As shown in fig. 1, the double-layer syringe mainly comprises an inner layer syringe 1, an outer layer syringe 2 and an insert 3.
Specifically, the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 are both annular needle cylinders, the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 form a concentric circle structure, the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 are arranged in parallel, namely, the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 are stacked and combined from inside to outside in parallel; in some embodiments of the present invention, the distance between the inner needle cylinder 1 and the outer needle cylinder 2 ranges from 1cm to 2.5 cm. The height of the inner layer needle cylinder 1 is greater than that of the outer layer needle cylinder 2, and sufficient triangular track space is reserved; in some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the outer layer cylinder 2 is set to 1/4 ~ 3/4 of the height of the inner layer cylinder 1, further, the height of the inner layer cylinder 1 can be 13 cm. In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper end of the inner layer needle cylinder 1 is lower than the upper end of the outer layer needle cylinder 2 by 0.5-1.5 mm, and the lower end of the inner layer needle cylinder is staggered, wherein the upper end and the lower end refer to the upper and lower directions of the needle cylinder after being installed on the weft knitting machine. The inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 are fixed through the inserting sheet 3, further, the inserting sheet 3 is fixed with the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 through screws, and the inserting sheet 3 is arranged at the inclined plane end close to the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the inner needle cylinder 1 includes an inner needle groove, the outer needle cylinder 2 includes an outer needle groove, the inner needle groove and the outer needle groove are arranged in parallel or in a staggered manner, the parallel arrangement of the inner needle groove and the outer needle groove means that the inner needle groove and the outer needle groove are aligned, and the staggered arrangement means that the inner needle groove and the outer needle groove are staggered and not aligned; because the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 are connected through the inserting pieces 3, the positions of the inserting pieces 3 can be staggered, so that the corresponding needle slots of the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 can be aligned or staggered. In addition, the arrangement modes of the inner layer needle grooves and the outer layer needle grooves are corresponding to different needle aligning modes. Different patterns can be woven by different arrangement modes of the inner layer needle grooves and the outer layer needle grooves. In some embodiments of the invention, the gauge of the inner needle cylinder 1, i.e. the distance between the needles, is different from the gauge of the outer needle cylinder 2, the width of the needle slots and the width of the bars determining the different gauges. Further, the needle groove width of the inner layer cylinder 1 and the needle groove width of the outer layer cylinder 2 are different. Different stitch lengths can weave different thickness lines.
The corresponding arrangement mode of knitting needles of the composite needle cylinder structure of the double-layer needle cylinder is physically changed, the two needle cylinders of the inner-layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer-layer needle cylinder 2 are simultaneously filled with knitting needles, and the needle outlet mode is unchanged. The knitting method is changed from knitting by one path of upper needle outlet corresponding to one path of one row of lower needles into knitting by one path of upper needle corresponding to one path of inner and outer rows of lower needles, and the inner layer needle cylinder 1 and the outer layer needle cylinder 2 participate in knitting simultaneously. In addition, the size and shape of the core knitting unit cam are changed to suit the structure of the outer layer needle cylinder 2.
Through the design of the two-layer needle cylinder, the two-layer needle cylinder has different space dimensions, and the sufficient three-dimensional space can weave complex multi-layer knitted fabrics.
