in the transfer may also be determined, and the specific details are not limited herein. Specifically, the bank information of the transaction party may include information such as a name of the transaction party bank, a bank Code (bank international Code, SWIFT Code) of the transaction party bank, and the like, and the specific information is not limited herein, and only a specific banking institution may be determined according to the information.
102. And determining a target transaction mode based on the bank information of the transaction party.
And determining a target transaction mode based on the bank information of the transaction party. After the information of the transaction party bank is determined, the server can determine a target transaction mode according to the transaction party bank, for the cross-border transaction condition, as the payment party bank and the collection party bank are possibly in different transaction systems, the transaction cannot be directly carried out, and the transaction can be carried out by taking a third party transaction mechanism as a transfer, so that multiple transaction modes for carrying out the transaction can be preset, the process fees for different transaction modes are different, the consumed time in the transfer process is different, meanwhile, the information required by different transaction modes is different, for a general user, the selection of the cross-border transaction mode is complex, the inconvenience in the function using process is easily caused, and the obstruction is caused to the cross-border transaction process. Therefore, the scheme determines the target transaction mode based on the bank information of the transaction party, specifically, the corresponding relation between each bank and the target transaction mode can be preset before the scheme is implemented, for example, all cross-border transaction modes supported by a certain bank are obtained in advance and compared, one of the multiple transaction modes is determined to be the target transaction mode based on the procedure fee and/or the transaction completion speed, a specific worker can set the transaction mode in advance, the target transaction mode is preset by comprehensively considering the procedure fee and the transaction completion speed, the comparison of the procedure fee or the transaction completion speed can also be carried out in real time, the transaction mode with higher efficiency and higher completion speed is determined to be the target transaction mode, or the transaction mode with lower procedure fee is determined to be the target transaction mode, or the transaction mode can be determined by comprehensively considering the two aspects, and the scheme can be specifically determined according to the actual situation, and are not limited herein. After the user fills in the bank information of the transaction party, the target transaction mode can be determined based on the corresponding relation. It can be understood that, in an actual implementation process, in order to improve user experience, the target transaction mode may be provided to the user in a default setting form, but the user may also select another transaction mode without selecting the default setting transaction mode according to the user's own needs, which may be determined according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
103. And inquiring a transaction field record table based on the target transaction mode to obtain a target transaction field corresponding to the target transaction mode.
And inquiring a transaction field record table based on the target transaction mode to obtain a target transaction field corresponding to the target transaction mode, wherein the transaction field record table is used for recording transaction fields required to be used in different transaction modes. And after the transaction mode is determined, inquiring a transaction field record table prestored in the system to obtain the transaction field required to be used in the transaction mode. The transaction field record table is used for storing information required to be used under different transaction modes in advance by the server, and such fields are correspondingly stored if a certain transaction mode needs to use a payee mailbox, a payee country region and other information.
104. And displaying the target transaction field and the corresponding input field to the user.
And displaying the target transaction field and the corresponding input field to the user. The method comprises the steps of displaying corresponding target transaction fields and input fields corresponding to the target transaction fields to a user based on field information acquired from a transaction field record table, so that the user can fill in required information according to the content of the target fields, and further a transaction system can acquire the required information to complete a transaction process. The field in which the information can be directly determined may be displayed in a manner that the corresponding information is filled in the input field, so as to be convenient for the user to confirm, which may be specific according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
According to the technical scheme, the embodiment of the application has the following advantages: the scheme determines a transaction mode used in a specific transaction process by acquiring bank information of a payer, determines a transaction field required to be used in the transaction process based on the transaction mode, and finally displays the corresponding transaction field and an input field thereof to a user, so that the user can directly determine information required to be filled in so as to complete the transaction process.
Based on the embodiment provided in fig. 1, a more specific implementation of the present solution in the implementation process is provided below, and referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the transaction method of the present application includes: step 201 to step 207.
201. And acquiring bank information of the transaction party.
The present scheme is described by taking an example of application to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP system has the functions of production resource planning, manufacturing, finance, selling, purchasing and the like for system and resource planning software commonly used by an enterprise in the operation management process, and in the use process of the ERP system, the operation mode of bank-enterprise interconnection is existed for facilitating management of the finance by the enterprise, namely, the enterprise uses the ERP system to be directly interconnected with a bank system, management and pre-scheduling can be directly carried out on bank accounts and funds of the enterprise in an enterprise ERP system interface, and the operations of information inquiry, account transfer payment and the like can be directly completed through data interaction between the ERP system and the bank system.
The present invention is described in the context of the application of the present invention to cross-border transactions, i.e., the application of the present invention to a situation where the payer and the payee belong to different countries or regions, and belong to different financial systems. For enterprises using the ERP system, various cross-border transaction modes provided by banks cause adverse effects on the contrary, and because each transaction type provided by each bank has a corresponding transaction interface and the contents of each transaction interface are different, when the ERP system is in butt joint with the bank system, the corresponding ERP interfaces are required to be respectively arranged aiming at different transaction types, so that the problems of code bloat, complex data, large maintenance workload and the like are caused. The problem can also be solved by adopting the scheme to uniformly manage each transaction type.
When the scheme is used in an ERP system, an enterprise user generally prestores corresponding enterprise account information and carries out specific fund scheduling and operation by using the account, so that corresponding payer information and payee information can be directly read by the ERP system, and next subsequent operation is carried out by using the payer account information and the payee information.
202. And determining a plurality of preset transaction modes based on the bank information of the transaction party.
And determining a plurality of preset transaction modes based on the bank information of the transaction party. Specifically, the ERP system may pre-store all transaction manners supported by the transaction process, and respectively store procedure fees required for each kind of transaction manner and time consumed for completing the transaction, so as to subsequently determine a target transaction manner. The specific adjustment can be performed according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
203. Determining one of the plurality of transaction approaches as a target transaction approach based on the procedure fee and/or the transaction completion rate.
Determining one of the plurality of transaction approaches as a target transaction approach based on the procedure fee and/or the transaction completion rate. The specific ERP system can compare various transaction modes stored currently, the comparison standard is based on procedure cost or transaction completion speed, the two can be considered comprehensively, and the specific comparison standard can be adjusted according to user requirements. The comparison process can be completed through prestored procedure fees required by various transaction modes and time data required by transaction completion, and comparison results can also be obtained based on big data analysis and other modes. The details are not limited herein. And taking a transaction mode obtained by the comparison as a target transaction mode so as to complete the transaction process. The cross-border transaction mode transferred by the Huifeng Bank is taken as an example to explain as an example a target transaction mode, the SWIFT (Society for world Wide Financial Telecommunications Society of Worldwide Bank) is a non-profit international cooperation organization between international banks, provides fast, accurate and excellent service for international Financial business, operates a world-level Financial text network, and banks and other Financial institutions exchange text with the same industry through the cross-border transaction mode, thereby completing Financial transactions. It will be appreciated that the remittance bank also supports multiple other types of transactions for cross-border transactions in different countries and regions, and is not limited thereto.
204. And updating the information recorded by the transaction field record table.
And updating the information recorded by the transaction field record table. After the transaction mode required to be used in the cross-border transaction process is determined, the transaction field required to be used in the specific transaction process needs to be determined, namely, a field record table for recording corresponding transaction information needs to be inquired according to the transaction mode to obtain required field information so as to complete the transaction, and the completeness and accuracy of the content stored in the table needs to be ensured in the field record table using process, so that the updating and maintenance of the transaction field record table are very important. In the actual implementation process of the scheme, a mode of regular maintenance can be adopted for the field record table, namely the field record table is updated after a certain time interval, so that the accuracy of the field record table is further ensured. Meanwhile, as the field content recorded by the transaction field record table is the field record required by the bank for cross-border transaction, the service interface of the bank related to the cross-border transaction can be monitored in real time, whether the field required by the cross-border transaction service is changed or not is monitored, and the field transaction record table is maintained and updated when the field required by the cross-border transaction service is changed, so that the accuracy of the field record table is ensured.
It should be understood that the update process of the field record table and other steps in this embodiment do not have a sequential logical relationship, and a user may perform the update process of the field record table at any time node.
205. And inquiring a transaction field record table based on the target transaction mode to obtain a target transaction field.
And inquiring a transaction field record table based on the target transaction mode to obtain a target transaction field. The transaction field record table is used for recording transaction fields required to be used in different transaction modes. The specific transaction field record table may include a plurality of sub-record tables set for different banks, and further include a lower-level sub-record table recorded for different transaction modes of the same bank under the sub-record table set for different banks, which is not limited herein. And only one transaction field required to be used by a corresponding target transaction mode can be recorded under the same payment bank, so that the storage pressure of equipment is reduced, and the transaction mode is uniformly used and is convenient to manage.
The content recorded by the transaction field record table is optional and can include:

The fields of different types may correspond to different types of input specifications, for example, if a specific value type of the target transaction field needs to be obtained or a yes or no type of the target transaction field is selected, the specific type setting may be determined according to actual situations, and is not limited herein. For a plurality of target transaction fields corresponding to one transaction type, some target transaction fields belong to fields essential for completing the transaction process, and some target transaction fields belong to auxiliary information recorded for completing the transaction process, therefore, before the target transaction fields are displayed, the attributes of the transaction fields can be judged, namely the recordability and the visibility of each field are judged, the recordability indicates that the content of the fields needs to be filled, and the visibility is that whether the fields can not be displayed for users. Meanwhile, further input specification setting exists for the target transaction fields, namely certain input specification limits exist for input fields corresponding to all the target transaction fields, and the input specifications comprise content limit values, default values and maximum length limits. If the currency is limited, the user can not fill in the currency arbitrarily, only the currency supported by the bank can be selected and filled in, namely, the limited value of the content exists, and for some input fields, only one of the options provided by the bank can be selected, namely, an actual value serving as a target transaction field is selected from any default value. Different transaction types may also have some limit on the amount of the transaction, i.e. a maximum length limit. At least one attribute setting and input specification should exist for the attribute setting and input specification of the bid transaction field, and multiple attribute setting and input specifications may also exist, which is not limited herein. It is understood that the attribute setting and the input specification of the target transaction field may be obtained from the transaction type interface corresponding to the bank, and are not limited herein. The attribute setting and the input specification of each target transaction field may be stored in the target transaction field record table together with the target transaction field so as to obtain a corresponding record, which is not limited herein.
207. And displaying the target transaction field and an input field corresponding to the target transaction field to the user according to the attribute setting of the target transaction field.
And displaying the target transaction field and an input field corresponding to the target transaction field to the user according to the attribute setting of the target transaction field. So that the user fills in the corresponding content according to the provided interface and completes the transaction process.
208. And receiving the transaction information input by the user in the input field.
And receiving the transaction information input by the user in the input field. The ERP system can prompt the user when the transaction information can support the user to complete the transaction process, and meanwhile, the ERP system can store the information input by the user to form a cross-border transaction document so as to facilitate the follow-up inquiry process of the transaction.
209. And completing the transaction according to the transaction information in the target transaction mode.
And completing the transaction according to the transaction information and in the transaction mode. After receiving the transaction information input by the user, the ERP system can complete the transaction in a target transaction mode according to the corresponding transaction information, and can transmit the input information to the bank system, so that the bank system can complete the transaction in the transaction mode selected by the user according to the corresponding transaction information.
According to the scheme, the scheme of the embodiment of the application is applied to the ERP system, so that the ERP system can support different types of cross-border transaction modes of different banks, and the used fields are uniformly obtained through the field record table, the execution difficulty of the cross-border transaction process is reduced, and the transaction efficiency is improved.
