Claims (8)

1. A production process for adding lycopene into vinegar brewing is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step two: meanwhile, the rotation of the transmission power end (5) can drive the lifting frame (8) to move downwards through the lifting transmission end (9), the downward movement of the lifting frame (8) can drive the vinegar bottling end (10) and the lycopene adding end (11) to move downwards, and the vinegar bottling end (10) and the lycopene adding end (11) are respectively inserted into the packaging bottle (3) below the lifting frame to fill the vinegar and the lycopene; the packaging bottle (3) below the lycopene adding end (11) is filled with vinegar through a vinegar filling end (10);
step three: along with the continuous rotation of the transmission power end (5), the lifting frame (8) is driven to move upwards through the lifting transmission end (9), and the lifting frame (8) moves upwards to drive the vinegar bottle end (10) and the lycopene adding end (11) to move out of the packaging bottle (3) to stop filling;
step four: when the vinegar filling end (10) and the lycopene adding end (11) are moved out of the packaging bottle (3), the transmission power end (5) drives the conveying end (2) to intermittently rotate and move through the transmission end (12) again, so that the packaging bottle (3) filled with vinegar moves to the position below the lycopene adding end (11), and the packaging bottle (3) filled with lycopene is removed and conveyed to carry out the next step of capping operation;
the conveying end (2) is arranged on the inner side of the equipment base (1), the packaging bottles (3) are placed on the surface of the conveying end (2), a vertical plate (4) is fixedly arranged on one side of the top of the equipment base (1), a transmission power end (5) and a motor (6) are arranged in the middle of two sides of the vertical plate (4), the output end of the motor (6) is connected with one end of the transmission power end (5), a transverse plate (7) is fixedly arranged in the middle of one side of the vertical plate (4), a lifting frame (8) is arranged in the middle of the transverse plate (7), a lifting transmission end (9) is arranged in the middle of the transverse plate (7), the top and the bottom of the lifting transmission end (9) are respectively connected with the lifting frame (8) and the transmission power end (5), a vinegar filling bottle end (10) and a lycopene adding end (11) are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the lifting frame (8), and a transmission end (12) is arranged between the vertical plate (4) and the conveying end (2), and the transmission end (12) is in transmission connection with the transmission power end (5).
