Abstract
本发明公开一种装配式屋顶面系统,它自下而上包括保温保护一体板层、粘结层、防水保温层;保温保护一体板层之间的缝隙利用高粘砂浆进行填缝,并利用高粘砂浆在保温保护一体板层上部铺设粘结成15CM厚度的粘结层,在粘结层上部铺设防水保温层。所有材料都是在工厂内制成,采用统一标准,保证了质量,在施工现场可以直接铺设,大大提高了施工效率,基本不存在污染环境问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及到建筑工程技术领域,具体为一种装配式屋顶面系统。
背景技术
装配式建筑是近年新兴的一种施工形式。装配式房屋是将建设房屋所需要使用的各个部件在工厂内实现生产完成,然后运输到工地现场进行组合安装,免去了传统的施工现场对的测量、切割、堆砌等施工作业,施工更为简单方便,可以极大地提高施工现场的施工效率,并且施工现场更为整洁和美观,是一种更为绿色环保的建筑施工形式。
虽然装配式房屋墙体的技术已经趋于成熟,但是对于屋顶面系统,还是采用的传统的方式进行封顶,传统现场屋顶面做法是由以下工序完成:混凝土找坡层、保温层、保护层、防水层、保护层等工序完成。首先坡度2%混凝找坡,厚度3cm,等强度达到标准,方能进行保温层铺设和金属钉固定,然后混凝土保护层3cm,等强度达到标准后作防水层,防水层完成做防水保护层。该方法具有以下几个缺陷问题:1.工程质量:传统施工方法养护强度不够,坡屋面厚度及强度都存在问题;2.工程进度:找坡层、保护层,施工完之后不能第一时间进入第二层施工,因为混凝需要将水充分反应或阳光吸收,且需要时间,而且雨雪天气不能施工;3.成本高:现场施工时间长,人工、机械费用方面成本高;4.环保:该施工方法很少对环境造成污染,混凝土搅拌车、泵车会产生环境污染,屋面荷载大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种装配式屋顶面系统,解决现行传统现场屋面一层一层现场施工施工质量问题、成本问题、工期问题、环保问题等。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种装配式屋顶面系统,它自下而上包括保温保护一体板层、粘结层、防水保温层;保温保护一体板层之间的缝隙利用高粘砂浆进行填缝,并利用高粘砂浆在保温保护一体板层上部铺设粘结成15CM厚度的粘结层,在粘结层上部铺设防水保温层。
进一步的,所述的保温保护一体板层,是由保温层和保护层通过粘结料粘结在一起组成。
优选的,所述的保护层,由高粘度粘接砂浆和C20混凝土组成,首先喷高粘度砂浆在保温板表面2mm厚,然后铺C20混凝土2cm厚,养生等强度达到标准即得。
所述的防水保温层,是在防水卷材的朝上一面凃有折射涂层。
进一步的,所述的防水卷材,是由以下重量份的原材料制成,沥青55—65份、SBS热塑丁苯橡胶4—7份、基础油10—15份、重钙15—18份、胶粉3-7份,其制作工艺是按比例分别将各种材料依次加入配料罐中使用温度在180℃-200℃,首先将沥青、SBS热塑丁苯橡胶、基础油投入加热配料罐中,加热到180℃-200℃搅拌2小时后,加入胶粉在搅拌1小时后,加入重钙混合搅拌2小时后检测按GB23441标准,合格后生产线使用。
进一步的,所述的折射涂层,是由以下重量份的原材料制成,高耐候乳液45—55份,纳米二氧化钛10—14份,氧化锆稀土氧化物10—24份,空心微球10—18份,其制作工艺是将乳液加入配料罐中,再加入纳米二氧化钛进行搅拌,搅拌30分钟,加入氧化锆稀土氧化物搅拌25分钟后,然后加入空心微球搅拌30分钟,即完成涂层原料混合。
本发明的有益效果在于:粘铺加层防水卷及保温防水层起到了真正的双防水效果,而且保温性能好,一般环境34℃,测温时间14:30时屋面水泥砂浆表面温度在66-72℃,铺保温防水卷材后屋面43-51℃,室内温度会有5-10℃温差。所有材料都是在工厂内制成,采用统一标准,保证了质量,在施工现场可以直接铺设,大大提高了施工效率,基本不存在污染环境问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明,一种装配式屋顶面系统,它自下而上包括保温保护一体板层、粘结层、防水保温层;保温保护一体板层之间的缝隙利用高粘砂浆进行填缝,并利用高粘砂浆在保温保护一体板层上部铺设粘结成15CM厚度的粘结层,在粘结层上部铺设防水保温层。
首先生产保温保护一体板层,保温层为挤塑板,厚度8cm—10cm,保护层由高粘度粘接砂浆和C20混凝土组成,首先喷高粘度砂浆在保温板表面2mm厚,然后铺C20混凝土2cm厚,硬度达到后,与保温层粘结。
所述的防水保温层,是在防水卷材的朝上一面凃有折射涂层,所述的防水卷材的制作工艺是按比例分别将各种材料依次加入配料罐中使用温度在180℃
-200℃,首先将沥青、SBS热塑丁苯橡胶、基础油投入加热配料罐中,加热到180℃-200℃搅拌2小时后,加入胶粉在搅拌1小时后,加入重钙混合搅拌2小时后检测按GB23441标准,合格后生产线使用。所述的折射涂层制作工艺是将乳液加入配料罐中,再加入纳米二氧化钛进行搅拌,搅拌30分钟,加入氧化锆稀土氧化物搅拌25分钟后,然后加入空心微球搅拌30分钟,即完成涂层原料混合。
