As shown in fig. 7 and 10, the code spraying mechanism 13 includes a second mounting plate 131, a guide rod 132, a guide holder 133, a threaded rod 134, a hand wheel 135, an adjusting seat 136 and a code sprayer 137, wherein three second mounting plates 131 are uniformly bolted to the front side of the upper portion of the first mounting frame 8, two guide rods 132 and a threaded rod 134 positioned between the two guide rods 132 are bolted to the front portion of the second mounting plate 131, the two guide rods 132 are symmetrically arranged, the hand wheel 135 is connected to the upper side of the threaded rod 134, the middle thread of the threaded rod 134 is connected with the guide holder 133 in sliding fit with the guide rod 132, the adjusting seat 136 is welded to the front side of the upper portion of the guide holder 133, and the code sprayer 137 for laser marking products is slidably arranged on the adjusting seat 136.
When an operator needs to use the device to perform automatic weighing, code scanning and labeling detection on products, firstly, the operator places the products on the upper left side of the first conveying roller 3, the products are conveyed from left to right by the first conveying roller 3, displacement of the products in the moving process is avoided through the guide plate 107, normal conveying of the products is kept, when the products move right to the position right above the material ejection plate 104, the photoelectric switch 106 detects the products moving right, the photoelectric switch 106 transmits signals to the common air cylinder 101, the common air cylinder 101 stretches, the telescopic piece of the common air cylinder 101 drives all parts arranged on the telescopic piece to move upwards, the lifting plate 104 moves upwards to lift the product from the first conveying roller 3, then the weight of the product is transmitted to the electronic scale 105 through the lifting plate 104 and the lifting frame 103, whether the weight of the product reaches the standard is judged through the electronic scale 105, so that the effect of automatic weighing is achieved, after the weighing result is displayed, the common cylinder 101 is started to shorten, the telescopic part of the common cylinder 101 drives all parts arranged on the common cylinder to move downwards, the lifting plate 104 moves downwards to loosen the material, the material falls on the first conveying roller 3, the first conveying roller 3 continues to convey the product from left to The operator starts the second electric guide rail 161, the second electric guide rail 161 is controlled to drive the movable seat 162 to move forwards, the movable seat 162 can drive all parts arranged on the movable seat 162 to move forwards, the object placing plate 167 is enabled to move forwards to the position right below the code spraying device 137, then the operator places products on the object placing plate 167, the operator does not need to hold the products all the time, the CCD camera 126 can automatically detect the products on the object placing plate 167, the code spraying device 137 can automatically spray the products on the object placing plate 167, a plurality of stations can work simultaneously through the three object placing plates 167, further the working efficiency is improved, the operator further starts the lifting cylinder 166 to stretch, the telescopic part of the lifting cylinder 166 can drive the object placing plate 167 to move downwards through the lifting seat 165, then the operator controls the lifting cylinder 166 to shorten, the telescopic part of the lifting cylinder 166 can drive the object placing plate 167 to move upwards through the lifting seat 165, accordingly, the height of the object placing plate is adjusted, the product placing, the detection, the code spraying and other processing operations are facilitated, and finally the operator closes the lifting cylinder 166.

The product on the conveying chain belt 6 can be transported to the rotary roller 147 from left to right by the conveying chain belt 6 at first, an operator starts the gear motor 143 at the moment, the output shaft of the gear motor 143 can drive the worm 145 to rotate through the transmission component 146 and is meshed with the worm wheel 148, the worm wheel 148 can drive the rotary roller 147 to rotate, the rotary roller 147 can transport the product slowly from left to right, the barrier strip 149 can block the product, the product can be prevented from rolling through the rotary roller 147 and is transported slowly from left to right, the product is prevented from falling onto the fourth rack 7, the product is protected, then the operator takes the product on the rotary roller 147 out onto the object placing plate 167, the product can be detected and code sprayed, and after the product transportation is completed, the operator turns off the gear motor 143 again, so that the product transportation operation is finished.

After the product is transported to the rotating roller 147, an operator starts the servo motor 171, an output shaft of the servo motor 171 drives the flat belt 174 to rotate through the belt pulley 173, the flat belt 174 drives the horizontal sliding blocks 176 on the front side and the rear side to move in the direction of approaching each other, the horizontal sliding blocks 176 on the front side and the rear side respectively drive the limiting frames 177 on the front side and the rear side to move in the direction of approaching each other, the limiting frames 177 can squeeze the product on the rotating roller 147, so that the product is located in the middle position of the rotating roller 147, the product can be absorbed by the electric sucking disc 158 conveniently, the operator turns off the servo motor 171 again, after the product leaves from the rotating roller 147, the operator starts the servo motor 171, the output shaft of the servo motor 171 drives the flat belt 174 to reversely rotate through the belt pulley 173, the horizontal sliding blocks 176 on the front side and the rear side are driven by the flat belt 174 to move in the direction of moving away from each other, and the horizontal sliding blocks 176 on the front side and the rear side respectively drive the limiting frames 177 on the front side and the rear side to move in the direction of moving away from each other, so that the limiting frames 177 are reset.

The full-automatic weighing and code scanning labeling detection device according to claim 3, further comprising a centering mechanism (17), wherein the centering mechanism (17) comprises a servo motor (171), a fixing frame (172), a belt pulley (173), a flat belt (174), a horizontal guide rail (175), a horizontal sliding block (176) and a limiting frame (177), wherein the fixing frame (172) is connected between the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the supporting frame (141), the top side of the fixing frame (172) is connected with the horizontal guide rail (175), the servo motor (171) is installed on the rear lower portion of the supporting frame (141), belt pulleys (173) are respectively connected with the left front portion of the fixing frame (172) on an output shaft of the servo motor (171), the belt pulleys (173) are in rotary fit with the fixing frame (172), a flat belt (174) is wound between the two belt pulleys (173), the left rear portion and the right portion of the flat belt (174) are respectively connected with the horizontal sliding block (176) which is in sliding fit with the horizontal guide rail (175), and the upper side of the horizontal sliding block (176) is connected with the limiting frame (177).
