Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fishing gear processing, in particular to a method for producing a Lu ya plain steel head hook.
Background
The lead-headed hook is usually called as a sucking head hook, aims to add heavy lead at the hook handle of a fishing hook, is the most common usage of the lead-headed hook in combination with tail maggots, and is particularly suitable for new people in the Luya. The lead hook is easy to operate, can imitate the escape situation of small fishes and shrimps, has a natural swimming posture, can cause catching of fishes, and is one of fishing groups with the highest fish rate in simple operation.
Lead (Pb) is a high-density soft blue-gray metal, has a melting point of 327 ℃ and a boiling point of 1740 ℃, and when the temperature exceeds 400 ℃, a large amount of lead vapor escapes, and is quickly oxidized into lead oxide smoke in the air. The common lead-containing substances include Lithargyrum (PbO) and Plumbum Preparatium (Pb) 2 O 3 ) Lead (Pb) 3 O 4 ) Lead white (Pb (OH) 2 ·2PbCO 3 ) Lead sulfate(PbSO 4 ) And the like. The natural world mainly uses galena (PbS) and white lead ore (PbCO) 3 ) Is also present in the form of lead alum (PbSO) 4 ) Incidentally, also, there is a natural color of lead. Dust and exhaust gas are generated during the production of lead products, and are not properly disposed, so that the production process of lead products causes serious environmental pollution. In addition, sulfur dioxide is generated in the production process of lead products, and the sulfur dioxide can cause acid rain, so that crops and buildings are greatly damaged, and economic loss is caused. In 2019, 7 and 23 months, lead is listed in the list of toxic and harmful water pollutants. Meanwhile, the traditional lead hook processing needs manual casting to prepare a finished product, and has complex steps and low efficiency.
Therefore, in order to avoid the environmental problems and the low production efficiency problems caused by the lead hook, a fishhook weight of a new material is required.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for producing a hook with a head made of a leuconite steel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for producing a leycosin steel head hook comprises the following steps:
firstly, extruding and forming the head of the carbon steel head hook by using cold heading equipment;
secondly, extruding and forming the tail part of the carbon steel head hook and the nose ring of the carbon steel head hook by using a cold extrusion forming machine tool;
thirdly, cutting and drilling the head part of the carbon steel head hook and the tail part of the carbon steel head hook by using a tapping machine;
fourthly, placing the fishhook in a drilling hole at the tail part of the carbon steel head hook for welding, placing a nose ring of the carbon steel head hook in a drilling hole at the head part of the carbon steel head hook for welding, and welding the tail part of the carbon steel head hook with the head part of the carbon steel head hook;
fifthly, deoiling by using deoiling equipment;
and sixthly, coloring the carbon steel hook by using electroplating and paint spraying equipment.
Preferably, the cold extrusion forming machine is a full-automatic thread rolling machine, a full-automatic thread rolling machine or a full-automatic wire drawing machine.
Preferably, the equipment used for welding is a semi-automatic soldering machine, a full-automatic butt welding machine, a laser spot welding machine, a micro laser spot welding device or a micro laser welding machine.
Preferably, the fishhook is prepared by using a flat-striking process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the carbon steel head hook provided by the invention is formed by extrusion through cold heading equipment, smelting and casting are not required like a lead head hook, the carbon steel head hook can be fully automatically produced only by using steel wires, the cold heading extrusion efficiency is dozens of times higher than that of the common casting processing, and compared with the lead head hook, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the cost is reduced.
2. The lead hook can cause certain pollution to the environment and can bring adverse effects to human bodies. The carbon steel head hook has no similar problems, is fully automatically operated in the whole process, does not need manual intervention, prevents personal injury caused by workers, and greatly reduces the harm to human bodies and the pollution to the environment.
3. Lead has good ductility and soft material, and is often deformed due to collision in the transportation and use processes, thereby influencing the use effect of the lead. And the carbon steel head hook is hard in material and not easy to deform, so that the product quality can be ensured for a long time.
