After the cutting device is started, a wood board is placed on a cover plate 104 of the cutting device to start feeding, a lampshade 105 covers the wood board, when the wood board completely covers a saw blade opening of the cover plate 104, a sealed space is formed in a dust suction cavity 107, vacuum is formed in the dust suction cavity 107 due to the vacuumizing action of a fan, the pressure in the lampshade 105 is larger than that in the dust suction cavity 107, a baffle 403 is pressed to turn outwards from an air outlet, the lampshade 105, a fixed support 108 and an air flow are formed between an auxiliary dust suction pipe 401 and the dust suction cavity 107, dust thrown out along the direction of the rotation tangent line of the saw blade enters the dust suction cavity 107 through the lampshade 105, the fixed support 108 and the auxiliary dust suction pipe 401, and auxiliary dust suction is realized. After the board is cut, the pressure in the dust suction chamber 107 is restored to be the same as the pressure in the lampshade 105 (both are normal air pressure), and the baffle 403 closes the air outlet of the auxiliary dust suction pipe 401 under the elastic force of the return spring 404.
Further, a dust bag 110 is placed in the dust box 109 of the cutting device; the dust bag 110 and the dust suction chamber 107 of the cutting device are connected by a U-shaped connection bag 111. The dust collecting bag 110 is placed in the dust collecting box 109, and the dust collecting bag 110 can be directly replaced after being filled with dust, so that the dust collecting box 109 does not need to be cleaned. Dust can temporarily stay at the corners of the U-shaped connection bag 111 for buffering.

1. A safe dust-free portable wood board cutting device comprises a cutting device, and is characterized in that a touch switch and a rack type braking device are arranged on the cutting device;
the touch switch comprises a mounting seat, an inductive switch and a touch pressing piece;
the mounting seat is fixed in the feeding direction of the saw blade;
the induction switch is connected between a main switch of the cutting device and the fan and between the main switch and the angle grinder and is positioned below the mounting seat;
the touch pressing piece comprises a touch pressing block and a touch pressing plate arranged on one side of the touch pressing block, which faces the saw blade;
the upper edge of the touch pressure plate is inclined upwards, and part of the plate body is positioned in front of or behind the saw blade;
the touch pressing block is inserted into the mounting seat, the top end and the upper edge of the touch pressing plate extend out of a saw blade opening of the cover plate, and the bottom end abuts against a contact of the induction switch;
the rack type braking device comprises a rack mounting plate, a rack, a fixing bolt, a push-pull electromagnet, a pull rod, a thermal infrared human body inductor and a time relay;
the rack mounting plate is arranged on the lower side of the saw blade and is positioned in front of the saw blade;
the saw teeth of the rack are meshed with the saw teeth of the saw blade and are arranged between the saw blade and the rack mounting plate;
the fixing bolt sequentially penetrates through the rack mounting plate and the rack and then is connected with the back plate behind the saw blade;
the push-pull electromagnet is fixed on one side of the saw blade, and a movable iron core of the push-pull electromagnet is vertical to the saw blade;
the first end of the pull rod is fixedly connected with the rack, and the second end of the pull rod is fixedly connected with the movable iron core;
the thermal infrared human body sensor is fixed in a lampshade of the cutting device and is electrically connected with a main power supply;
the time relay is connected between the push-pull electromagnet and the thermal infrared human body sensor.
2. A safe, dust-free, portable plank cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mount comprises a front fence, a rear fence, and first and second side plates connecting the front fence and the rear fence;
the front baffle is provided with a threaded column;
the threaded column is sleeved with an adjusting nut;
a first adjusting spring is sleeved on the threaded column between the adjusting nut and the front baffle;
the first adjusting spring applies force to the front baffle plate to adjust the distance between the front baffle plate and the rear baffle plate.
3. A safe, dust-free, portable plank cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the edge of the first side plate is provided with a protrusion;
a limiting hole is formed in the front baffle;
preceding baffle, backplate, first curb plate and second curb plate are buckled by the metal sheet and are formed, and the arch on the first curb plate inserts in the spacing hole of preceding baffle.
4. A safe, dust-free, portable plank cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the touch block comprises a housing, a sleeve, a touch bolt and a second adjustment spring;
the touch pressing plate is arranged on the shell;
the sleeve is of a hollow structure, the inner wall of the sleeve is provided with threads, and the sleeve is fixed in the shell;
part of screw rod of the contact bolt is connected in the sleeve in a threaded manner, and the head part of the contact bolt extends out of the lower end of the shell;
the second adjusting spring is sleeved on the screw rod of the contact bolt exposed out of the sleeve, and two ends of the second adjusting spring are respectively abutted against the head of the contact bolt and the outer wall of the sleeve.

a first pull ring is arranged at the end part of the movable iron core of the push-pull electromagnet;
a second pull ring is arranged at the second end of the pull rod;

the first bearing is located between the first pull ring and the second pull ring;
the second bearing is located below the second tab.
