Referring to fig. 8, a program product 700 for implementing the above-described method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in this document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. The readable storage medium can be, for example, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, random Access Memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), optical fiber, portable compact disk read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable storage medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A readable storage medium may also be any readable medium that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C++ or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the tenant computing device, partially on the tenant device, as a stand-alone software package, partially on the tenant computing device, partially on a remote computing device, or entirely on a remote computing device or server. In the case of remote computing devices, the remote computing device may be connected to the tenant computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., connected through the internet using an internet service provider).
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, an electronic device is also provided, which may include a processor, and a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor. Wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the information processing method described in any of the above embodiments via execution of the executable instructions.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the various aspects of the invention may be implemented as a system, method, or program product. Accordingly, aspects of the invention may be embodied in the following forms, namely: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, micro-code, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects may be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
An electronic device 500 according to this embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 9. The electronic device 500 shown in fig. 9 is merely an example, and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 500 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of electronic device 500 may include, but are not limited to: at least one processing unit 510, at least one memory unit 520, a bus 530 connecting the different system components (including the memory unit 520 and the processing unit 510), a display unit 540, etc.
Wherein the storage unit stores program code executable by the processing unit 510 such that the processing unit 510 performs the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above-mentioned information processing method section of the present specification. For example, the processing unit 510 may perform the steps shown in fig. 1.
The memory unit 520 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 5201 and/or cache memory unit 5202, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 5203.
The storage unit 520 may also include a program/utility 5204 having a set (at least one) of program modules 5205, such program modules 5205 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 530 may be one or more of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 500 may also communicate with one or more external devices 600 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), one or more devices that enable a tenant to interact with the electronic device 500, and/or any device (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enables the electronic device 500 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 550. Also, electronic device 500 may communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through network adapter 560. The network adapter 560 may communicate with other modules of the electronic device 500 via the bus 530. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 500, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
From the above description of embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the example embodiments described herein may be implemented in software, or may be implemented in software in combination with the necessary hardware. Thus, the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to cause a computing device (may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
and sending the query message which occurs in real time when the first user accesses the commodity to a plurality of second users who purchase the commodity and are online in detail so as to facilitate the second users to answer. Therefore, compared with commodity comments and offline questioning functions, the user can provide instant query messages in a targeted manner, the instant query messages are sent to a plurality of other users which can answer and are in an online state, the answer efficiency and the answer effectiveness of the other users are improved, the users do not need to search information by themselves, the users do not need to wait for a long time after asking questions, and the commodity inquiring experience of the users is optimized.

Claims (13)

1. An information processing method, characterized by comprising:
receiving an inquiry message sent by a first user;
acquiring a historical purchasing record of a commodity currently accessed by the first user;
acquiring a plurality of second users who purchased the commodity according to the historical purchase record;
the query message is sent to a plurality of second users in an online state.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the inquiry message to the plurality of second users in an online state includes:
creating a temporary chat group, wherein members of the temporary chat group comprise the first user and a plurality of second users in an online state;
and sending the inquiry message in the temporary chat group.
3. The information processing method of claim 2, wherein a second user located in the temporary chat group is caused to exit the temporary chat group when the second user is offline.
4. The information processing method of claim 2, wherein the temporary chat group is automatically joined when the second user is online, and a history chat record is provided to the newly joined second user in the temporary chat group.
5. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the inquiry message to the plurality of second users in an online state includes:
sending the inquiry message to a plurality of second users on-line through private messages;
and displaying message reminding on the current interfaces of the second users in the online state.
6. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the transmission of the inquiry message to the plurality of second users in the online state, comprising:
receiving feedback information of at least one second user on the inquiry message;
and in response to the feedback information being effective information, increasing the number of objects of the object database of the second user.
7. The information processing method according to claim 6, wherein the feedback information is effective information when the feedback information meets one or more of the following judgment conditions:
the word number of the feedback information is larger than a set threshold value;
the feedback information comprises pictures/videos;
the feedback information is associated with a forward rating of the first user, the forward rating including a forward keyword and/or a forward score.
8. The information processing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said acquiring a plurality of second users who purchased the commodity based on said history of purchase records comprises:
determining friend users of the first user from a plurality of second users who purchase the commodity;
acquiring sharing information issued by friend users of the first user based on the commodity;
and sending the sharing information to the first user.
9. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein the commodity is associated with an inquiry response database, and wherein the step of receiving the inquiry message sent by the first user includes:
extracting a plurality of candidate query messages for the item from the query response database;
responsive to the first user selecting the candidate query message, a response message to the first user selected candidate query message is sent from the query response database to the first user.
10. The information processing method of claim 9, wherein the sending the reply message of the candidate query message selected by the first user to the first user comprises:
judging whether the first user is negative evaluation on the reply message, wherein the negative evaluation comprises a negative keyword and/or a negative score;
if yes, the step of acquiring the historical purchasing record of the commodity currently accessed by the first user, acquiring a plurality of second users who purchase the commodity according to the historical purchasing record, and sending the query message to the plurality of second users in an online state.
11. An information processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an inquiry message sent by a first user;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a historical purchasing record of the commodity currently accessed by the first user;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of second users who have purchased the commodity according to the historical purchase record;
and the sending module is used for sending the inquiry message to a plurality of second users in an online state.
12. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
a processor;
a memory having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs:
the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program when executed by a processor performing:
the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
