The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a cross-platform goods pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The cross-platform commodity pushing method comprises the following steps:
step S110: and receiving the operation of the user on the first commodity in the first platform.
Specifically, the operation on the first product may include browsing, selecting, joining a shopping cart, and the like, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the first platform may be an e-commerce platform, a community group purchase platform, or an instant delivery platform. Other online shopping platforms are also within the scope of the present application.
Step S120: first commodity information of a first commodity operated by a user on a first platform is acquired.
Specifically, the first article information may include one or more of an article name, an article picture, and article introduction information.
Step S130: and querying a second commodity matched with the first commodity information from a commodity database in a second platform.
In particular, the first platform and the second platform may be accessible through the same client. The first platform and the second platform may have different platform portals on the same client, so that the user interacts with the servers of the first platform and the second platform, respectively. The servers of the first platform and the second platform separately provide corresponding online shopping services to the user. In this application, the merchandise database of the second platform allows direct access by the first platform. In other words, the server of the first platform and the server of the second platform may be in communication such that the server of the first platform has direct access to the merchandise database of the second platform. Specifically, the second platform may provide an access interface of the commodity database to the first platform, so as to be called by the server of the first platform, so as to implement data query on the commodity database of the second platform.
In some specific embodiments, the first platform may send the first commodity information to the second platform through the access interface, and the second platform performs matching according to the received first commodity information, and feeds back the second commodity and the second commodity information obtained through matching to the first platform.
In other specific embodiments, the first platform directly accesses the commodity database of the second platform through the access interface, and the first platform performs matching according to the first commodity information to directly obtain the matched second commodity and the second commodity information.
Further, the first platform and the second platform can also communicate with each other, so that a commodity database or other databases can be accessed to share data, information such as more complete user portrait, user preference and the like can be obtained, and more accurate commodity pushing service can be provided for users.
Step S140: pushing a second item of the second platform to the user.
Specifically, the second product of the second platform can be pushed to the user by means of client notification, client private letter, popup and the like. The displayed second item information may be associated with a link of a second item detail page, and the user may manipulate the displayed second item information (such as a picture of the second item, a name of the second item, a description of the second item, or a purchase control of the second item) to jump to the second item detail page. In some embodiments, the second item detail page is a page provided by the second platform, and the displayed second item information is operated to directly jump to the second item detail page of the second platform, so that ordering of the second item can be realized on the second platform. In other embodiments, the second item detail page may also be a page generated by the first platform obtaining detailed information of the second item from an item database of the second platform, in other words, the second item detail page is provided by the first platform, and the first platform may send an operation of the user on the second item detail page to the second platform to perform ordering of the second item on the second platform.
Specifically, in step S140, when the second product is pushed, the comparison information between the second product and the first product may be displayed. The comparison information may include distribution timeliness differences of the second commodity and the first commodity; a price difference of the second item and the first item; the difference in specifications of the second item and the first item, etc. Further, the more preferable information may be highlighted differently from other information. For example, when the delivery timing of the second commodity is faster than the delivery timing of the first commodity, the font size of the delivery timing of the second commodity is made larger than the font sizes of the second commodity and the other information of the first commodity; the font color of the distribution time of the second commodity is made to be different from the font color of the second commodity and other information of the first commodity, and for example, the font color can be set to be red; the background color of the distribution aging of the second commodity is different from the font color of the second commodity and other information of the first commodity, for example, the font color can be set to be yellow. Therefore, the first platform compares and analyzes the commodity information of the first commodity and the second commodity through the mode, and displays the commodity information in a striking mode during pushing based on the comparison and analysis result, so that a user can select to order the first commodity on the first platform or order the second commodity on the second platform according to the comparison and analysis information provided by the first platform visually.
Specifically, after the user adds the second item to the shopping cart on the second item detail page, or adds the second item to the shopping cart through a shopping cart adding control provided when the user pushes the second item, the user may select to combine and pay the second item on the second platform and the other items purchased on the first platform by the user. After the user completes payment, corresponding orders can be generated for the first platform and the second platform respectively, so that the first platform and the second platform can sort and deliver the goods according to original order delivery operations of the first platform and the second platform.
In some embodiments, the first platform is an e-commerce platform, and the second platform is a community group purchase platform or an instant delivery platform. The operation of the first commodity by the user in the first platform can comprise one of browsing, selecting and joining a shopping cart. Due to the fact that the types of the commodities related to the community group purchase platform/the instant delivery platform are small, the operation of a user or the commodities to be compared do not need to be limited. Further, since the advantage of the community group buying platform/instant delivery platform compared to the first platform is delivery timeliness, when pushing the second commodity, the judgment of the delivery timeliness may be increased, so as to determine whether the second commodity needs to be pushed.
In other embodiments, the first platform is a community group purchase platform or an instant distribution platform, and the second platform is an e-commerce platform. Since the e-commerce platform relates to a plurality of types of commodities, the user operation for triggering the cross-platform commodity pushing method can be limited in the embodiment. For example, the user operates the first commodity in the first platform as joining a shopping cart, and since the user is required to join the commodity in the shopping cart, that is, the user purchases the commodity, the user operation that triggers the cross-platform commodity pushing method is limited as joining the shopping cart, so that the number of times of matching the commodity and the number of times of pushing the commodity are reduced, and the pushing accuracy of the second commodity and the purchase probability of the pushed second commodity are improved while the server load is prevented from being too large. Further, the execution of the cross-platform commodity pushing method can be triggered when the first commodity is a backorder commodity, so that the commodity matching times and the commodity pushing times are further reduced, and the server load is prevented from being overlarge. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
According to the cross-platform commodity pushing method provided by the invention, two platforms enter through the same client, and the commodity database of the second platform allows the first platform to access, so that when a user operates a first commodity on the first platform, a second commodity matched with the first commodity information can be searched from the commodity database of the second platform according to the first commodity information, and the second commodity of the second platform can be pushed to the user.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a query of a second item matching the first item information from an item database in a second platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows the following steps together:
step S131: and calculating the similarity between the first commodity information and the second commodity information in the commodity database.
Step S132: and taking the second commodity corresponding to the second commodity information with the similarity of the first commodity information being greater than a set threshold value as the second commodity matched with the first commodity information.
Specifically, the first product information and the second product information include one or more of a product name, a product picture, and product introduction information. When the first commodity information and the second commodity information comprise commodity pictures, the similarity between the commodity picture of the first commodity and the commodity picture of the second commodity can be calculated in an image similarity mode. When the first commodity and the second commodity comprise a plurality of commodity pictures, the picture similarity of a plurality of pairs of commodity pictures of the first commodity and the commodity pictures of the second commodity can be calculated respectively, and the average value of the similarity, the median of the similarity and the like are taken as the similarity of the first commodity and the second commodity. When the first commodity information and the second commodity information include commodity names and/or commodity introduction information, the similarity of the first commodity information and the second commodity information may be calculated by a semantic similarity algorithm. When the first commodity information and the second commodity information comprise commodity names, commodity pictures and commodity introduction information, picture similarity and semantic similarity can be respectively calculated, and the similarity of the first commodity information and the second commodity information is obtained based on a weighted summation mode.
Specifically, the set threshold may be set as needed, or may be obtained by performing statistics based on similarity calculation for each product sample information, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a flow chart for calculating a similarity between the first merchandise information and the second merchandise information in the merchandise database according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S1311: and acquiring a second commodity with the same brand and/or category as the first commodity from the commodity database.
Step S1312: and calculating the similarity between the first commodity information and the acquired second commodity information of the second commodity.
Specifically, in the step shown in fig. 3, first, the second commodity is primarily screened according to the brand and/or category of the commodity, so as to reduce the data amount required to perform similarity calculation, reduce the calculation load of the server, and improve the pushing efficiency of the second commodity.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a flowchart for calculating a similarity between the first item information and the second item information of the acquired second item, according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S13121: and taking the second commodity with the price difference between the acquired second commodity and the first commodity within the set threshold range as a quasi second commodity.
Step S13122: and calculating the similarity of the first commodity information and the second commodity information of the quasi second commodity.
Specifically, in the step shown in fig. 4, considering that the goods with an excessively large price difference may not be the same goods, the second goods may be re-screened by comparing the price difference of the goods with the set threshold range, so as to reduce the data amount required for similarity calculation, reduce the server calculation load, and improve the second goods pushing efficiency.
Further, since there may be a plurality of stock quantities of the same commodity and prices of the stock quantities are different, in the present embodiment, in response to the second commodity having a plurality of stock quantities, when the price difference between the second commodity having the stock quantity and the first commodity is within the set threshold value range, the second commodity is regarded as the quasi-second commodity. In other words, if there is a second product of the plurality of stock quantity units, the similarity calculation is performed with respect to the first product while keeping the second product as long as there is a stock quantity unit whose price difference matches the set threshold range.
Specifically, the set threshold range may be set as needed, for example, may be set to 5%, 10%, and the like, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Referring now to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates a flow diagram for pushing a second item of the second platform to the user, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the first platform is an e-commerce platform, and the second platform is a community group purchase platform or an instant delivery platform. Since the community group purchase platform or the instant delivery platform has the advantage of delivery timeliness, when the second commodity is pushed, whether the second commodity needs to be pushed can be determined through the delivery timeliness. Specifically, fig. 5 shows the following steps in total:
step S141: and predicting the delivery timeliness of the first platform based on the receiving address of the user.
Step S142: and responding to the delivery aging value larger than a set aging threshold value, and pushing the second commodity of the second platform to the user.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the predicted delivery time of the e-commerce platform is too long, the second commodity of the second platform may be pushed to the user, so that the user can receive the required commodity earlier.
Further, the step shown in fig. 5 is executed in step S140, and the present application is not limited thereto, and the above step may also be executed before the first commodity and the second commodity are matched, so that when the delivery time of the first platform is relatively normal, the matching of the first commodity and the second commodity is no longer executed, and the system computing load is reduced.
Specifically, the set aging threshold may be set by the platform or by the user as needed, so that the items purchased by the user can be ensured to be reached within the set aging threshold by setting the aging threshold.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementation manners of the cross-platform product pushing method of the present invention, and each implementation manner may be implemented independently or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the flow charts of the present invention are merely schematic, the execution sequence between the steps is not limited thereto, and the steps can be split, combined, exchanged sequentially, or executed synchronously or asynchronously in other ways within the protection scope of the present invention.
