4. the distance between the baffle plate and the side feeding station can be adjusted according to the width of the packing box, so that the size of the space for accommodating the packing box on the conveying belt is adjusted to be matched with the width of the packing box, and the packing box is prevented from being inclined in the conveying process, and the treatment effect of the corners of the packing bag is further influenced.
5. Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention more clear and obvious, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a film laminating machine for packaging boxes comprises a packaging box conveying mechanism 1, a packaging film conveying mechanism 2, a packaging film sealing and cutting mechanism 3, a packaging film pulling mechanism 4, a packaging film opening mechanism 5, a packaging box bag feeding mechanism 6 and a packaging film corner cutting mechanism 7 which are sequentially arranged, and is sequentially used for conveying packaging boxes, loading and conveying packaging films, sealing and cutting the side portions of the packaging films, pulling out the packaging films to prepare for loading, tearing the openings of the packaging films, pushing the packaging boxes into the openings of the packaging boxes, cutting and sealing the leftover materials of the corners of the packaging films. The packaging box bag feeding mechanism 6, the packaging film sealing and cutting mechanism 3 and the packaging film opening mechanism 5 are close to the packaging box conveying mechanism 1, so that the packaging box can be smoothly pushed into the packaging film and packaged.
The packing box conveying mechanism 1 comprises a conveying belt 11 for conveying packing boxes, in the embodiment, the conveying belt 11 adopts a pair of belts distributed in parallel at intervals, and the middle part of the conveying belt is provided with a plurality of rollers for supporting.
In one embodiment, the package conveying mechanism 1 further includes an in-feed conveyor 12, an in-feed 64 assembly, and an out-feed assembly. The material pushing 64 assembly and the material discharging assembly are arranged on two sides of the material discharging end of the feeding conveyor belt 12, so that the packaging boxes can be pushed to the material discharging assembly from the feeding conveyor belt 12 through the material pushing 64 assembly. The feeding conveyor belt 12 and the conveyor belt 11 are arranged on two sides of the packaging film opening mechanism 5, so that the packaging boxes positioned on the discharging assembly can be pushed into the packaging film opening mechanism 5 through the packaging box bag feeding mechanism 6, and the opening of the packaging film opening mechanism is opened.
Specifically, the discharging assembly comprises a discharging mounting seat 13, an L-shaped rod 14, a sliding block and a discharging opening and closing driving piece 15. The discharge mounting base 13 is mounted adjacent to the infeed conveyor 12. The two L-shaped rods 14 and the two sliding blocks are arranged, the two L-shaped rods 14 are respectively arranged on the discharging installation seat 13 in a sliding mode through the sliding blocks and the rails parallel to the conveying direction of the feeding conveying belt 12, and the two L-shaped rods are arranged oppositely at intervals to form sliding grooves. The discharging lifting driving member 16 is disposed at the bottom of the mounting seat, and includes a first lifting seat 161, a second lifting seat 162, a transverse guide rod, a first guide rod, a second guide rod, a motor, a gear and a rack. The first lifting seat 161 and the second lifting seat 162 are arranged below the discharging installation seat 13, and two second lifting seats 162 are arranged on two sides of the first lifting seat 161. The at least two transverse guide rods are parallel to the first rail and penetrate through the first lifting seat 161 and the second lifting seat 162, so that the first lifting seat 161 and the second lifting seat 162 are linked in the vertical direction. The top of the first guide rod is fixed at the bottom of the discharging installation base 13 and extends downwards to penetrate through the first lifting base 161. The two second guide rods are respectively fixed on the two second lifting seats 162, extend upwards to penetrate through the two sliding blocks, and are respectively connected with the two L-shaped rods 14. The rack is vertically installed on the first lifting seat 161, and the motor is installed on the rack and drives the rack, the first lifting seat 161, the second lifting seat 162 and the two L-shaped rods 14 to reciprocate up and down through gear connection. The pushing material 64 assembly comprises a pushing material 64 driving piece and a pushing material 64 rod. The pushing 64 rod is arranged in parallel to the feeding direction of the feeding conveyor belt 12, and is driven by the pushing 64 driving piece to move on the feeding conveyor belt 12 to move back and forth close to or far away from the discharging assembly.
Four groups of packaging film corner cutting mechanisms 7 are arranged at four same-level point positions and enclose a square corner processing station. The packaging film corner cutting mechanism 7 comprises a mounting seat 71, a baffle driving piece, a baffle 72, a pressing driving piece, a pressing plate 73, a cutting driving piece and a cutting knife 74.
The baffle driving member is installed on the installation seat 71 and drives the baffle 72 to reciprocate along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 11 at a position close to the conveying belt 11, so that the working surface of the baffle 72 is flush with the side surface of the packing box.
The pressing driving piece is installed on the installation seat and drives the pressing plate 73 to abut against or be far away from one side of the conveying belt 11, away from the baffle 72, so that the leftover materials of the packaging bags can be clamped together with the baffle 72.
The cutting driving piece is installed on the installation seat and drives the cutting knife 74 to abut against or be far away from one side of the baffle plate 72 far away from the conveying belt 11, and meanwhile, the cutting knife 74 is a heat sealing knife connected with a power supply, so that cutting and heat sealing can be carried out on leftover materials of clamped packaging bags. In one embodiment, to improve the flexibility of delivering the press driving member, the press driving member includes a moving seat 75, a first press cylinder and a second press cylinder. The movable base 75 is installed on the installation base through a rail perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 11 and is connected and driven through the first pressing cylinder, so that the whole pressing plate 73 can be driven to move forward and backward towards the baffle 72, and the moved pressing plate 73 is close to the side piece of the packaging box and is in the same plane with the working surface area of the baffle 72 and staggered. According to the invention, four groups of packaging film corner cutting mechanisms 7 are arranged, so that the peripheral corner excess materials of the packaging bag outside the packaging box can be cut and sealed, and the problems of excessive peripheral excess materials, complicated manual cutting, irregular packaging appearance and poor quality of the existing thermoplastic packaging film during product packaging are solved.
In one embodiment, in order to improve the adjustment flexibility of the package film corner cutting mechanism 7, the package film corner cutting mechanism 7 further includes an adjustment driving member. The adjustment drives include a longitudinal adjustment plate 76, a longitudinal adjustment drive, and a lateral adjustment drive. The longitudinal adjusting driving member is mounted on the frame and drives the longitudinal adjusting plate 76 to be close to or far away from the conveying belt 11, so that the distance between the packaging film corner cutting mechanism 7 and the conveying belt 11 is adjusted. In this embodiment, the longitudinal adjustment driving member and the transverse adjustment driving member adopt a driving mode in which a motor drives a lead screw nut. Preferably, the package box conveying mechanism 1 comprises a width adjusting base 17, a width adjusting driving member and a baffle 18. One side of the conveying belt 11 is provided with a lateral feeding station vertical to the conveying direction, and the width adjusting base 17 is slidably mounted on the frame and located on the other side of the conveying belt 11. The width adjusting driving part is connected with and drives the width adjusting base 17 to be far away from or close to the conveying belt 11, and the baffle plate 18 is installed on the upper portion and extends to the conveying belt and is opposite to the side feeding station. The two longitudinal adjusting plates 76 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the conveying belt 11. The longitudinal adjustment driving part and the transverse adjustment driving part both adopt a driving structure that a motor drives a screw nut. The two packaging film corner cutting mechanisms 7 positioned on the same side of the conveying belt 11 share the same longitudinal adjusting plate 76 and the longitudinal adjusting driving member, so that the mechanism is further simplified.
In an embodiment, in order to improve the stability when processing the leftover materials of the packaging bags, the corner cutting mechanism 7 of the packaging film further comprises a pressing piece arranged at the top of the conveying belt 11 and capable of moving up and down and pressing or loosening the packaging boxes on the conveying belt 11.
In one embodiment, the packaging film conveying mechanism 2 includes a pair of holding rotating shafts 21, a leaning rotating shaft 22, a punching rotating shaft 23, a roller shaft 24 and a conveying shaft. A guide rod between the pressing plate 34 and the pressing fixed seat 32 is provided with a pre-tightening spring, so that upward restoring force is provided for the pressing plate 34 and the seal cutting knife 35. The bottom of the seal cutting knife 35 is higher than or equal to the bottom of the pressing plate 34, namely, the packaging film is firstly pressed, cut and heat-sealed.

The strip-shaped seat 51 is perpendicular to the film drawing mounting plate 42 and is movably mounted on the rack through a track parallel to the film drawing mounting plate 42, and the strip-shaped seat is connected with the driving part to drive the film drawing mounting plate 42 to be close to or far away from the driving part. One end of the air inlet hole is connected with an external air source, the other end of the air inlet hole is connected with the air blowing hole, a small opening of the packaging bag can be blown open firstly, and the L-shaped inserting block 54 can stretch into the packaging bag conveniently.

A packaging box film laminating machine is characterized by comprising a packaging box conveying mechanism, and a packaging film conveying mechanism, a packaging film sealing and cutting mechanism, a packaging film pulling mechanism, a packaging film opening mechanism, a packaging box bag feeding mechanism and a packaging film edge cutting mechanism which are sequentially arranged; the packaging box bag feeding mechanism, the packaging film sealing and cutting mechanism and the packaging film opening mechanism are arranged close to the packaging box conveying mechanism;
the packaging box conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt;
the four groups of corner cutting mechanisms are positioned at four point positions and form a square corner processing station in a surrounding manner; the packaging film corner cutting mechanism comprises a mounting seat, a baffle driving piece, a baffle, a pressing driving piece, a pressing plate, a cutting driving piece and a cutting knife;
the baffle driving part is arranged on the mounting seat and drives the baffle to reciprocate close to the conveying belt along the conveying direction of the conveying belt;
the pressing driving piece is arranged on the mounting seat and drives the pressing plate to abut against or be far away from one side, far away from the conveying belt, of the baffle plate;
the cutting driving piece is arranged on the mounting seat and drives the cutting knife to abut against or be far away from one side of the baffle plate far away from the conveying belt; the cutting knife is a heat sealing knife connected with a power supply.

A packaging box film laminating machine according to claim 2, wherein the packaging film corner cutting mechanism further comprises an adjustment drive member; the adjusting driving part comprises a longitudinal adjusting plate, a longitudinal adjusting driving part and a transverse adjusting driving part; the longitudinal adjusting driving piece is arranged on the rack and is connected with and drives the longitudinal adjusting plate to be close to or far away from the conveying belt; the transverse adjusting driving piece is installed on the longitudinal adjusting plate and connected with the longitudinal adjusting plate to drive the installation seat to move back and forth along the conveying direction of the conveying belt.

A packaging box laminator according to claim 3 wherein the packaging box transport mechanism includes a width adjustment base, a width adjustment drive and a stop plate; a lateral feeding station vertical to the conveying direction is arranged on one side of the conveying belt, and the width adjusting base is slidably mounted on the rack and located on the other side of the conveying belt; the width adjusting driving part is connected with and drives the width adjusting base to be far away from or close to the conveying belt, and the baffle is installed on the width adjusting driving part, extends to the conveying belt and is opposite to the side feeding station; the two longitudinal adjusting plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying belt, and one of the two longitudinal adjusting plates is arranged on the width adjusting base; the longitudinal adjustment driving part and the transverse adjustment driving part both adopt a driving structure that a motor drives a screw nut; and the two packaging film corner cutting mechanisms positioned on the same side of the conveying belt share the same longitudinal adjusting plate and the same longitudinal adjusting driving piece.

A packaging box film laminating machine according to claim 1, wherein the packaging film conveying mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the frame and below the packaging film sealing and cutting mechanism; the packaging film conveying mechanism comprises a pair of bearing rotating shafts, a leaning rotating shaft, a punching rotating shaft, a roller shaft and a conveying shaft; the two bearing rotating shafts are arranged at the same height and interval and synchronously driven to rotate by the same motor; the leaning rotating shaft is higher than the bearing rotating shaft in installation height and is positioned on one side, close to the package film, of the bearing rotating shaft; the punching rotating shaft and the roller shaft are installed close to each other, a plurality of annular grooves distributed at intervals are formed in the punching rotating shaft, rollers corresponding to the annular grooves are arranged on the roller shaft, and needles extending into the annular grooves are distributed on the periphery of the rollers; the conveying shaft is provided with at least one layer and at least one layer, and the conveying shaft is arranged along the output path of the packaging film.

A packaging box film laminating machine according to claim 6, wherein the packaging film pulling mechanism comprises a stop plate, a film pulling mounting plate, a film pulling driving piece and a film pulling air claw; the stop-and-backup plate is horizontally arranged between the cutting base and the pressing plate and is positioned at the side edge of the pressing plate close to the input side of the packaging film; the film pulling mounting plate is slidably mounted on one side of the output end of the packaging film sealing and cutting mechanism through a track parallel to the output direction of the packaging film and is connected and driven by the film pulling driving piece; the film pulling air claws are arranged on the film pulling mounting plate and face the stop plate; the stop plate is provided with a notch corresponding to the film drawing air claw.

A packaging box film laminating machine according to claim 7, wherein the packaging film opening mechanism is arranged along a side edge of the packaging film pulling mechanism and parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying belt, and comprises a strip-shaped seat, an approaching driving part, an approaching base, a transverse driving part, two lead screws, four opening and closing seats, four opening and closing pieces and an air blowing piece;
the strip-shaped seat is vertical to the film-drawing mounting plate, is movably mounted on the rack through a track parallel to the film-drawing mounting plate, and is connected and driven to be close to or far away from the film-drawing mounting plate through the approaching driving piece; the approaching base is slidably mounted on the strip-shaped base through a rail parallel to the moving track of the film-drawing mounting plate, and is connected and driven by the transverse driving piece to reciprocate along the moving track of the film-drawing mounting plate; the two lead screws are parallelly arranged at intervals and horizontally and rotatably arranged on the approaching base; the screw rods are synchronously driven to rotate through the motor, the synchronous wheel and the synchronous belt, and the threads at the two ends of the two screw rods are opposite and are respectively connected through a gear to drive the opening and closing seat; the two opening and closing seats at the bottom are respectively provided with two opening pieces; the two opening and closing seats at the top are respectively provided with an opening and closing lifting seat through a vertical rail; the opening and closing lifting seat is connected and driven by a lifting opening and closing driving piece arranged on the opening and closing seat to move up and down in a reciprocating manner; the other two strutting pieces are respectively arranged on the two opening and closing lifting seats and are close to or separated from the two strutting pieces at the bottom;
