Abstract

本发明提供了一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,包括AOD转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、板坯连铸、板坯修磨、分切、蓄热炉加热、机轧制、钢板固溶处理、钢板出炉、淬火处理、矫直机矫直、酸洗钢板和定尺、包装入库。本发明可满足在太阳能光热发电系统中用来制作熔盐容器和其它石化等行业领域用高温构件的使用要求。通过本发明可以解决晶粒度过大或者过小的情况发生,解决了晶粒度和高温性能同时达到国外产品质量要求,提升了产品竞争力。

Description

一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于矿业冶金技术领域,涉及一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种清洁的可再生能源受到全球的广泛关注,在未来的能源战略中占有重要地位,奥氏体347H不锈钢由于含稳定化元素Nb,具有良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能、高温持久强度和抗氧化性能。在太阳能光热发电系统中,347H不锈钢可以用来制作熔盐容器和高温介质耐热构件。目前347H不锈钢高温强度不如进口产品,晶粒异常长大会降低高温性能,晶粒度太小不能满足美标要求,不合适的热处理工艺严重影响了该钢种600℃高温性能,国内产品竞争力处于劣势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,可解决晶粒过大或者过小情况发生,合理控制析出相,保证热处理后对高温性能达到国外同类产品指标。为此,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,包括如下步骤:
a、电炉采取兑铁模式冶炼,兑入预处理铁水,所述铁水中磷的质量百分比小于0.010%;
b、AOD冶炼全程吹氩,LF合金化、喂线前后均应弱吹搅拌5-10min,炉吹氩搅拌,使成分、温度均匀,喂纯钙线速度1.5~3.0m/s,上钢前弱吹20min,LF钢包出站至连铸开浇前镇静20min;
c、连铸使用结晶器电磁搅拌,在连铸机生产220mm厚铸坯,铸坯用火焰切割小铸坯;
d:把小铸坯在蓄热式加热炉中加热到1200-1250℃,保温时间200-300min,出炉铸坯采用高压水除磷,水压大于30MPa,轧制以多道次、小压下量为原则,轧制厚度根据最终成品厚度确定,钢板轧制完毕后,钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度50℃/S~100℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制到450m3/h-1000m3/h;
e:钢板冷却至室温,切割成中厚板;
f:中厚板在高温电阻炉或者辊底式连续退火炉中按照退火温度1100℃-1200℃,升温速率50℃/S~100℃/S,保温时间5min/mm-100min/mm,后随炉冷却至600℃或在空气中带保温罩缓慢冷却至600℃水冷。
进一步地,所述步骤c中冶炼铸坯化学成分的质量百分比是:C 0.04-0.10、Si0.75-2.00、Mn<2.00、P<0.030、S <0.010、N <0.150、Cr l7.00-19.00、Ni 9.00-13.00、Nb0.40-1.00;Cu 0.10-1.00、B 0.020-0.030,其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明产品可满足在太阳能光热发电系统中用来制作熔盐容器和其它石化等行业领域用高温构件的使用要求,通过本发明可以解决晶粒度过大或者过小的情况发生,解决了晶粒度和高温性能同时达到国外产品质量要求,提升了产品竞争力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施方法对本发明的技术方案进行相关说明。
实例一:
本实施例是在断面220 X 1250mm2连铸机上生产,钢种347H,化学成分的质量百分比为:C 0.050、Si 0.045、Mn 1.89、P 0.020、S 0.005、N 0.080、Cr 17.05、Ni 10.12、Nb0.510、Cu 0.40、B 0.028,其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
本实施例提供一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,包括如下步骤:
a、电炉采取兑铁模式冶炼,要求兑入预处理铁水P%为0.006%;
b、AOD冶炼全程吹氩,炉渣碱度控制在2.0,加4袋石灰粉及3袋钢渣改质剂,LF合金化、喂线前后均应弱吹搅拌8min,喂纯钙线速度1.5m/s,上钢前弱吹20min,LF钢包出站至连铸开浇前镇静20min;
c、连铸使用结晶器电磁搅拌铸坯用火焰切割切成2500mm长度小铸坯,铸坯进行修磨;
d、把小铸坯装入蓄热式加热炉中,铸坯表面均匀加热到1200℃,保温时间250min,加热铸坯采用压力为30.5MPa高压水除磷,轧制成品厚度20mm,轧制道次16道次,轧制过程中在1、5、7道次进行机架除磷,钢板轧制完毕后,钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度60℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制800m3/h,冷却至室温;
e、轧制钢板切割成20mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度);
f、将切割成20mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)放入高温电阻炉中,按照60℃/S速率升温至1100℃退火,保温时间600min,后随炉冷却至600℃出炉水冷。

本实施例效果对比如下:图1对比例发现晶粒度在1100℃下小于7级,图2为实例一的347H金相图,晶粒度达到6.5级,满足AETM E112的标准要求,同时在本实施例中600℃下高温强度方面也有一定的提升,屈服和抗拉强度分别上升13Mpa和37MPa。
实例二:
本实施例是在断面220 X 1250mm2连铸机上生产,钢种347H,化学成分的质量百分比为:
C 0.048、Si 0.056、Mn 1.90、P 0.023、S 0.008、N 0.065、Cr 17.16、Ni 10.22、Nb0.530、Cu 0.90、B 0.022,其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
本实施例提供一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,包括如下步骤:
a、电炉采取兑铁模式冶炼,要求兑入预处理铁水P%为0.008%;
b、AOD冶炼全程吹氩,炉渣碱度控制在2.2,加5袋石灰粉及5袋钢渣改质剂,LF合金化、喂线前后均应弱吹搅拌10min,喂纯钙线速度2.8m/s,上钢前弱吹20min,LF钢包出站至连铸开浇前镇静20min;
c、连铸使用结晶器电磁搅拌,铸坯用火焰切割切成2400mm长度小铸坯,铸坯进行修磨;
d、把小铸坯装入蓄热式加热炉中,铸坯表面均匀加热到1250℃,保温时间200min,出炉先采用粗除磷进行轧制,开轧温度1140℃,轧制成品厚度16mm,轧制道次18道次,轧制过程中在1、7、9道次进行机架除磷,钢板轧制完毕后,钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度80℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制600m3/h,冷却至室温。
e、轧制钢板切割成16mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度);
f、将切割成20mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)放入辊底式连续退火炉中,按照70℃/S速率升温至1160℃退火,保温时间80min,钢板退火之后,运行至淬火机位置,在空气中带保温罩缓慢冷却至600℃出炉水冷。

本实施例效果对比如下:图2对比例发现晶粒度在1160℃下异常长大到2-3级,图4为实例二347H金相图,晶粒度达到4-5级,满足AETM E112的标准要求,同时在本实施例中600℃下高温强度方面也有一定的提升,屈服和抗拉强度分别上升24Mpa和39MPa。

Claims (2)

1.一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、电炉采取兑铁模式冶炼,兑入预处理铁水,所述铁水中磷的质量百分比小于0.010%;
b、AOD冶炼全程吹氩,LF合金化、喂线前后均应弱吹搅拌5-10min,炉吹氩搅拌,使成分、温度均匀,喂纯钙线速度1.5~3.0m/s,上钢前弱吹20min,LF钢包出站至连铸开浇前镇静20min;
c、连铸使用结晶器电磁搅拌,在连铸机生产220mm厚铸坯,铸坯用火焰切割小铸坯;
d:把小铸坯在蓄热式加热炉中加热到1200-1250℃,保温时间200-300min,出炉铸坯采用高压水除磷,水压大于30MPa,轧制以多道次、小压下量为原则,轧制厚度根据最终成品厚度确定,钢板轧制完毕后,钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度50℃/S~100℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制到450m3/h-1000m3/h;
e:钢板冷却至室温,切割成中厚板;
f:中厚板在高温电阻炉或者辊底式连续退火炉中按照退火温度1100℃-1200℃,升温速率50℃/S~100℃/S,保温时间5min/mm-100min/mm,后随炉冷却至600℃或在空气中带保温罩缓慢冷却至600℃水冷。
2.一种含铌奥氏体不锈钢的热处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中冶炼铸坯化学成分的质量百分比是:C 0.04-0.10、Si 0.75-2.00、Mn<2.00、P<0.030、S <0.010、N <0.150、Crl7.00-19.00、Ni 9.00-13.00、Nb 0.40-1.00;Cu 0.10-1.00、B 0.020-0.030,其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
