一种圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器,圆钢作为流道分隔墙绕成螺旋状紧贴蒸发器内筒的外壁,点焊固定;外筒采用整块钢板卷成圆筒形整体包裹在螺旋状圆钢外,在外筒接头两端焊接带孔环,用螺丝拉紧外筒贴紧螺旋状圆钢,焊接外筒接口成为封闭筒状,再焊接两端法兰使端板流道封闭,流道的进出口分别开在外筒外表面的适当位置,使螺旋状圆钢3形成从进口到出口形成通畅的流道,它具有焊接工作量小,工艺简单,工期短,成本低的突出优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及制冷技术领域片冰机蒸发器,尤其是一种片冰机蒸发器的流道。
背景技术
片冰机是制冰机的一种,片冰为薄片、干爽疏松状的白色冰,厚度1.0毫米到2.5毫米不等,片面形状不规则,直径约为12到45毫米。片冰无尖锐棱角,不会刺伤冷冻物体。可进入被冷却物之间的间隙,减少热交换,保持冰的温度,并有良好的保湿效果,主要应用于各种冷藏、冷链设施、食品速冻、混凝土冷却等等。目前,片冰机因为相对低的成本和较高的能效在商用制冰领域被广泛应用。片冰机主要包括压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、制冰蒸发器、刮冰系统、水循环系统、盐水计量系统、电气控制系统。其中,压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀阀、制冰蒸发器形成封闭制冷系统,制冷剂在制冰蒸发器中蒸发吸热,提供制冰冷源;制冰蒸发器为圆桶形,圆桶内筒采用不锈钢或者碳钢镀铬,防止盐水腐蚀;盐水计量系统定量加入盐水到水循环系统中;水循环系统在制冰蒸发器内筒内壁喷淋,喷淋水被蒸发器内筒内壁吸热制冰;蒸发器内筒内安装有刮冰系统的滚动冰刀,滚动冰刀贴着蒸发器内筒内壁作圆周运动,当冰达到一定厚度不断地被刮冰系统的滚动冰刀压碎后自动落下。制冰蒸发器是片冰机的核心部件,目前常规片冰机制冰蒸发器流道普遍采用拼接焊接式流道,该拼接焊接式流道为矩形,成螺旋状连续紧紧挨着排布于蒸发器内筒外表面,由一片盖板和二片隔板在蒸发器内筒外表面围焊而成矩形,矩形四角都必须满焊,焊接工作量非常大;而且因为流道需要耐压,焊接质量要求高。制冰蒸发器由于流道采用拼接焊接式流道,焊接工作量很大,工艺复杂,工期长,成本高。故现有技术有待改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器,采用整体式外筒,内衬圆钢分隔流道,来达到使该圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器具有焊接工作量小,工艺简单,工期短,成本低的目的。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器,采用整体式外筒,内衬圆钢分隔流道,圆钢(圆条)作为流道分隔墙绕成螺旋状紧贴蒸发器内筒外壁,点焊固定;圆钢(圆条)也可以采用方钢、钢板等替代;外筒采用整块钢板卷成圆筒形整体包裹在螺旋状圆钢外,在外筒接头两端焊接带孔环,用螺丝拉紧外筒贴紧螺旋状圆钢,焊接外筒接口成为封闭筒状,再焊接两端法兰使端板流道封闭,流道的进出口分别开在外筒外表面的适当位置,使螺旋状圆钢形成从进口到出口形成通畅的流道。
本发明的有益效果是:该圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器结构简单、生产工艺简单、制作容易、成本低。

参阅图2,常规片冰机制冰蒸发器流道通常采用拼接焊接式流道,该拼接焊接式流道为矩形,成螺旋状连续紧挨着排布于蒸发器内筒1外表面,由一片盖板5和二片隔板6在蒸发器内筒1外表面围焊而成矩形,矩形四角都必须满焊,焊接工作量非常大;而且因为流道需要耐压,焊接质量要求高,焊接工作量很大,工艺复杂,工期长,成本高。
实施例1:参阅图1,一种圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器,包括内筒1、法兰2、圆钢3、外筒4;采用整体式外筒4,内衬圆钢3分隔流道,圆钢3作为流道分隔墙绕成螺旋状紧贴蒸发器内筒1的外壁,点焊固定;外筒4采用整块钢板卷成圆筒形整体包裹在螺旋状圆钢3外,在外筒4接头两端焊接带孔环,用螺丝拉紧外筒4贴紧螺旋状圆钢3,焊接外筒4接口成为封闭筒状,再焊接两端法兰2使端板流道封闭,流道的进出口分别开在外筒4外表面的适当位置,使螺旋状圆钢3形成从进口到出口形成通畅的流道。该圆钢分隔流道式片冰机蒸发器具有焊接工作量小,可以降低焊接工作量80-90左右,工艺简单,工期短,制造成本可以大幅降低。
