牙齿健康关系到我们的日常生活与幸福指数，但现在很多人都有或重或轻的牙周病。牙周病是危害人类牙齿和全身健康的主要口腔疾病，也是引起成年人牙齿丧失的主要原因之一，指发生在牙支持组织(牙周组织)的疾病，包括仅累及牙龈组织的牙龈病和波及深层牙周组织(牙周膜、牙槽骨、牙骨质)的牙周炎两大类。牙周病的早期症状不易引起重视，造成牙周组织长期慢性感染，炎症反复发作，不仅损害口腔咀嚼系统的功能，还会严重影响健康。
目前，人们对牙齿的日常护理最常用的手段是每天刷牙，以保持牙齿清洁，清新口气。而牙齿、牙周及其临近器官与机体内脏等关系密切，大部分牙齿健康问题均是由于吸烟及不合理饮食、外伤、脾胃失调、胃肝火上扬、血热、肾虚等内在因素的存在而导致。仅仅靠刷牙并不能做到预防牙齿健康问题的发生。另外，多数人在牙周病症状比较明显时如疼痛、出血、牙齿松动后才开始进行治疗，而且大多采用对症中药或西药制剂消炎止痛，其治疗目的和疗效单一，治标不治本，牙周病反复发作。目前还没有比较有效的预防和从根本上治疗牙周病的有效手段。

本发明的优点：充分注重了蒙医牙齿、牙周及其临近器官与机体内脏的整体密切关系，避开了单一清热解毒和单一消炎抗菌止痛的诊疗方法。以诃子、栀子平体，枇杷叶、栀子、茜草清热活血化瘀，栀子、川楝子祛除巴达干希日(巴达干、希日、赫依是人体三根组成部分,这里指病变的巴达干、希日)，川楝子燥希日乌素(希日乌素广泛的指黄水、是蒙医机体七要素之一)，茜草、紫草消除伤及因子(伤及因子指外力给组织、器官带来的非正常伤损因子，牙齿及牙周在咀嚼等各项运动中造成牙齿伤损的因子等)，大黄(制)、碱面、川楝子去腐消肿、解毒收敛、抗菌祛痛，改善牙周局部细胞代谢、提供再修复的几率，促使牙齿、牙周及其临近器官与机体内脏器的积极健康水平得到整体提高。诃子、栀子、川楝子、大黄(制)、茜草、枇杷叶的现代药理学表明均有抗菌消炎的天然功能。本方体现了传统蒙医药将牙齿列为机体脏器之一的整体观点、突出了传统蒙医药清牙洁齿的整体屏障作用和特点。在治疗牙周病、牙龈萎缩过程中疗效显著，且长期使用能够有效预防牙周病，防患于未然，且无毒副作用，服下有改善脾胃功能和脏器微循环的功效，提高免疫力。

实施例1：一种能够预防和治疗牙周病的蒙药制剂，其由如下重量份的组分构成：诃子40份、栀子20份、川楝子20份、大黄(制)10份、碱面10份、茜草30份、紫草30份、枇杷叶30份。
本方制备方法为：按如上重量份取各原料混合均匀、研磨、过100目筛，制成散剂。
用法用量：取上述成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔。可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉。一日1-2次。可长期使用，用于口腔日常护理，能够有效预防牙周病，且无毒副作用。
实施例2：一种能够预防和治疗牙周病的蒙药制剂，其由如下重量份的组分构成：诃子50份、栀子40份、川楝子40份、大黄(制)20份、碱面20份、茜草40份、紫草40份、枇杷叶40份。

实验例简介：
在经过毒理实验未发现毒副作用的基础上，进行了大量的临床试用，均取得了满意的疗效。下面例举临床实验情况。
根据临床经验及本发明的特点、制定评价治疗疗效标准：症状未缓减为无效，症状缓减为有效，症状消失为治愈。采用实施例1和实施例4方剂对受试者进行试验，其中：1组、3组、5组、7组、9组试用实施例1方剂，治疗方案为：取固齿健牙蒙药制剂散2-3克、用冷开水调和成稀糊状、涂擦牙齿及牙齿周边，待2-3小时后，取实施例1成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔，可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉，一日2次；15天为一个疗程，观察2个疗程，测试结果如表1所示。
其中：2组、4组、6组、8组、10组试用实施例4方剂；治疗方案为：取固齿健牙蒙药制剂散2-3克、用冷开水调和成稀糊状、涂擦牙齿及牙齿周边，待2-3小时后，取实施例4成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔，可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉，一日2次；15天为一个疗程，观察2个疗程，测试结果如表1所示。
对照组1A-5A采用市售具有抗菌消炎功效的中草药牙膏早晚刷牙各一次，同时取固齿健牙蒙药制剂散2-3克、用冷开水调和成稀糊状、涂擦牙齿及牙齿周边，待2-3小时后，用清水漱洗牙齿口腔，可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉，一日2次；15天为一个疗程，观察2个疗程，测试结果如表1所示。
对照组1B-5B试用实施例4方剂；治疗方案为：取实施例4成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔，可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉，一日2次；15天为一个疗程，观察2个疗程，测试结果如表1所示。
其中，固齿健牙蒙药制剂散由如下重量份的组分构成：石榴50份、白豆蔻25份、玉竹20份、黄精15份、天冬15份、紫茉莉15份、荜拨15份、蒺藜15份、红花15份、蜀葵花20份、肉桂5份、栀子30份。按如上重量份取各原料混合均匀、研磨、过100目筛，制得成品散剂。
11组、12组和13组为预防组，11组试用实施例1方剂，每次取实施例1成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔，可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉，一日1次，试用一年；12组试用实施例4方剂，每次取实施例4成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔，可将漱口液服下，也可将其吐掉，一日1次，试用一年；13组用市售具有抗菌消炎功效的中草药牙膏早晚刷牙各一次，试用一年。

备注：治愈率(％)＝【治愈(人)/总数(人)】×100％；总有效率(％)＝【(总例数(人)-无效(人)】/(总例数(人)×100％。
对1-12组受试者，治愈后随访一年无复发。
由上表可见：用本发明预防和治疗牙周病的蒙药制剂漱洗牙齿口腔，联合“固齿健牙蒙药制剂”涂擦治疗牙周炎、牙龈萎缩、牙齿松动等牙周病疗效显著，总有效率均在90％以上，本发明优选实施例4治愈率在90％以上，长期使用，对于预防牙周病效果显著。以上试验证实了本发明预防和治疗牙周病的蒙药制剂的标本兼治固本防病的传统优势。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，并不用以限制本发明，凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种能够预防和治疗牙周病的蒙药制剂，其特征在于，其由如下重量份的组分构成：诃子40-50份、栀子20-40份、川楝子20-40份、大黄(制)10-20份、碱面10-20份、茜草30-40份、紫草30-40份、枇杷叶30-40份；按如上重量份取各原料混合均匀、研磨、过100目筛，制成散剂；取上述成品散剂1-3克、放入200ml清水中煎煮3分钟，待冷却后漱洗牙齿口腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够预防和治疗牙周病的蒙药制剂，其特征在于，其由如下重量份的组分构成：诃子50份、栀子40份、川楝子40份、大黄(制)15份、碱面15份、茜草30份、紫草30份、枇杷叶30份。
