The working principle is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, when rainfall begins, rainwater falls to the surface of the water collecting tank 1 to wash the rainwater and gathers to the first filter screen 2, the first filter screen 2 intercepts gravels and withered branches and patrinia leaves with larger volume, the rainwater mixed with dust in the early stage of rainfall passes through the first filter screen 2 and accumulates on the second movable baffle 4 and the second fixed baffle 5 and cannot flow continuously, the rainwater gathers continuously along with the continuation of rainfall, the water level rises continuously, when the corresponding water depth is reached, the suction force of the magnet 25 and the iron sheet 26 is not enough to overcome the pressure of water, the second movable baffle 4 is separated from the second fixed baffle 5, the second movable baffle 4 rotates downwards, the water flow drainage channel is opened, a large amount of rainwater drains quickly, the rainwater flows downwards along the drainage plate 8, then gathers to the water inlet of the water drainage pipe 10 along the first movable baffle 9 under the inertia effect, and enters the drainage pipe 10, the water in the drain pipe 10 is continuously gathered, and when the pressure of the water can separate the impact plate 11 from the water outlet of the drain pipe 10, the drain pipe discharges rainwater containing dust; to this end, the whole apparatus completes the work of automatically cleaning the sump 1 and discharging the sewage carrying dust through the drain pipe 10.
As shown in fig. 2, rainwater impacts the impact plate 11 at the water outlet of the water drainage pipe 10 to drive the L-shaped connecting rod 12, so that one end of the L-shaped connecting rod 12, which is fixedly connected with the impact plate 11, rotates downward, the other end of the L-shaped connecting rod 12, which is horizontally connected with the impact plate, rotates upward, and the L-shaped connecting rod 12, which is vertically connected with the impact plate, moves upward, the upper end of the L-shaped connecting rod 12 can push the first movable baffle 9, so that the end of the first movable baffle 9, which is located in the communication pipeline 3, rotates upward until abutting against the first fixed baffle 7, so as to change the flow direction of the rainwater, that is, the water drainage pipe 10 stops water inflow, and the water storage tank 13 starts water storage; meanwhile, the vertical section of the L-shaped connecting rod 12 pushes the first movable baffle 9 to rotate downwards, when the water in the drain pipe 10 is not enough to separate the impact plate 11 from the water outlet of the drain pipe, the L-shaped connecting rod 12 is reset, and the impact plate 11 blocks the water outlet of the drain pipe.
As shown in fig. 2, as the inclination direction of the first fixed baffle 9 changes, the flowing direction of the rainwater also changes, so that the rainwater can flow into the water storage tank 13 along the first movable baffle 9, after the rainwater flows into the first groove of the first movable baffle 9, the first groove is quickly filled with the rainwater, at this time, the drainage flow rate of each first groove is smaller than the water inlet flow rate of the first groove, the first groove is always in a full state, the weight of one side of the first movable baffle 9 in the water storage tank 13 is heavier, the weight of one side of the first movable baffle 9 in the communication pipeline 3 is lighter, so that the first movable baffle 9 can continuously maintain the inclination state without being pushed by the L-shaped connecting rod 12, the water storage tank 13 is kept in an open state, and the subsequent rainwater is continuously stored in the water storage tank 13.
As shown in fig. 1, as rainwater continuously enters the water storage tank 13, when water in the water storage tank 13 is about to reach a full capacity, the rising of the water level drives the floating ball 153 to float upward, so that the floating ball 153 and the first connecting rod 151 rotate upward around the hinge shaft of the second connecting rod 152, the upper end of the first connecting rod 151 gradually jacks up the end of the first movable baffle 9 in the water storage tank 13 until the end abuts against the top plate of the water storage tank 13, the rainwater is completely prevented from continuously entering the water storage tank, the flow direction of the rainwater changes in the process, the drain pipe 10 starts to collect the rainwater again until the impact plate 11 is separated from the drain outlet, and subsequently, redundant rainwater is discharged from the drain pipe 10. At this point the first flap 9 has been repositioned and closes the storage tank 13, preventing evaporative loss of water.
If the water storage tank 13 is not full when the rainfall process is finished, the first groove of the first movable baffle plate 9 loses water quickly when no water is replenished, so that the weight of the end, provided with the first groove, of the first movable baffle plate 9 is reduced, the first movable baffle plate 9 resets, the water storage tank 13 is sealed, and evaporation loss of water is prevented.
After the rainfall stops, the water level of the water collecting tank 1 is gradually reduced, the second movable baffle 4 starts to rotate upwards under the action of the restoring force of the spring 6 until the second movable baffle is magnetically connected with the second fixed baffle 5 through the magnet 25 and the iron sheet 26, and the two plates are spliced again; therefore, the water storage part of the whole device finishes one water storage operation, and all the components return to the initial state before water storage.
The micro-spray heads 232 are limited in the corresponding water-using areas through the insertion rods 234, when the soil humidity sensor 233 detects that the soil humidity is lower than a preset value, or the illumination sensor 231 detects that the sunlight intensity is higher than a preset value, if the monitoring value of the pressure sensor 17 is greater than the preset value at this time, the controller enables the water pump 20 to be started, so that the rainwater stored in the water storage tank 13 is filtered by the second filter screen 18 and then is conveyed to the micro-spray heads 232 through the water pump 20 along the water conveying main pipe 19 and the water conveying branch pipes 22 for irrigation. When soil moisture sensor 233 detects that the soil moisture is above a certain value, the controller causes water pump 20 to shut down. Thus, one irrigation work is finished.
To prevent the reverse flow of water in the water pipe when the water pump 20 stops, a check valve 21 is provided in the water supply manifold 19 downstream of the water pump 20.
Be equipped with filler pipe 14 on the roof of storage water tank 13, when leading to no water to supply the use in storage water tank 13 because of lasting few rain, the user passes through water pipe and filler pipe 14, with water source and the inside intercommunication of storage water tank 13, just can pour into sufficient water into storage water tank 13, irrigate.
The first filter screen 2 has larger aperture, only filters larger gravel, patrinia scabiosaefolia and the like, the second filter screen 18 has smaller aperture, prevents all impurities which may influence the work of the water pump 20 and the micro-spray head 232 from entering, the impurities are deposited at the bottom of the water storage tank 13, and the water storage tank is provided with an openable access door 16 near the bottom for cleaning the impurities deposited at the bottom of the tank and checking whether internal components work normally.
