Abstract

Description

塑料成分的设备
本发明涉及一种按专利权利要求1前序部分所述之用于混合至少两种反应的塑料成分的设备。
由德国实用新型G 8915329已知此类设备,其中,清除活塞有一个装在环槽中的密封环。通过此密封环虽然能够良好地净化缓冲室的表面,但是不能排除在缓冲室表面与清除活塞的表面之间,侵入已反应的塑料物质并导致清除活塞的粘结。尤其在已反应的塑料物质不均匀分布时同样存在这种危险,从而导致金属接触并因而使活塞与缸套之间发生挤卡。
由DE-AS 2838798已知,为防止控制活塞卡死,在控制塑料成分进入的活塞上设槽,其中,在这些槽中的已反应的物质,应防止活塞与缸壁之间的金属接触。但是,仅仅采取这一措施难以解决活塞在缸壁中的粘结,所以在这种情况下可能需要如此强大的拉脱力,以致会导致损坏和使清除活塞破裂或拉断。
本发明的目的是,在前言所述类型的清除活塞中,降低粘结的倾向和减小所需的拉脱力。
本发明以下列认识为出发点,即,通过清除活塞上用定距材料螺旋状覆盖,一方向减少了可能的粘结面,另一方面可以实现在活塞与缸套间的间隙没有不均匀地占有已反应的粘性塑料。因此排除了活塞由于沿径向单侧偏压而导致与缸套直接金属接触的危险。但尤其是由于引入了旋转运动,获得了一个横向于活塞轴向行程方向的剪力分量,由于这一剪力分量可以极为有效地脱落存在于活塞与缸套之间粘性物质。此外还有一个优点是,由于在每个行程中进行的清除活塞的转动,使活塞和缸套彼此相对的总是新的表面部分,所以能可靠地排除形成沿轴向延伸的沟痕和沉积。
作为定距材料最好使用反应过的塑料。这种材料通过尚未反应的塑料混合物经存在于活塞与缸套之间的间隙漏过时形成。此塑料混合物座落在槽中,并通过它在反应时的鼓胀,起到消除活塞与缸套表面之间金属接触的可靠的定距器的作用。
原则上也可以在清除活塞装入前在槽内置入不同于已反应的塑料混合物的其他定距材料。密封材料可适用于此,这些密封材料对于要加工的塑料混合物,不仅不倾向于粘结,而且由于强烈的排斥作用,所以在紧邻密封材料的地方也能排除粘结。
在一种最佳实施形式中,清除活塞可自由旋转地固定在液压活塞的活塞杆上,因此,由于槽的螺旋形结构引起的扭矩,能特别有效地作用在有可能的粘结区上。因此在活塞杆和液压活塞密封部位处的旋转摩擦损失得以避免。
下面借助于附图详细说明本发明。其中:
图1通过一个用于混合两种反应的塑料成分的混合头示意表示的剖面;
图2按图1中剖面线II-II的混合头局部视图;
图3具有与图1相比为另一种类型的螺旋形排列的槽的清除活塞单独视图;以及
图4具有另一种类型的槽的清除活塞单独视图。
所表示的混合头有一个圆柱形混合室1,塑料成分A的进口管2和塑料成分B的进口管3通入混合室1内。进口管2和3的注入口4和5由混合室活塞6控制开和关,它在混合室1内可逆地移动。混合室活塞6位于再循环位置时,塑料成分A和B经由混合室活塞6上所制的再循环槽7和8,导回通往塑料成分储箱(图中未表示)的回流管9和10中。在混合位置(图中未表示),混合室活塞处于回退位置,此时注入口4和5打开,所以塑料成分A和B在高压下在混合室1彼此相遇和在那里均匀混合。如此形成的反应的塑料成分混合物,经混合室出口孔11流入连接的缓冲室12中,并经排出孔13到模具中(图中未表示)。
在缓冲室12中装有一个可逆的清除活塞14,在此图中它处于最前部位置,在这一位置下在注模周期结束时塑料成分混合物从缓冲室12排出,此时,缓冲室12内壁几乎被彻底清除了反应的塑料成分混合物。
清除活塞14具有狭小公差地配合在缓冲室12内,在它的圆柱形外表面上制有形式上为螺旋状走向的槽的槽15a。这些槽中装满定距材料(图中未表示),这种定距材料可由已反应的塑料成分混合物组成,它们在工作过程中逐渐积聚在槽中,并固定在槽中。定距材料也可以由别的材料组成,在清除活塞装入之前将这种材料置入这些槽中。
清除活塞14可自由旋转地固定在活塞杆16上,活塞杆16借助于一个双向作用的液压活塞17可往复运动。原则上旋转支承也可安排在活塞杆16和液压活塞17之间。
图3以放大的比例表示了另一种实施形式的清除活塞14,其中,槽15b具有沿螺旋线18排列的小坑的形式。
图4以放大的比例表示了一种具有形式上为螺旋槽的槽15c的清除活塞14,与按图1的清除活塞14上的螺旋槽相比,螺旋槽15c具有小得多的螺旋升角。由此可以达到,在一次轴向得程中,缓冲室内壁的一根母线,多次地被装满定距材料的重叠排列的螺旋形槽15c的扫过。

Claims (8)

1。用于在高压下混合至少两种起化学反应的塑料成分的设备,它有一个圆柱形混合室,塑料成分注入其中,为了排出多余的塑料混合物,在混合室内装有一个可逆的活塞,以及,有一个圆柱形缓冲室,它与混合室连接并相对于混合室的纵轴线成一个最好90°的角度延伸,在缓冲室中装有一个可逆的清除活塞,用于从缓冲室排出起反应的塑料混合物,其特征为:清除活塞(14)设计为在它的圆柱形外表面上制有槽(15a,15b,15c),这些槽装满定距材料并按下列原则布置,即,在清除活塞(14)沿轴向运动的同时使之转动。
2。按照权利要求1所述之设备,其特征为:定距材料由已反应的塑料混合物组成。
3。按照权利要求1所述之设备,其特征为:定距材料由清除活塞(14)装入前在槽(15a,15b,15c)中所置入的密封材料组成。
4。按照权利要求3所述之设备,其特征为:此密封材料相对于要加工的塑料混合物具有强烈的排斥作用。
5。按照权利要求1至4之一所述之设备,其特征为:槽(15a,15b,15c)螺旋状地排列在外表面上。
6。按照权利要求5所述之设备,其特征为:槽(15a,15c)设计为连续的螺旋状。
7。按照权利要求5所述之设备,其特征为:槽(15b)由一个个排列在螺旋线(18)上的小坑组成。
8。按照权利要求1至6之一所述之设备,其特征为:清除活塞(14)可自由旋转地固定在一根活塞杆(16)上。
