本申请提供一种数据传输方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域设计合理的HARQ机制保证单播传输以及多播传输中的HARQ均能顺利进行。该数据传输方法,包括:接收来自第一通信装置的调度信息,根据调度信息确定传输指示信息;根据调度信息接收来自第一通信装置的第一传输块,并确定第一传输块的第一混合自动重传请求HARQ信息;根据第一HARQ信息以及传输指示信息确定第一HARQ进程,并将第一传输块分配给第一HARQ进程。
