According to the accounting method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, intelligent accounting can be performed on account files based on business configuration and outside, the flexibility of accounting splitting is effectively improved, and the accounting correctness between mechanisms is guaranteed.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, a detailed description will be given to an accounting method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an accounting method, which is shown in a flow chart of the accounting method shown in figure 1 and comprises the following steps:
and step S102, acquiring institution account checking information and account splitting information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the institution reconciliation information can comprise reconciliation files of a plurality of institutions, and the reconciliation files comprise transaction data to be split and fund clearing data. The accounting splitting information can be used for determining how to split the mechanism reconciliation information, and comprises accounting splitting rule data and requirement data.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to banks, and the banks and the institutions have a transaction and fund clearing butt-joint relationship.
And step S104, performing accounting splitting processing on the mechanism reconciliation information according to the accounting splitting information to obtain a plurality of accounting splitting results.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mechanism account checking information is subjected to account splitting according to the business splitting rule data and the requirement data determined by the account splitting information, and each account splitting result can correspond to one business module of a bank.
And step S106, sending the account splitting result to the target clearing account.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the target clearing account is an account predetermined to store accounting data of a certain business module. And sending the account splitting result to a target clearing account corresponding to the account splitting result.
The embodiment of the invention provides an accounting scheme, which comprises the following steps: acquiring mechanism account checking information and account splitting information; performing accounting splitting processing on the mechanism reconciliation information according to the accounting splitting information to obtain a plurality of accounting splitting results; and sending the account splitting result to the target clearing account. The embodiment of the invention utilizes the accounting splitting information to carry out accounting splitting processing on the mechanism reconciliation information, improves the accuracy of the accounting splitting and reduces the risk of repeated splitting or wrong splitting.
In one embodiment, before sending the accounting split result to the target clearing account, the following steps may be further performed:
acquiring clearing account information of a plurality of business departments; the clearing account information is determined according to the service content of the service department; and determining a target clearing account of each account splitting result according to the account splitting information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the method can sort and sort according to the business content of each business department in the bank, apply for a special clearing account for each business department in the bank in advance, and acquire the pre-established clearing account information of each business department when executing the scheme. According to the accounting splitting information, how to classify the mechanism reconciliation information can be determined to obtain an accounting splitting result, and the corresponding relation between the accounting splitting result and the target clearing account can be determined according to the accounting splitting information.
In one embodiment, before acquiring the mechanism reconciliation information and the accounting split information, the following steps may be further performed:
the accounting split information is reconfigured.
In the embodiment of the invention, the account splitting information can be deleted, supplemented or modified, so that the splitting rule can be flexibly adjusted.
In one embodiment, the accounting splitting processing is performed on the mechanism reconciliation information according to the accounting splitting information, and the following steps are performed:
generating label data of each transaction data in the institution reconciliation information one by one according to the accounting split information; determining the branch account amount of the mechanism account checking information according to the tag data; and generating an account splitting result according to the split amount.
In the embodiment of the invention, the institution reconciliation information can comprise a plurality of transaction data, and each transaction data is marked and classified to obtain the label data. After marking is completed, the account splitting amount in each splitting result can be determined, for example, the account splitting amount can include a difference between the account to be paid out and the account to be paid in, then, the account splitting amount is checked, the accuracy of the account splitting result is ensured, and the verified account splitting amount is used as the account splitting result.
In addition to performing accounting split processing based on accounting split information, in one embodiment, the method may further perform the following steps in consideration of different characteristics of different external organizations:
generating an institution number of the clearing account information; and receiving the financial splitting result sent by the mechanism according to the mechanism number.
In the embodiment of the invention, different business modules apply for different organization numbers in external organizations, and each business module has a self clearing account, so that different organization numbers of clearing account information can be obtained in a bank. And the external mechanism conducts transaction and fund docking according to the dimension of the mechanism number, namely, the external mechanism conducts account splitting, and the bank interior conducts the account splitting result sent by the mechanism number receiving mechanism.
The following describes the implementation of the method in a specific embodiment. Referring to the implementation steps of the billing method shown in fig. 8, the method can be implemented as follows.
1) The intelligent account distribution system loads an account splitting rule and an external mechanism account checking file;
2) the intelligent account-checking system marks and classifies the transaction detail in the account-checking file one by one according to the splitting rule;
3) after marking of the intelligent accounting system is completed, counting bank due and due fund rolling difference values according to the transaction direction;
4) the intelligent accounting system checks the consistency of the bank account rolling difference value between the bank account and the bank account actually going out and going in;
5) after the intelligent account distribution system checks the consistency, counting the actual amount of money to be input and output of each subdivision business module according to marking classification, namely performing account distribution statistics;
6) the intelligent account-separating system checks whether the total value of the account-separating statistic sum is consistent with the total sum;
7) after the intelligent account distribution system checks the consistency, intelligent account distribution is carried out;
8) the intelligent account-separating system generates an account-separating report form which comprises a total amount, an account-separating processing state and the like for checking different business lines.
The invention provides an accounting method and a device, the method combs the classification of business modules according to the in-line operation mode and applies for the special internal clearing account of each business module; different business module splitting rules are formulated according to the external account checking file, and flexible adjustment is supported; and splitting different module business funds into different internal clearing accounts according to the splitting rule. The method is used for intelligently checking and separating accounts according to business configuration and external account checking files, and flexibly splitting accounts according to a certain point in a configuration rule set, so that on one hand, the correctness of accounts among institutions is effectively guaranteed, and on the other hand, the account management requirements under different operation modes are met.
