Abstract

本发明公开了一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,属于不锈钢制备领域,所述347H不锈钢由C 0.04‑0.10%,Si 0.30‑0.75%,Mn<2.00%,P<0.030%,S<0.010%,Cr l7.00‑19.00%,Ni 9.00‑13.00%,Nb 0.40‑1.00%,Cu 0.10‑0.75%,余为Fe的重量含量的成分通过以下步骤制得:在连铸机生产铸坯;铸坯用火焰切割小铸坯;热轧小铸坯,加热温度为1200‑1250℃,保温时间200‑300min,采用粗除磷+机架除磷轧制,轧制钢板;钢板冷却至室温,切割成中厚板;中厚板在高温电阻炉中按照升温速率50~100℃/S升温到1100‑1200℃,保温时间100‑300min/mm,后随炉冷却或空气冷却至600℃出炉水冷,即得到具有高温性能的347H不锈钢。本发明可满足347H晶粒度和高温力学性能要求的技术条件,应用于中高温和条件苛刻的工程结构件领域。

Description

一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于不锈钢制备领域,具体涉及一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法。
背景技术
对于347H不锈钢,由于含稳定化元素Nb,耐晶间腐蚀性能良好,耐酸、碱和盐等腐蚀,且具有良好的高温持久强度和抗氧化性能。太阳能作为一种清洁的可再生能源受到全球的广泛关注,在未来的能源战略中占有重要地位,在太阳能光热发电系统中,347H不锈钢可以用来制作熔盐容器和高温介质传送管道。
目前347H不锈钢高温强度不如进口产品,晶粒长大的情况下会降低高温性能,晶粒度太小不能满足美标要求,析出相的控制及晶粒度的控制严重影响了该钢种600℃高温性能。347H不锈钢可以用来制作熔盐容器和高温介质传送管道。该用途属于工程结构件,首先保证其高温力学性能及使用寿命是满足客户使用的最重要指标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于347H不锈钢热处理时防止晶粒长大不均匀,满足ASTM A480/A480M要求,通过析出相和热处理工艺控制,提升该钢种600℃高温性能。
一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,所述347H不锈钢由C 0.04-0.10%,Si0.30-0.75%,Mn<2.00%,P<0.030%,S<0.010%,Cr l7.00-19.00%,Ni 9.00-13.00%,Nb0.40-1.00%,Cu 0.10-0.75%,余为Fe的重量含量的成分通过以下步骤制得:
步骤1:在连铸机生产铸坯;铸坯用火焰切割小铸坯;
步骤2:热轧小铸坯,加热温度为1200-1250℃,保温时间200-300min,采用粗除磷+机架除磷轧制,轧制钢板;
步骤3:钢板冷却至室温,切割成中厚板;
步骤4:中厚板在高温电阻炉中按照升温速率50~100℃/S升温到1100-1200℃,保温时间100-300min/mm,后随炉冷却或空气冷却至600℃出炉水冷,即得到具有高温性能的347H不锈钢。
优选的,步骤1在连铸时采用结晶器电磁搅拌,电磁搅拌电流强度1500-2000A,周期20S。
优选的,步骤2中采用粗除磷+机架除磷轧制具体工艺为:小铸坯加热后出炉,先采用粗除磷进行轧制,开轧温度1100℃,轧制成品厚度20mm,轧制过程中在1、3、5道次进行机架除磷,轧制钢板。
优选的,步骤3中钢板冷却采用气雾冷+水冷,具体工艺为:钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度50℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制300-800m3/h,冷却至室温。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种347H提升高温力学性能的方法,该方法可满足347H晶粒度和高温力学性能要求的技术条件,应用于中高温和条件苛刻的工程结构件领域。

实施例1
一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
在断面220X 1250mm2连铸机上生产铸坯,其化学成分的质量百分比:C 0.050%;Si0.045%;Mn 1.10%;P 0.020%;S 0.005%;Cr17.05%;Ni 10.12%;Nb 0.510%;Cu0.20%;其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
连铸使用结晶器电磁搅拌,电磁搅拌电流强度1800A、周期20S。
铸坯用火焰切割切成2500mm长度小铸坯,小铸坯进行修磨。
把小铸坯装入蓄热式加热炉中,小铸坯表面均匀加热到1200℃,保温时间250min,出炉先采用粗除磷进行轧制,开轧温度1100℃,轧制成品厚度20mm,轧制过程中在1、3、5道次进行机架除磷,轧制钢板。
钢板轧制完毕后,钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度50℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制800m3/h,冷却至室温。
轧制钢板切割成20mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)。
将切割成20mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)放入高温电阻炉中,按照60℃/S速率升温至1100℃退火,保温时间200min,后随炉冷却至600℃出炉水冷,得到本申请的具有高温性能的347H不锈钢。
如图2所示,实施例1晶粒均匀长大,通过铜的析出强化增强了600℃高温屈服强度和抗拉强度。
实施例2
一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
在断面220X 1250mm2连铸机上生产铸坯,化学成分的质量百分比:C 0.048;Si0.056;Mn 1.23;P 0.023;S 0.008;Cr17.16;Ni10.22;Nb 0.530;Cu 0.41;其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
连铸机使用结晶器电磁搅拌,电磁搅拌电流强度1900A、周期20S。
铸坯用火焰切割切成2400mm长度小铸坯,铸坯进行修磨。
把小铸坯装入蓄热式加热炉中,小铸坯表面均匀加热到1250℃,保温时间200min,出炉先采用粗除磷进行轧制,开轧温度1140℃,轧制成品厚度16mm,轧制过程中在1、3、5道次进行机架除磷,轧制钢板。
钢板轧制完毕后,钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度50℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制600m3/h,冷却至室温。
轧制钢板切割成16mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)。
将切割成20mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)放入辊底式连续退火炉中,按照65℃/S速率升温至1130℃退火,保温时间150min,钢板退火之后,运行至淬火机位置,钢板摆动空冷至600℃,后进行投入冷却水进行冷却,得到本申请的具有高温性能的347H不锈钢。
如图3所示,实施例2晶粒均匀长大,通过铜的析出强化增强了600℃高温屈服强度和抗拉强度。
对比例
在断面220X 1250mm2连铸机上生产铸坯,化学成分的质量百分比:C 0.042;Si0.051;Mn 1.18;P 0.028;S 0.006;Cr17.23;Ni10.15;Nb 0.46;其余为Fe与不可避免的杂质。
连铸机使用结晶器无电磁搅拌。
铸坯用火焰切割切成2300mm长度小铸坯,铸坯进行修磨。
把小铸坯装入蓄热式加热炉中,小铸坯表面均匀加热到1250℃,保温时间240min,出炉先采用粗除磷进行轧制,开轧温度1135℃,轧制成品厚度18mm,轧制过程中在1、3、5道次进行机架除磷,轧制钢板。
钢板轧制完毕后,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制800m3/h,冷却至室温。
轧制钢板切割成18mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)。
将切割成18mm(厚度)*1500mm(宽度)*6000mm(长度)放入辊底式连续退火炉中,按照65℃/S速率升温至1130℃退火,保温时间150min,钢板退火之后,运行至淬火机位置,投入冷却水进行冷却。
如图1所示,对比例晶粒长大不均匀,差异性较大,600℃高温屈服强度和抗拉强度较低。

1.一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,其特征在于,所述347H不锈钢由C 0.04-0.10%,Si 0.30-0.75%,Mn<2.00%,P<0.030%,S<0.010%,Cr l7.00-19.00%,Ni 9.00-13.00%,Nb 0.40-1.00%,Cu 0.10-0.75%,余为Fe的重量含量的成分通过以下步骤制得:
步骤1:在连铸机生产铸坯;铸坯用火焰切割小铸坯;
步骤2:热轧小铸坯,加热温度为1200-1250℃,保温时间200-300min,采用粗除磷+机架除磷轧制,轧制钢板;
步骤3:钢板冷却至室温,切割成中厚板;
步骤4:中厚板在高温电阻炉中按照升温速率50~100℃/S升温到1100-1200℃,保温时间100-300min/mm,后随炉冷却或空气冷却至600℃出炉水冷,即得到具有高温性能的347H不锈钢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤1在连铸时采用结晶器电磁搅拌,电磁搅拌电流强度1500-2000A,周期20S。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤2中采用粗除磷+机架除磷轧制具体工艺为:小铸坯加热后出炉,先采用粗除磷进行轧制,开轧温度1100℃,轧制成品厚度20mm,轧制过程中在1、3、5道次进行机架除磷,轧制钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高347H不锈钢高温性能的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤3中钢板冷却采用气雾冷+水冷,具体工艺为:钢板运行至空气冷却段,冷却速度50℃/S,运行至水雾冷却段,水量控制300-800m3/h,冷却至室温。
