In the prior art, the following problems are easily present:
when the date of the roll-out party is different from that of the roll-in party, the deduction time is different from the actual account time, and the recorded dates of receipt, short message, voucher, account statement and the like are different from the actual account keeping date, misunderstanding of a customer is easily caused, customer experience is affected, from the business perspective, the reason of the problem needs to be explained for the customer, and the workload of business personnel is increased.
In a bank system based on a distributed platform, the daily cutting mode, the account system, the accounting mode and the like are greatly changed, a series of operations originally taking a host as a core are carried out, and a host + platform decentralized deployment mode is adopted. The method is greatly different from the prior method in the aspects of data distribution, information interaction, transaction processing mode and the like; meanwhile, the transition causes the problem of day-to-day inconsistency among platform servers of financial institutions. In the aspect of accounting processing, the mode of the conventional host for switching between the normal and the normal modes is changed into the mode of the host and the platform for switching between the normal and the normal modes, which causes the time for switching between applications to be inconsistent, so that the system dates of all the platforms cannot be guaranteed to be consistent. For example, if a cross-platform transaction exists in a transaction, the posting date is cross-day, which easily causes a series of problems such as posting, uneven total points, bad object check, and wrong external information. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of inconsistent dates of the lending parties on the basis of ensuring normal execution of business processing, the application provides an accounting information processing method and an accounting information processing device, and the method and the device solve the problem of unbalanced accounting caused by system heterogeneity and the like in consideration of multiple aspects such as product application, account application, accounting application and the like.
Based on this, in order to improve the accuracy of the accounting date, further improve the reliability of accounting processing, and improve the experience of the customer handling business, an embodiment of the present application provides an accounting information processing apparatus, which may be a server or a client device, where the client device may include a smart phone, a tablet electronic device, a network set top box, a portable computer, a desktop computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a vehicle-mounted device, an intelligent wearable device, and the like. Wherein, intelligence wearing equipment can include intelligent glasses, intelligent wrist-watch and intelligent bracelet etc..
In practical applications, the accounting part may be performed at the server side as described above, or all operations may be performed in the client device. The selection may be specifically performed according to the processing capability of the client device, the limitation of the user usage scenario, and the like. This is not a limitation of the present application. The client device may further include a processor if all operations are performed in the client device.
The client device may have a communication module (i.e., a communication unit), and may be communicatively connected to a remote server to implement data transmission with the server. The server may include a server on the task scheduling center side, and in other implementation scenarios, the server may also include a server on an intermediate platform, for example, a server on a third-party server platform that is communicatively linked to the task scheduling center server. The server may include a single computer device, or may include a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers, or a server structure of a distributed apparatus.
The server and the client device may communicate using any suitable network protocol, including network protocols not yet developed at the filing date of this application. The network protocol may include, for example, a TCP/IP protocol, a UDP/IP protocol, an HTTP protocol, an HTTPS protocol, or the like. Of course, the network Protocol may also include, for example, an RPC Protocol (Remote Procedure Call Protocol), a REST Protocol (Representational State Transfer Protocol), and the like used above the above Protocol.
It should be noted that the accounting information processing method and apparatus disclosed in the present application may be used in the field of financial technology, and may also be used in any field other than the field of financial technology.
The following examples are intended to illustrate the details.
In order to improve the accuracy of the accounting date, further improve the reliability of accounting processing, and improve the experience of the customer in handling business, the present embodiment provides an accounting information processing method, in which the execution subject is an accounting information processing apparatus, the accounting information processing apparatus includes but is not limited to a server, and as shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 100: receiving an accounting information processing request sent by a platform server in a platform server cluster, wherein the accounting information processing request comprises: the transaction date, the transaction type and the verification identification of the target transaction.
Specifically, the platform server cluster may be a distributed platform server cluster, the accounting information processing apparatus may be one of the platform servers, and different platform servers may respectively carry applications such as product application, account, accounting, and the like; the transaction date comprises a date and a time; the transaction type may include: account change, transfer, payment, etc.; the system date of the platform server may be used as the transaction date when the platform server receives the transaction request sent by the front-end device. Each platform server can store a transaction type and check identifier relation table, which contains the corresponding relation between the transaction type and the check identifier, and can be set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the application; the checkup FLAG6 may be "0" or "1"; FLAG6 indicates check accounting date when it is "0", and FLAG6 indicates no check accounting date when it is "1". The distributed collaboration server may be applied to generate a transaction type and check identification relationship table and send to each platform server.
Step 200: and determining whether to check the bookkeeping date of the target transaction according to the check identification, if so, determining a date check object according to the transaction type and a preset transaction type and object relation table, wherein the preset transaction type and object relation table is generated by applying a distributed collaboration server and is sent to each platform server.
Specifically, the preset transaction type and object relationship table may be stored in a database of each platform server, and include a correspondence between transaction types and date check objects, and the application distributed collaboration server may be a ZooKeeper server; the date check object includes: the method comprises the steps of calling a terminal and a called terminal, wherein the called terminal can refer to a platform server which sends out an accounting information processing request, the calling terminal can refer to a platform server which receives the accounting information processing request, and in the transaction type and object relation table, the calling terminal can be represented by '0' and the called terminal can be represented by '1'.
Step 300: and if the date checking object is a calling terminal, determining the accounting date of the target transaction according to the transaction date and the local daily cutting time so as to complete the accounting operation of the target transaction according to the accounting date.
In order to further improve the billing efficiency, step 200 may further include: and judging whether the date in the transaction date is the same as the date in the system date of the accounting information processing device, if so, determining the accounting date of the target transaction according to the transaction date and the local daily cutting time, and otherwise, executing the step 200.
Specifically, the local daily cutting time can be set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the present application; for example, if the transaction date is T day 00:00:01 and the local daily cutting time is 00:00:05, the billing date for the target transaction is determined to be T-1 day 23:59: 59.
As can be seen from the above description, the accounting information processing method provided in this embodiment can improve the accuracy of the accounting date, and further can improve the reliability of accounting processing, and improve the experience of the customer in handling business; furthermore, consistency of check rules in each platform server can be guaranteed.
In the aspect of accounting processing, an original host unifies a day-cutting mode, the unified day-cutting mode is converted into a separate day-cutting mode of each platform, and the day-cutting modes between the platforms are possibly inconsistent, so that in order to guarantee the consistency of system dates of each platform server and further improve the reliability of accounting dates, a distributed collaboration server can be applied to simultaneously send a day-cutting instruction to each platform server, so that each platform server can complete the day-cutting, and the consistency of the day-cutting time of each platform server is guaranteed.
Specifically, the main solution to the strong consistency of the inter-platform daily cutting date of the bank is the financial issue, for example, financial transactions (for example, transfer accounts and remittance) exist between two applications, one side corresponds to a borrower and the other side corresponds to a lender, the two sides record respective processing processes, the two recording results are compared, if the two recording results are matched, the financial is balanced, otherwise, the financial is wrong.
To further improve the reliability of the billing date, referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, after step 200, the method further includes:
step 400: and if the date checking object is the called terminal, acquiring the local system date.
Specifically, the local system date is a system date of the accounting information processing apparatus. In this embodiment, the called terminal is the accounting information processing apparatus.
Step 500: and determining the accounting date of the target transaction according to the system date and the local daily cutting time, so as to complete the accounting operation of the target transaction according to the accounting date.
For example, if the system date is T day 00:00:01 and the daily cutting time is 00:00:05, the billing date for the target transaction is determined to be T-1 day 23:59: 59.
To further improve the reliability of the billing date, in one embodiment of the present application, the determining the billing date of the target transaction according to the transaction date and the local time of day in step 300 includes:
step 301: and determining whether the time in the transaction date is less than or equal to the local day-to-day time according to the local day-to-day time and the transaction date, if so, changing the date in the transaction date to the previous date, and changing the time in the transaction date to a preset end time.
Specifically, the preset ending time may be set according to actual needs, and the application is not limited to this, for example, the preset ending time is set to 23:59: 59.
Step 302: and taking the changed transaction date as the accounting date corresponding to the target transaction.
In order to improve the efficiency of the transmission and change of the reconciliation rule, in an embodiment of the present application, the accounting information processing method further includes:
and if the preset transaction type and the object relation table are changed, the distributed collaboration server is applied to send change information to each platform server, so that each platform server updates respective check rule according to the change information.
Specifically, the change may refer to addition or modification; the change information includes: the new or modified transaction type and the check mark.
In order to further improve the visualization degree of the accounting result and the accuracy of the output accounting result, after the accounting operation of the target transaction is completed according to the accounting date, the method further comprises the following steps: and outputting and displaying the accounting result.
Specifically, the billing result may include: accounting date, transaction type, transaction amount and the like, and the accounting result can be sent to a terminal device of the client, such as a mobile phone or a computer, in the form of a short message or an email.

And the checking module 20 is configured to determine whether to check the bookkeeping date of the target transaction according to the checking identifier, and if yes, determine a date checking object according to the transaction type and a preset transaction type and object relation table, where the preset transaction type and object relation table is generated by applying a distributed collaboration server and sent to each platform server.
And the first determining module 30 is configured to determine, if the date checking object is a call terminal, an accounting date of the target transaction according to the transaction date and the local daily cutting time, so as to complete an accounting operation of the target transaction according to the accounting date.
In an embodiment of the application, the accounting information processing apparatus further includes:
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the local system date if the date check object is the called terminal.
And the second determination module is used for determining the accounting date of the target transaction according to the system date and the local daily cutting time so as to complete the accounting operation of the target transaction according to the accounting date.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first determining module includes:
and the determining unit is used for determining whether the time in the transaction date is less than or equal to the local day-cutting time according to the local day-cutting time and the transaction date, if so, changing the date in the transaction date to the previous date, and changing the time in the transaction date to a preset end time.
And the verification unit is used for taking the changed transaction date as the accounting date corresponding to the target transaction.
The embodiment of the accounting information processing apparatus provided in this specification may be specifically configured to execute the processing flow of the embodiment of the accounting information processing method, and the functions of the embodiment of the accounting information processing apparatus are not described herein again, and reference may be made to the detailed description of the embodiment of the accounting information processing method.
To further illustrate the present solution, the present application provides an example of an application of a billing system, see fig. 4, comprising:
the system comprises a platform server cluster, front-end equipment and a distributed cooperative server; the platform server cluster includes: a plurality of platform servers, and each platform server is in communication connection with at least one other platform server; the distributed collaboration server is in communication connection with each platform server respectively; and the front-end equipment is in communication connection with the platform server. The front-end equipment can be a mobile phone or a POS machine and the like. The platform server may deploy product applications, account applications, accounting applications, and the like.
The product application has the solving capability of specific service processing, ensures that the processing of each service can be closed smoothly, can provide a complete optimization compensation mechanism aiming at the condition of different system differences, and ensures the integrity and the correctness of the service. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of transaction business, clear requirements are put forward on consistency of account borrowing date.
The account application provides support for the transaction date and the account date by combining the actual situation of the account application, provides differentiated accounting processing capacity, and ensures the integrity of business rules and the correctness of accounting processing. And supports T-1 journal accounting according to the application requirements of the product.
The accounting application is used for finishing the accounting processing of the business, ensuring the balance of the debiting and crediting of each business, uniformly recording special account hanging for the uneven debiting and crediting records caused by cross-date accounting and environmental factors in the accounting, and automatically canceling the account.
Specifically, the calling terminal and the called terminal are in communication connection; the called terminal and the calling terminal can be platform servers in the platform server cluster; the calling terminal may refer to a platform server that sends an accounting information processing request, and if the date sent by the calling terminal is inconsistent with the date sent by the called terminal, the date correction may be performed in the following two modes: firstly, if the check mark FLAG6 sent by the calling terminal is '1', the date of the called terminal is taken as the accounting date; second, if FLAG6 is "0", the date of calling the terminal is taken as the accounting date, based on the date of calling the terminal. Judging whether the difference between the bookkeeping date T and the daily cutting date is one day, if so, judging whether the bookkeeping date exceeds the local daily cutting time, and if not, adjusting the bookkeeping date to be T-1; and returning the accounting date to the calling terminal after accounting is finished.
To further explain the solution, the application provides an application example of an accounting information processing method, including:
step 1: and receiving an accounting information processing request sent by a calling terminal.
Step 2: if the FLAG6 field in the accounting information processing request is "1", the accounting date registration has no influence on the subsequent accounting operation, and if the FLAG6 field is "0", the accounting dates of the lender and the lender must be kept strong.
And step 3: and judging whether the system time of the calling terminal is taken as a unified time record or the system time of the called terminal is taken as a unified time record.
And 4, step 4: and finishing accounting operation corresponding to the accounting information processing request according to the uniform time record.
The accounting information processing method may be executed by using a service component corresponding to the accounting information processing request in the called terminal, and the service component corresponding to the accounting information processing request may be determined according to a transaction type in the accounting information processing request.
1. For TCC mode, if it has been successful in the TRY phase, to avoid failure in the CONFIRM phase, if the transaction requires strong consistency in accounting dates, T-1 billing is supported in the accounting processing CONFIRM phase. Because the accounting validity check is already carried out in the TRY stage, the relevant check is not needed in the CONFIRM stage, and the field information of the T-1 day only needs to meet the correct accounting processing.
2. For other modes, to reduce posting caused across dates, or transaction errors caused across dates, the accounting system should support as much as possible the T-1 journal. Because the current platform is short in daily cutting interval and the main reason for inconsistent bookkeeping dates is bookkeeping delay, the support of the T +1 daily account is not considered for the moment. If the T-1 journal is supported, besides the balance information, the information meeting the T-1 journal of the lender and the lender needs to be reserved; but the model only needs to keep the information of the lender T-1 journal.
Besides the forced consistency of transaction dates, the purpose of accounting balance can be achieved by ensuring the daily account of T-1, and the process of realizing the daily account of T-1 specifically comprises the following steps:
setting a T-1 day switch: the switch is controlled by each account application, is synchronously switched on every day and is switched off before log analysis batch begins. When in bookkeeping, the switch needs to be judged first, and the daily account of T-1 is allowed to be booked only when the switch is in an on state. Keeping the site for T-1 day: the account application keeps the scene of the last transaction as it processes the first transaction each day. At present, each account application stores balance information of the last day, and needs to determine field information needed by other T-1 daily accounts. Supporting the processing of falling asleep: for T-1 journal, one-day interest is supported for the supplementary customers by adjusting the interest field.
Further, the accounting information processing method provided by the application example further includes:
1) for the original transaction detail or the rollback detail of the rollback processing, no matter whether the current transaction detail or the rolling back every other day, marks are marked, on one hand, when the reverse transaction and the conflict detail are generated, the two services cannot be embodied in a service report, and the influence on the services is avoided. If the accounting information processing method is based on a TCC mode, if the date check in the TRY stage is passed, but the accounting date exceeds the local daily cutting time, if the accounting request requires the date check, the accounting processing should support the processing of the T-1 daily account, so as to avoid the occurrence of the TRY successful and actual accounting failure; for other modes, if the time of the rollback exceeds the daily time, in order to avoid the rollback failure, the FLAG6 field in the public communication area is ignored in the rollback processing, and the rollback success should be allowed as long as the information of the transaction processing can be found.
2) The existing posting short message is sent immediately after the completion of the bookkeeping, and the mode has no problem when the host processes the short message, but the short message sending mechanism needs to be optimized under a distributed platform, and the short message can be sent only after the real successful posting of the fund is ensured.
3) The accounting and the customer service are respectively applied with different date processing, the accounting is carried out by date switching, the customer service is carried out by natural date, and the customer service comprises: and the services of interest counting, repayment, bill processing, short message processing and the like.
4) At the time of billing, if the date cutting date is not consistent with the natural date, all billing dates are recorded as 23:59:59 (delay date cutting) or 00:00:01 (advance date cutting). For example, if the daily cutting time is 00:00:05, the time of the business occurring after 0 o' clock and before the daily cutting time is recorded as T day 23:59:59, and the time label is still recorded according to the natural date.
According to the description, the accounting information processing method and device provided by the application can improve the accuracy of the accounting date, further improve the reliability of accounting processing and improve the business handling experience of customers; particularly, the financial accounting unbalance caused by the heterogeneity of the distributed system can be avoided, the labor cost is saved, the problems that account hanging and account keeping time are not uniform and adverse effects are caused to clients due to the fact that account keeping dates are consistent when accounting is unbalanced can be reduced, repayment business is wrong due to the inconsistent accounting dates, and the like can be solved, and the remarkable effect can be achieved in production.
