when the mechanical arm 4 drives the welder main body 7 to move to the welding seam position for welding, the triangular cover 601 and the bottom side air inlet cover and the fixing seat 609 are pulled to adjust the relative position of the limiting block 11, meanwhile, the dust exhaust fan 612 extracts air near the welding seam through the connecting pipe 610 under negative pressure, smoke and dust generated by welding are absorbed and emitted through air flow, when the smoke enters through the negative pressure, the fire-retardant net 603 blocks open fire of the welding smoke, the welding smoke after fire-retardant treatment is fully contacted with the friction rollers 613 on two sides after the heat-radiation treatment of the heat-radiation cover 602, particles in the smoke are adhered and filtered through filter screen surface filter holes in the friction rollers 613, the filtered smoke enters the rear side connecting pipe 610 and is sent into a rear side treatment pipeline, the welding smoke at different positions is absorbed and blocked from the open fire through the fire-retardant net 603 after the welding smoke is absorbed, and the capacity of blocking the welding smoke and the remaining fire is improved, meanwhile, the fire retarding net 603 slides in the connecting block 604 through the guide rods 606 at two sides, the guide rods 606 slide to pull the third spring 605 at one side, the fire retarding net 603 is subjected to frequency oscillation under the action of wind pressure, and the air circulation treatment effect is improved;
during angle adjustment, the fixing seat 609 pulls the rear side universal shaft sleeve 611 to rotate around the other side universal shaft sleeve 611 through the rear side connecting pipe 610, the connecting pipes 610 on the rear side of the fixing seat 609 are arranged among the corresponding limiting blocks 11 in an extending mode after rotating, and flexible adjustment adaptation of the connecting pipes 610 is achieved through matching of the flexible hose and the rotatable universal shaft sleeve 611.
