Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治口腔疾病的中药组合物及护理产品，以质量份数计，包括100‑150份白芍药、70‑120份蒲公英、50‑120份海螵蛸、50‑200份海盐、70‑150份三七、40‑90份生石膏、50‑100份藿香、80‑140份骨碎补、30‑80份薄荷、50‑100份黄芩、50‑100份花椒。其具有能够高效消炎镇痛止血，防治蛀牙疼痛、出血，加速口腔溃疡痊愈之功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于口腔防治护理领域，具体来说是一种口腔疾病防治和护理中药组合物产品。
背景技术
由于当代食物的多样性，饮食结构复杂性等因素，龋齿现象依然非常普遍。龋齿俗称虫牙、蛀牙，是细菌性疾病，它可以引发继发牙髓炎和根尖周炎，导致疼痛、出血。
虽然当代人对口腔卫生也比较注重，市面上用于口腔清洁、护理产品众多，但生活规律改变，饮食习惯及生活压力等因素影响，蛀牙疼痛、出血在日常生活中经常出现，这是因为缺乏一种有针对性的产品，在日常的口腔护理上给与预防和控制。
蛀牙疼痛、出血因为在头部，会引发牙神经疼痛波及面部神经，因而发作时痛苦异常。俗语云：牙疼不是病，疼起来要命！有时疼痛引起炎症，还会出现肿胀，牵扯面部肌肉，波及吞咽及形象。
另外一种常见口腔疾病是：口腔溃疡。在口腔黏膜疾病中发病率非常高，它的特点是多因素引起，反复发作，感冒、精神紧张、抑郁等情况都能引起该病的发生，一般在1—2周左右能自愈。由于过程较长且疼痛，常给患者带来不便和痛苦。口腔溃疡常见于唇、颊、舌缘等，在黏膜的任何部位均能出现。
传统中医药所用原料大多为植物或矿物成分。其中，植物一般为根、茎、叶等提取物，经过几千年的筛选与实践。目前，列入《中国药典》的中草药已有近3800种，独特的药用价值及安全性，得到不断的证实，疗效明显，可谓中华民族的瑰宝。随着科技水平的不断提高，原料可用分析方法明确其活性成分，同时进行定性或定量的检测。
中草药成分在口腔用品中的应用有着悠久历史。如用于治疗口腔溃疡的蒲公英，《医林纂要》中记载“蒲公英能化热毒，解食毒，消肿核，疗疔毒乳痈，皆泻火安上之功。通乳汁，以形用也。固齿牙，去阳阴热也。人言一茎两花，高尺许，根下大如拳，旁有人形拱抱，捣汁酒和，治噎隔神效。吾所见皆一茎一花，亦鲜高及尺者，然以治噎膈。”又如三七，《本草纲目》记载“止血散血定痛，金刃箭伤、跌扑杖疮、血出不止者，嚼烂涂，或为末掺之，其血即止。亦主吐血衄血，下血血痢，崩中经水不止，产后恶血不下，血运血痛，赤目痈肿，虎咬蛇伤诸病。”自古有用三七捣烂敷患处用于止血的功效。
目前临床用于治疗口腔炎症、口腔溃疡的药物，大多采用一些成分较为单一的西药或中药，存在药效慢、有一定的毒副作用，会对胃肠等其他器官造成一定程度的伤害，易产生耐药性、且容易复发等问题。
因此开发出一款绿色安全、高效消炎镇痛止血的复方中药势在必行。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血、口腔溃疡、止血镇痛消炎的中药组合物及护理产品。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡，止血镇痛消炎的中药组合物，以质量份数计，包括100-150白芍药、70-120份蒲公英、50-120份海螵蛸、50-200份海盐、70-150份三七、40-90份生石膏、50-100份藿香、80-140份骨碎补、30-80份薄荷、50-100份黄芩、50-100份花椒。
优选的：一种治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡，止血镇痛消炎的中药组合物，以质量份数计，100-120份白芍药、70-100份蒲公英、50-100份海螵蛸、50-150份海盐、70-120份三七、40-70份生石膏、50-90份藿香、80-120份骨碎补、30-70份薄荷、50-90份黄芩、50-80份花椒。
更优选的：一种治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡，止血镇痛消炎的中药组合物，以质量份数计，100份白芍药、70份蒲公英、50份海螵蛸、50份海盐、70份三七、40份生石膏、50份藿香、80份骨碎补、30份薄荷、50份黄芩、50份花椒。
组合物中以白芍药为君药，蒲公英、三七、骨碎补为臣药，其余为佐使。
白芍药：性苦；酸；微寒，归肝、脾经。平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗的功效。本方中以白芍为君药，有蛀牙问题的情况下，可以通过预防肝火胃火上升导致的疼痛出血，先从基本上去解决底层问题。
蒲公英：味苦；甘；性寒，归肝、胃经。有清热解毒；消痈散结作用。蒲公英是一种天然的消炎药，有良好的抗菌作用，对于因为食物残渣产生的细菌侵蚀引发的疼痛，压迫牙神经导致的出血，有良好的抑制作用。天然的抗菌作用还不产生耐药性和依赖性，可以放心长期使用。
三七：味甘；微苦；性温，归肝、胃经。有止血；散瘀止血，消肿定痛。三七是一种天然的消肿止痛药，当蛀牙疼痛，出血症状出现时，用户的第一诉求就是解决这个燃眉之急的痛楚，三七可以及时的解决这个问题。
骨碎补：味苦；性温，归肾、肝经。有治肾虚久泻及腰痛，风湿痹痛，治肾虚牙痛、齿龈出血(牙周病等)作用。中医讲究从根本上去看问题，从整体上去解决问题，注重事物的内在联系。从祖国医学角度出发，齿为骨之末，当牙齿出现问题，从根源上是肾气不足，劳损，导致牙齿容易受到外界侵蚀。那么就从根源上去解决这个方面的不足，亡羊补牢，让牙齿，牙龈受到良好的保护，建立良好的屏障，免受不良外因的侵害和困扰。
广藿香含挥发油约1.5％，油中主成分为广藿香醇，约占52～57％；其他成分有苯甲醛、丁香油酚等，具有快气，和中，辟秽，祛湿之功效。同时具治感冒暑湿，寒热，头痛，胸脘痞闷，呕吐泄泻，疟疾，痢疾，口臭等作用。本配方中添加藿香，是为与蒲公英共同形成强大的抗菌作用，同时藿香的快气和祛湿作用，可以去除口中的黏腻，让口腔保持舒爽，有效促进修复作用。藿香的另外一个作用是清新口气，避免蛀牙出血形成的口臭。同时不会像牙膏一样，使用后有很浓的牙膏味，而是香气清新自然。
再加上其他中草药的共同作用，具有良好的消炎镇痛，促进溃疡面愈合，止血，抑菌等方面的作用，对于改善蛀牙疼痛、出血，牙周炎、牙龈出血、口腔溃疡等口腔问题具有积极的促进作用，同时因其不含西药止血成分，不含西药抗生素，不含化工物质，因而无毒副作用，从根源上解决问题且无副作用。
本配方采用多种中草药植物共同组方搭配，经过研磨成粉剂，提取成液体，可以刷牙、含漱。相对于市面上其他口腔产品利用化工原料进行口腔清洁和杀菌，本产品主要在于通过草本植物的抗菌、止痛、消炎的作用，有效预防上述症状的发生，同时经常形成良好的口腔保护作用。纯本草制作，绿色安全有效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但并不用于限定本发明。
实施例：
实施例1：一种中药组合物，以质量份数计，100份白芍药、70份蒲公英、50份海螵蛸、50份海盐、70份三七、40份生石膏、50份藿香、80份骨碎补、30份薄荷、50份黄芩、50份花椒。
实施例2：110份白芍药、80份蒲公英、100份海螵蛸、80份海盐、90份三七、50份生石膏、70份藿香、100份骨碎补、50份薄荷、70份黄芩、70份花椒。
对比例1：一种中药组合物，以质量份数计，70份蒲公英、50份海螵蛸、50份海盐、70份三七、40份生石膏、50份藿香、80份骨碎补、30份薄荷、50份黄芩、50份花椒。
对比例2：一种中药组合物，以质量份数计，100份白芍药、70份蒲公英、50份海螵蛸、50份海盐、40份生石膏、50份藿香、80份骨碎补、30份薄荷、50份黄芩、50份花椒。
对比例3：一种中药组合物，以质量份数计，100份白芍药、50份海螵蛸、50份海盐、70份三七、40份生石膏、50份藿香、80份骨碎补、30份薄荷、50份黄芩、50份花椒。
实验1
中药组合物在治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡方面的临床效果观察
实验方法：使用实施例1-2，对比例1-2的组合物(其中口腔溃疡和牙龈肿痛出血各4组)进行试验，每组选20人进行试验，。年龄从14岁到72岁不等，男女比例接近1：1；由医生指导病人使用上述组合物0.8g敷于口腔患处(口腔溃疡处或牙龈肿痛出血处)，要求病人每天使用2次，每次3分钟以上，敷药期间采用仅有清洁功能的牙膏。病人分别使用实施例和对照例中的组合物后，第2天，第7天和第2周复诊检查并记录。第一次就诊及随后每一次复查记录内容包括口腔溃疡数目、大小、疼痛程度及每次口腔溃疡发作的病程等。统计第7天患者的口腔溃疡情况和地14天的牙龈肿痛情况，结果如表1所示：

实验2，将实施例1加入常规助剂制成牙膏，用于有蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡的病人，
7天后观察效果如表2：
通过表1数据可知，若去掉白芍药、三七或蒲公英，组合物对蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡的有效率都有相当的折扣。
如果去掉白芍药，同样是有消肿止痛的效果，抗菌消炎的作用，但是没有从根本去引导症状的走向，没有从根本上着手，就容易反弹，好了之后容易出现反复的疼痛及出血。就好比构建一座大厦，地基是基础，把地基打牢，这座大厦能承受更多的力，才够持久。
同时，三七与蒲公英具有协同作用，两者缺一不可。
通过表2实验数据可知，用实施例1组合物的配方制成的牙膏具有预防出血、消炎镇痛、清热解毒、固齿健龈、消毒抑菌和清洁作用，比市面上一般的牙膏和牙粉效果好很多，同时，因其没有化工和西药成分，它没有相应的毒副效果，更具保健效果。
综上所述，本申请的方案用于蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡均具有优异的治疗效果，将其制成牙膏或敷料使用。
制成牙膏加入成分：矿物质水/等离子水，透明啫喱(黄原胶、角叉菜胶)，甘油，月桂醇硫酸酯钠等。
Claims (5)
1.一种治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡，止血镇痛消炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，以质量份数计，包括100-150白芍药、70-120份蒲公英、50-120份海螵蛸、50-200份海盐、70-150份三七、40-90份生石膏、50-100份藿香、80-140份骨碎补、30-80份薄荷、50-100份黄芩、50-100份花椒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，以质量份数计，100-120份白芍药、70-100份蒲公英、50-100份海螵蛸、50-150份海盐、70-120份三七、40-70份生石膏、50-90份藿香、80-120份骨碎补、30-70份薄荷、50-90份黄芩、50-80份花椒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，以质量份数计，包括100份白芍药、70份蒲公英、50份海螵蛸、50份海盐、70份三七、40份生石膏、50份藿香、80份骨碎补、30份薄荷、50份黄芩、50份花椒。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述任一项中药组合物在制备治疗蛀牙疼痛、出血，口腔溃疡，止血镇痛消炎制剂的用途。
5.一种根据权利要求1-3所述任一项中药组合物制备的牙膏，其特征在于，还含有：水，黄原胶、角叉菜胶，甘油，月桂醇硫酸酯钠。
