Abstract
The invention relates to an oligomeric composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder for enhancing immune function and a preparation method thereof, wherein the oligomeric composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: corn polysaccharide powder 18-30%; 3-15% of stachyose powder; 22-35% of corncob polysaccharide powder; edible fungus polysaccharide powder 2-15%; 2-15% of kudzu root ultra-fine powder; 0.5 to 3 percent of salt. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the millet polysaccharide powder by a low-temperature water extraction method and weighing the raw materials in proportion and then fully mixing the raw materials. The invention compounds a plurality of oligosaccharides extracted from natural raw materials according to a specific proportion, forms an economic and practical innovative product which is beneficial to gastrointestinal tracts, nurses liver and kidney functions and promotes the function of immunonutrition metabolism, is especially suitable for children and young people, and meets the urgent need of enhancing the immune function; the millet polysaccharide obtained by low-temperature water extraction has higher biological activity, and can be compounded with other specific quantities of oligomeric polysaccharides to obtain better immunity enhancing effect.

S2, weighing stachyose powder, corncob polysaccharide powder, edible fungus polysaccharide powder, radix puerariae superfine powder, salt and S1 maize polysaccharide powder according to corresponding mass fractions, putting the materials into a powder mixer, and fully mixing the materials to obtain the finished product.
Specifically, the step of freezing in S1 is to freeze the slurry material in a freezing environment at-18 ℃ until the internal center temperature is consistent with the freezing environment temperature, and the step of thawing is to naturally thaw the slurry material in a thawing environment at 30 ℃ until the temperature of the slurry material is consistent with the thawing environment temperature.

The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific examples, which are provided for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
For the sake of avoiding redundant description, the raw materials used in the following examples are all commercially available products unless otherwise specified, and the methods used are all conventional methods in the art unless otherwise specified.
The millet polysaccharide powder used in the following examples was the same batch prepared by the following method: grinding millet (yellow millet of inner Mongolia red peak), adding water together with baking soda to form a mixed solution, wherein the using amount ratio of the millet, the baking soda and the water is 1g:0.05g:30mL, soaking for 90min, heating to 60 ℃ under a sealed condition, maintaining for 30min, maintaining for uniform stirring (rotating speed 120r/min), then placing the obtained slurry material into a freezing device, freezing to fully freeze in the environment of-18 ℃ and melting to fully melt in the environment of 30 ℃ for more than 2 times (namely, freezing and melting for two times in total), adding water with the volume being 2 times of the volume of the slurry material after the last thawing, stirring and diluting at uniform speed for 60min, carrying out suction filtration, washing a filter cake with water, titrating the filtrate to neutrality by using dilute hydrochloric acid (0.5mol/L), carrying out reduced pressure rotary evaporation at a temperature lower than 65 ℃ to concentrate to obtain a viscous material, and then carrying out freeze drying treatment on the viscous material, the yield of the millet polysaccharide is about 50.5 mg/g.
The radix Puerariae superfine powder is prepared from wild radix Puerariae by cleaning, cutting, drying, and pulverizing with superfine pulverizing equipment, and has particle diameter below 20 μm. Stachyose powder, corncob polysaccharide powder and edible fungus polysaccharide powder are also commercially available products, and the edible fungus polysaccharide powder is extracted from shiitake mushrooms.
The composite oligosaccharide millet polysaccharide powder for enhancing the immune function in the following embodiments is prepared by weighing stachyose powder, corncob polysaccharide powder, edible fungus polysaccharide powder, radix puerariae superfine powder, salt and millet polysaccharide powder according to the corresponding proportion, putting the materials into a powder mixer, and fully mixing the materials to obtain the composite oligosaccharide millet polysaccharide powder.
Example 1
An oligosaccharide composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder for enhancing immunologic function, which is composed of the following raw materials by mass percent: corn polysaccharide powder 30%; stachyose powder 10%; corncob polysaccharide powder 35%; 15% of edible fungus polysaccharide powder; 7% of radix puerariae superfine powder; 3 percent of common salt.
Example 2
An oligosaccharide composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder for enhancing immunologic function, which is composed of the following raw materials by mass percent: corn polysaccharide powder 25%; 15% of stachyose; 30% of corncob polysaccharide powder; 15% of edible fungus polysaccharide powder; 14% of radix puerariae superfine powder; 1% of common salt.
Example 3
An oligosaccharide composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder for enhancing immunologic function, which is composed of the following raw materials by mass percent: corn polysaccharide powder 20%; 15% of stachyose powder; corncob polysaccharide powder 35%; 15% of edible fungus polysaccharide powder; 12 percent of radix puerariae superfine powder; 3 percent of common salt.
Example 4
An oligosaccharide composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder for enhancing immunologic function, which is composed of the following raw materials by mass percent: corn polysaccharide powder 18%; 15% of stachyose powder; corncob polysaccharide powder 35%; 15% of edible fungus polysaccharide powder; 15% of radix puerariae superfine powder; 2 percent of common salt.

An oligosaccharide composite millet bacteria polysaccharide powder for enhancing immunologic function, which is composed of the following raw materials by mass percent: corn polysaccharide powder 30%; 15% of stachyose powder; 24.5 percent of corncob polysaccharide powder; 15% of edible fungus polysaccharide powder; 15% of radix puerariae superfine powder; 0.5 percent of salt.

An oligosaccharide composite maize polysaccharide powder for enhancing immune function is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: corn polysaccharide powder 18-30%; 3-15% of stachyose powder; 22-35% of corncob polysaccharide powder; edible fungus polysaccharide powder 2-15%; 2-15% of kudzu root ultra-fine powder; 0.5 to 3 percent of salt.

The composite oligosaccharide millet polysaccharide powder for enhancing immune function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the millet used for extraction of the millet polysaccharide powder is selected from the group consisting of inner Mongolia red peak yellow millet and Shanxi Qinzhou yellow millet.
3. The composite oligosaccharide maize polysaccharide powder for enhancing immune function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corncob polysaccharide powder is extracted from sweet corncobs.
4. The compound millet polysaccharide powder for enhancing immune function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the edible fungus polysaccharide powder is extracted from Hericium erinaceus, Hypsizygus marmoreus, Pleurotus eryngii, or Lentinus edodes.
5. The oligosaccharide composite millet polysaccharide powder for enhancing immune function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the ultra-fine powder of kudzu root is 20 μm or less.
6. A method for preparing an immune function enhancing complex oligosaccharide fructan powder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
