Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for recommending goods based on a chat group according to an embodiment of the present invention. The commodity recommendation method based on the chat group comprises the following steps:
step S110: and establishing a chat group based on the users ordering the same commodity in a set time period and having the delivery addresses belonging to the same delivery area, wherein the chat group is related to the delivery area and the ordered commodity.
Specifically, the method and the system can be applied to an e-commerce platform and a community group purchase platform.
Specifically, when applied to the e-commerce platform, the receiving address of the user may be an actual receiving address (such as a home address, a company address, etc.) or a post address of the user. The distribution area can be divided in advance as required, or divided according to the district where the actual receiving address of the user is located, the road section where the user is located, the post station coverage, the delivery coverage of the end station for delivering the logistics, and the like.
Specifically, when applied to the community group purchase platform, the receiving address of the user may be the address of a pick-up point designated by the group leader, the cell where the user is located, the building where the user is located, or the like. The distribution areas can be divided in advance according to needs, or divided according to the self-service point coverage area, the cell, the building and the like specified by the group leader.
Further, there may be differences in providing address information belonging to the same shipping address/same delivery area by different users. For example, part of the users use the cell name as the shipping address and part of the users use the street number as the shipping address. For this reason, the present application may further include a step of normalizing the addresses to unify the delivery addresses expressed differently, thereby facilitating the identification in step S110. In particular, an address database may be employed to store different address expressions in association with the same standard address information, such that the matching of the user-provided shipping address with the address database is utilized to normalize the user-provided shipping address to the standard address information.
Specifically, the set time period may be set to 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or the like, as needed. The set time period may be set according to the commodity sales amount, the upper limit of the number of people in the chat group, or the like. For example, the higher the commodity sales amount, the shorter the set time period; the higher the upper limit of the number of people in the chat group, the longer the set time period. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
Specifically, when the chat group is established, one or more of the merchants of the commodities, group leaders of community group buying and logistics distribution personnel can be added into the chat group together, so that the users, the merchants, the group leaders and the logistics distribution personnel can communicate conveniently. Particularly, when the group leader is applied to a community group buying scene, the group leader originally needs to carry out private trust or prompts the user to join in a group chat mode of the group leader to send related logistics and self-service information to the user.
Specifically, in step S110, when the set time period ends, orders generated within the set time period may be different [ products; distribution area ] creates chat groups, and adds each ordering user to the created chat groups.
In some variations, step S110 may also be implemented according to a preset time period when the user presses the product; delivery area ] order, but [ goods; delivery area ] when no chat group has been generated, a correlation [ goods; distribution area ], a chat group that sets a time period within which a user presses [ goods; delivery area ] the user placing the order can join the created chat group.
Step S120: pushing a commodity link in the chat group according to the purchase quantity of other commodities of the shopping order with the receiving address belonging to the same delivery area, wherein the commodity link pushed in the chat group is provided with a forwarding control, the commodity link is associated with the chat group when being forwarded based on the forwarding control, and the commodity corresponding to the commodity link is provided with the number of purchased commodities.
Specifically, step S120 divides the shopping order in the delivery area, and pushes the item link of the other item into the chat group based on the purchase amount of the other item in the delivery area, thereby realizing item pushing for the user group. On one hand, the purchase demands of users in the same receiving area are similar frequently, and the screening of the pushed commodities is carried out according to the purchase quantity so as to further improve the commodity pushing accuracy.
Step S130: and providing a setting object for a user forwarding the commodity link in response to the fact that the purchase quantity of the commodity corresponding to the commodity link reaches the enough number of copies.
In some embodiments, the commodity corresponding to the commodity link has a purchased number (e.g., a group purchase commodity of an e-commerce platform or a community group purchase commodity), and thus, in response to that the purchased number of the commodity corresponding to the commodity link reaches a sufficient number, a setting object may be provided to the user who forwards the commodity link. In other words, in the present embodiment, in response to the item pushed in the chat group being a group purchase item, when the group purchase item is grouped, a setting object may be provided to the user who forwarded the item link. The setting object may be a point, a red envelope, a gift, or the like. The setting object may be provided by an online shopping platform, which is not limited in this application. Further, in response to the purchase quantity of the product corresponding to the product link reaching the sufficient number of copies, the setting object may be provided only to the user who has forwarded the product link and purchased by another user.
In some embodiments, after the chat group is established, in response to the user in the chat group evaluating the order commodity associated with the chat group, the evaluated order commodity associated with the evaluation information may be published to the chat group. Therefore, the commodity evaluation mechanism of the online shopping platform can release the user evaluation to the chat group, the user does not need to additionally evaluate the commodity in the chat group, meanwhile, after the evaluation is released to the chat group, the evaluation can be referred by other members in the chat group, and the members in the chat group can be caused to carry out related discussion on the commodity.
In some embodiments, besides the evaluation information, the commodity logistics service information after the issued order commodity sign-in, and the like, may also be directly published in the group to obtain the actual evaluation information of the commodity in the social scene of the acquaintance.
Specifically, each user in a chat group may have a random nickname and a random avatar, so that discussions and shares within the chat group may be anonymous, thereby protecting user privacy. Further, when users in the chat group have friend relationships, the names and the head portraits can be displayed in a real-name mode.
In the commodity recommendation method based on the chat group, on one hand, the same commodity is placed in a set time period by establishing the chat group, and a plurality of users with the delivery addresses belonging to the same delivery area are added into the chat group, so that the users can exchange and communicate the purchased same commodity in a targeted manner; on the other hand, in order to avoid too many people in the chat group, the chat group is divided according to the distribution area, so that the commodity management and commodity pushing are facilitated, meanwhile, the commodity delivery warehouse and the logistics in the same distribution area are almost consistent, different shopping experiences of users due to different delivery warehouses and logistics are avoided, and confusion caused by communication based on different shopping experiences is avoided; on the other hand, the commodity link is pushed in the chat group according to the purchase quantity of other commodities of the shopping order belonging to the same delivery area through the delivery address, so that the targeted commodity pushing is performed on the user group who has purchased the same commodity in the same delivery area, the efficiency of the commodity to be pushed is determined to be high, meanwhile, the user group can communicate with the pushed commodity link in the chat group, and the user in the chat group can certainly have the user who has purchased the pushed commodity, so that the users can share the purchase experience of the pushed commodity with other users; in another aspect, the pushed commodity link is provided with the forwarding control, so that the user in the chat group can forward the pushed commodity link conveniently, and for the commodity with the number of purchased copies, after the commodity meets the number of purchased copies, a set object can be provided for the user who forwards the commodity link so as to stimulate the user in the chat group to forward the commodity link, so that the propagation of the commodity link is facilitated, and meanwhile, the probability that the commodity meets the number of purchased copies is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, step S110 may be executed in each cycle with the set time period as a cycle. Specifically, the step of establishing the chat group may be continuously performed on a periodic basis. For example, when the set time period is 1 day, a chat group may be established in 24 days 0:00 at 5 months and 24 days 0:00 at 2022 years and 24 days 24:00 at 5 months and 24 months at 2022 years; chat groups are established on months 5 and 25 days 0:00 in 2022 to months 5 and 25 days 24:00 in 2022, and so on. In some variations, the order placing time when the first user purchases the same product in the same delivery area after the previous cycle may be used as the starting time of the cycle. For example, when the set time period is 1 day, the previous cycle ends at 24:00 at 5-month and 24-month in 2022, and after the previous cycle, the first order for the article a and the delivery area a is placed at 8:00 at 25-month and 5-month in 2022, whereby the current cycle may be 8:00 at 25-month and 5-month in 2022, 8:00 at 26-month and 26-00 at 2022, and so on. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the step of establishing a chat group in each cycle of the set time period according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows the following steps together:
step S111: in response to a user placing an order for a commodity in a current period, determining whether a chat group exists in association with the placed commodity and a delivery area of a delivery address of the user.
If the determination in step S111 is yes, step S112 is executed: and adding the user into the chat group.
If the determination in step S111 is no, step S113 is executed: and establishing a chat group of a distribution area which is related to the ordered commodities and the receiving address of the user, and adding the user into the chat group.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, through steps S111 to S113, in response to the first order placing user in the current cycle, a chat group is established in the delivery area associating the goods placed by the first order placing user with the delivery address, and after the first order placing user is placed, other users placing the same goods and having the delivery addresses in the same delivery area join in the chat group.
In some embodiments, when the number of the chat groups established in the adjacent periods is less than the set number threshold, the chat groups established in the adjacent periods and associated with the same commodity and the same distribution area can be combined to avoid that the number of the chat groups is small, so that communication and commodity recommendation related to the commodity are difficult to perform, and it is ensured that enough people in the chat groups can generate discussion in the chat groups. The set threshold number of people can be set as desired. For example, the number of chat groups may be one third, one fourth, etc. of the upper limit, which is not intended to limit the present application.
In other embodiments, there may be a case where the number of the chat groups established in one period exceeds the upper limit of the number of people, and for this reason, in response to a set time period, the order is placed for the same commodity, and the number of the users whose delivery addresses belong to the same delivery area is greater than the upper limit of the number of people of the chat groups, a plurality of chat groups may be established. Specifically, the total number of people who need to be grouped can be evenly distributed into a plurality of chat groups. Further, the total number of the chatting groups to be established in the period can be estimated according to the ratio of the current period to the total period, and the number of the chatting groups can be determined, wherein the number of the chatting groups in each chatting group is not lower than the first proportion of the upper limit of the number of the chatting groups and is not higher than the second proportion of the upper limit of the number of the chatting groups. The first proportion and the second proportion can be set as required, and the first proportion is smaller than the second proportion. The first ratio is set to ensure that each chat group is sufficient for discussion and recommendation of the merchandise. The second proportion is set for avoiding the number of people exceeding the upper limit of the chat group personnel caused by the error of the estimated personnel and ensuring that the remaining amount in each chat group enables the subsequent users who purchase the forwarded commodities to enter the chat group. The first ratio is, for example, one third or one fourth; the second proportion is, for example, two thirds or three quarters. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
Referring now to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating pushing of item links within the chat group according to purchase quantities of other items of a shopping order with a shipping address belonging to the same delivery area, according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S121: and sorting the other commodities according to the purchase quantity of the other commodities of the shopping orders of which the delivery addresses belong to the same delivery area.
Step S122: and pushing the commodity links of the other commodities in the chat group according to the sorting sequence.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the commodities can be sorted (from high to low) according to the sales volume of other commodities in the same distribution area, so that the commodities are pushed to the chat group in the sorted order. On one hand, the commodities to be pushed can be sorted by sales volume and screened at the same time, so that the commodities required by most users in the distribution area are pushed to the chat group, and the purchase rate of the pushed commodities by the users in the chat group is improved; on the other hand, the higher the sales volume of the pushed commodity in the distribution area, the more users in the chat group who have purchased the commodity, and thus the related sharing and discussion of the pushed commodity can be performed in the chat group, so that users who have not purchased the pushed commodity can determine whether to purchase the commodity.
Referring now to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a flow chart illustrating pushing of item links within the chat group according to purchase quantities of other items of a shopping order with a shipping address belonging to the same delivery area, according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S123: and acquiring other commodities with the purchase orders with the purchase numbers and the receiving addresses belonging to the same distribution area.
Step S124: and pushing commodity links of other commodities meeting the purchased number of copies and/or not meeting the purchased number of copies in the chat group according to the purchased number.
Specifically, in this embodiment, for a purchase order with a number of purchased copies (such as a group purchase order of an e-commerce platform or a community group purchase order), a commodity link of other commodities meeting the number of purchased copies can be pushed in the chat group according to the purchase quantity, so that the user does not need to generate a group by himself or herself, and can complete purchase of the corresponding commodity by directly joining in the group purchase. Further, the product link of the other product which does not satisfy the number of purchased copies may be pushed in the chat group according to the purchase quantity of the purchase order having the number of purchased copies, thereby improving the clustering rate of the non-clustered product. The pushed merchandise links may also be displayed in an order (from high to low) according to the number of purchases.
Referring now to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates a flow diagram for joining another user to a chat group in response to the other user purchasing merchandise based on a merchandise link pushed within the chat group, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the product link pushed in the chat group has a forwarding control, and a user in the chat group can forward the product link pushed in the chat group to other users by operating the forwarding control. The merchandise link associates the chat group when forwarded based on the forwarding control. After the user forwards the goods link pushed in the chat group to other users, the following steps can be executed:
