Description

Kitchen electrical appliance with steaming function and frying function
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing and processing of kitchen appliances, in particular to a kitchen appliance with steaming and frying functions.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the diversified needs of consumers for food cooking modes are higher and higher, and the kitchen operation space is limited, so that the kitchen appliance with only a single function occupies a large space and is difficult to meet the use needs of consumers. The Chinese family kitchen is usually equipped with a frying pan and a frying pan, which can conveniently carry out frying and frying processing, and the frying and frying process usually needs to frequently turn over food materials and add seasonings at proper time, so that the demand of the current market for using kitchen electrical appliances to realize the frying and frying processing is not high.
In contrast, steaming and frying require the food material to be in an environment where steaming requires the food material to be placed in a steam-filled environment, while frying requires the food to be immersed in oil. While ordinary chinese style home kitchens are often rarely equipped with specialized steamers nor are they used to fry food with large quantities of oil. In addition, a large amount of steam is easily generated in the steaming process, a large amount of oil smoke is easily generated in the frying process, and the steaming and frying modes are less selected for cooking food dishes in the current Chinese family kitchen.
At present, some kitchen electrical appliances with steaming function and frying function are available on the market, and the kitchen electrical appliances are based on an air fryer and are additionally provided with a steam generating assembly for generating steam. The air fryer utilizes the air heating assembly to heat the air in the fryer to reach the temperature of the fried food, and forms a circulating airflow in the fryer to uniformly heat the food in the fryer basket, so that the surface of the food is dehydrated to form a fried-like taste. The steam generating component takes water from the water tank, and steams food after generating steam at high temperature.
However, the current kitchen that has concurrently to fry and steam the function uses electrical apparatus, its structure is often comparatively complicated, and the mutual interference of pipeline and structure appears easily between steam generation subassembly and the fried subassembly of sky, still has many technical difficulties: the steam transmitted into the fryer by the steam generating assembly is difficult to be discharged from the air fryer in time after being condensed in the fryer, the condensed water can be vaporized into steam again in the air frying process to generate adverse effect on the frying process, and can be mixed with food residues in the fryer to generate mildewing, thereby improving the cleaning and maintenance difficulty of products; in addition, the steam generation assembly can directly discharge liquid water which is not vaporized or condensed again by steam into the fryer simultaneously in the process of generating the steam, so that the comprehensive water consumption rate of the steam generation assembly is higher, water needs to be supplemented frequently, and the liquid water discharged into the fryer is the same as condensed water, and adverse effects are generated on the frying process and the cleaning and maintaining process.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is merely illustrative and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of parts and steps, the composition of materials, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments are to be construed as merely illustrative, and not as limitative, unless specifically stated otherwise.
As shown in fig. 1-6:
in one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electric cooking appliance having both a steaming function and a frying function, comprising a chamber assembly 1, an air-frying assembly 2 blowing hot air to the inside of the chamber assembly 1 to implement the frying function, and a steam generating assembly 3 delivering steam to the inside of the chamber assembly 1 to implement the steaming function.
Wherein the steam generating assembly 3 comprises a water tank 31 and a steam generator 32. The steam generator 32 is provided with a water inlet 32a and an air outlet 32b, the water inlet 32a is communicated with the water tank 31, the air outlet 32b is communicated with the chamber assembly 1, and the steam generator 32 is configured to take water from the water tank 31, generate steam, and deliver the generated steam to the inside of the chamber assembly 1.
The applicant researches and discovers that the steam generator 32 can simultaneously discharge liquid water which is not vaporized or liquid water which is re-condensed by steam into the cavity assembly 1 in the process of generating steam, so that the comprehensive water consumption rate of the steam generating assembly 3 is high, water needs to be supplemented frequently, and the liquid water discharged into the fryer can also have adverse effects on the air-frying process and the cleaning and maintaining process.
In view of the above, as shown in fig. 2, the steam generator 32 of the present invention further includes a water outlet 32c, and the water outlet 32c is disposed below the air outlet 32b and is communicated with the water storage tank 37 or the water tank 31 for guiding the liquid water flowing out from the water outlet 32c back to the water storage tank 37 or the water tank 31. On the structure basis that aqua storage tank 37 and water tank 31 do not communicate each other, through setting up delivery port 32c, originally by steam generator 32 arrange to the inside liquid water of cavity subassembly 1 will be drained to water tank 31 again in, make this part liquid water can be used for steam by steam generator 32 again to reduce the comprehensive water consumption rate of steam generation subassembly 3. Or the liquid water originally discharged from the steam generator 32 to the inside of the chamber assembly 1 is drained to the water storage tank 37, so as to avoid the influence of the liquid water on the frying process and the cleaning and maintaining process due to the liquid water flowing to the inside of the chamber assembly 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the steam generator 32 includes a generator body 321 and a steam tray 322. The generator body 321 is a member for vaporizing liquid water to generate steam, and includes a water inlet 32a and a gas outlet 32 b. The steam tray 322 is disposed between the generator body 321 and the chamber assembly 1, a bottom surface of the steam tray 322 is recessed toward one side of the generator body 321, the steam tray 322 is provided with a first through hole 322a at the bottom surface, a second through hole 322b at a lower side wall, the first through hole 322a is communicated with the air outlet 32b, and the second through hole 322b is used as a water outlet 32c and is communicated with the water storage tank 37 or the water tank 31.
The steam disk 322 is used as an intermediary part between the generator body 321 and the cavity assembly 1, and the technical effects include:
firstly, because the outer surface structure of the generator body 321 is complex and is difficult to be attached to the cavity assembly 1 with a flat surface, the steam disk 322 is used as an intermediary component, so that the combination tightness and the connection strength between the generator body 321 and the cavity assembly 1 can be improved.
Secondly, the steam tray 322 is a disc-shaped structure with a bottom surface surrounded by the surrounding side walls, and the bottom surface of the steam tray 322 is recessed toward one side of the generator body 321, so that the surrounding side walls of the steam tray 322 are buckled on the wall surface of the cavity assembly 1 to form a relatively closed hollow cavity. In the relatively closed hollow cavity, the water vapor flows from the first through hole 322a formed on the bottom surface of the steam tray 322, and then flows into the cavity assembly 1 through the steam hole formed on the cavity assembly 1, and the liquid water flowing from the generator body 321 and the liquid water condensed during the transportation of the water vapor are collected and guided to the water storage tank 37 or the water tank 31 through the second through hole 322b formed on the lower sidewall of the steam tray 322.
It can be seen that the relatively closed hollow cavity formed by the steam disc 322 and the cavity assembly 1 together by the liquid water can prevent the liquid water from flowing freely inside the kitchen appliance and affecting the internal circuit of the kitchen appliance on the one hand, and can prevent the liquid water from directly contacting the inside of the cavity assembly 1 on the other hand, thereby preventing the liquid water in the hollow cavity from being affected by the oil stain, food residue and other impurities attached to the inside of the cavity assembly 1, and further preventing the liquid water from flowing back to the water tank 31 from being reduced in purity and being incapable of being recycled.
Preferably, the cavity assembly 1 is provided with a steam hole at a position corresponding to the first through hole 322a, and the steam generator 32 further includes a sealing ring 33 and a first sealing sheet 34. Wherein, the sealing ring 33 is connected between the sidewall of the steam disk 322 and the cavity assembly 1 in a sealing manner, and the second through hole 322b is located below the first through hole 322a and the steam hole in the hollow cavity formed between the steam disk 322 and the cavity assembly 1. The first sealing sheet 34 is hermetically connected between the air outlet 32b of the generator body 321 and the first through hole 322a of the steam tray 322, and is provided with a vent hole 34a, so that the air outlet 32b of the generator body 321 and the first through hole 322a of the steam tray 322 are communicated with each other.
The steam hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first through hole 322a, of the cavity assembly 1, the hollow cavity is formed between the steam disc 322 and the cavity assembly 1, the setting position of the steam hole does not need to be strictly aligned with the first through hole 322a, only the setting position of the steam hole needs to be controlled in the hollow cavity, and therefore steam can smoothly flow to the cavity assembly 1 from the steam generation assembly 3, and the processing difficulty and the assembly difficulty of the cavity assembly 1 are reduced.
The sealing ring 33 is disposed between the steam tray 322 and the cavity assembly 1 to improve the sealing effect between the steam tray 322 and the cavity assembly 1, and prevent the liquid water collected by the hollow cavity from flowing to the outside of the hollow cavity, and similarly, the first sealing sheet 34 is disposed between the steam tray 322 and the generator body 321 to reduce the leakage of the steam during the transmission from the generator body 321 to the steam tray 322.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, preferably, the steam generator 32 is disposed on a side wall of the chamber assembly 1, and the water tank 31 is disposed on a bottom surface of the chamber assembly 1. On the basis of this structure, water cannot automatically flow from the water tank 31 to the steam generator 32, and for this purpose, the steam generating assembly 3 further includes a water pump 35, the water pump 35 being in communication between the water tank 31 and the water inlet 32a of the steam generator 32 and configured to transport the water in the water tank 31 to the water inlet 32a under pressure.
The water pump 35 is capable of delivering the water in the water tank 31 with a lower height to the steam generator 32 with a higher height, and is capable of providing a certain initial pressure to the water entering the steam generator 32, thereby facilitating the vaporization process of the liquid water by the steam generator 32.
Considering that the steam transported from the steam generating assembly 3 to the inside of the cavity assembly 1 after condensation will be mixed with the oil stain or food residue inside the cavity assembly 1 and cannot be recycled, the structural arrangement of the water tank 31 needs to consider two requirements of facilitating water replenishment and tight connection with the steam generator 32 after water replenishment.
In view of this, as shown in fig. 5, it is preferable that the water tank 31 is detachably connected to the chamber assembly 1, and the water tank 31 includes a water outlet pipe 311, a movable stopper 312, a second sealing sheet 313 and an elastic member 314. Wherein, two ends of the water outlet pipe 311 are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the water tank 31 and the water inlet 32a of the steam generator 32; the movable plug 312 is arranged in the water outlet pipe 311 in a penetrating way, and a gap is formed between the movable plug and the water outlet pipe 311; the second sealing sheet 313 is fixedly arranged at one end of the movable plug 312 close to the water tank 31, is positioned at the inner side of one end of the water outlet pipe 311 close to the water tank 31, and can seal the water outlet pipe 311 when being attached to the water outlet pipe 311; the elastic element 314 abuts against the movable plug 312 and is configured to push the movable plug 312 to move towards one end of the water outlet pipe 311 away from the water tank 31, so that the second sealing sheet 313 is attached to the water outlet pipe 311.
Therefore, when the water tank 31 is connected with the cavity assembly 1, under the pushing action of the connecting pipe between the water tank 31 and the water pump 35, the movable plug 312 is pushed towards one end of the water outlet pipe 311 close to the water tank 31, so that the water in the water tank 31 can flow out from the gap between the water outlet pipe 311 and the movable plug 312. When the water tank 31 is detached from the cavity assembly 1, the movable plug 312 is no longer pushed by the connecting pipe between the water tank 31 and the water pump 35, but moves towards the end of the water outlet pipe 311 away from the water tank 31 under the pushing action of the elastic element 314, so as to drive the second sealing sheet 313 to attach to the water outlet pipe 311, and seal the water outlet pipe 311, so that the water outlet pipe 311 does not flow outwards any more after the water tank 31 is detached from the cavity assembly 1.
Preferably, the water tank 31 further comprises a water conduit 315, one end of the water conduit 315 is communicated with one end of the water outlet pipe 311 near the water tank 31, and the other end is communicated with the bottom of the water tank 31, so that the water at the bottom of the water tank 31 can be pumped into the steam generator 32 by the water pump 35. In addition, the second sealing sheet is slidably disposed inside the water guide pipe 315, so that the water guide pipe 315 does not interfere with the movement of the movable stopper 312 and the second sealing sheet 313 relative to the water outlet pipe 311.
The applicant further researches and discovers that the steam conveyed into the fryer by the steam generating assembly 3 is difficult to timely discharge from the air fryer after being condensed in the fryer, and the condensed water can be re-vaporized into steam in the air fryer to generate adverse effect on the frying process, and can be mixed with food residues in the fryer to generate mildew, so that the cleaning and maintenance difficulty of products is improved. During the air-frying process, the moisture on the surface of the food material will also evaporate and re-condense at the end of the air-frying process.
In view of this, in order to increase the rate at which water vapor is removed from the air fryer after condensation, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the steam generating assembly 3 preferably further comprises a diversion box 36 and a water storage tank 37. The diversion box 36 is disposed at the bottom of the cavity assembly 1, and has a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the liquid inlet is communicated with the inside of the cavity assembly 1 for receiving the condensed liquid in the cavity assembly 1, and the liquid outlet is disposed at a position lower than the liquid inlet. The water storage tank 37 is detachably disposed at the bottom of the cavity assembly 1 and is communicated with the liquid outlet of the diversion box 36. Through setting up the box 36 that leads, the inside condensate liquid of cavity subassembly 1 will be collected in the aqua storage tank 37, and aqua storage tank 37 detachably sets up the bottom at cavity subassembly 1 to the condensate liquid of collecting in can convenience of customers in time evacuation aqua storage tank 37.
Since the condensate is formed by condensing the water vapor in the chamber assembly 1, the condensate inevitably mixes with the oil and food residues in the chamber assembly 1. In contrast, the water in the water tank 31 needs to be supplied to the steam generator 32, and the requirement for purity is high, and even though the second through hole 322b returning to the water storage tank 37 or the water tank 31 is provided from the steam tray 322, the inside of the steam tray 322 does not contact with the inside of the chamber assembly 1, so that the degree of cleanness of the water returning to the water storage tank 37 or the water tank 31 can be ensured.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, the water storage tank 37 is set to be an open semi-open structure, so that on one hand, a user can observe the water level inside the water storage tank 37 conveniently, and on the other hand, the user can pour out the condensed liquid collected in the water storage tank 37 and clean the water storage tank 37 conveniently.
In contrast, the water tank 31 is provided with a water tank top 316 and a water tank cover 317, so that a relatively closed water storage space is formed in the water tank 31, and impurities outside the water tank 31 are prevented from affecting the water quality. The tank top 316 is provided with a tank cover 317 so that a user can replenish water into the water tank 31 after removing the tank cover 317, and the tank top 316 is detachable so that the user can clean the water tank 31 after detaching the tank top 316 after the water tank 31 is used for a long time.
The applicant has further studied and found that, for kitchen appliances, users are generally used to operate only the front and top surfaces of the kitchen appliances because the space in the kitchen is limited, and the rear and both sides of the kitchen appliances are generally tightly attached to the wall surface or the cabinet wall surface, and do not have an operation space. It is therefore necessary to arrange the front chamber plate 11, the water tank 31, the water storage tank 37, the frying module 2, the steam generator 32, the air duct 13, and the like, with the chamber assembly 1 as a center, in a targeted manner:
