As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, and "a plurality" typically includes at least two.
The words "if", as used herein, may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "in response to a determination" or "in response to a detection", depending on the context. Similarly, the phrases "if determined" or "if detected (a stated condition or event)" may be interpreted as "when determined" or "in response to a determination" or "when detected (a stated condition or event)" or "in response to a detection (a stated condition or event)", depending on the context.
It is also noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a good or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such good or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101. and responding to the project creating operation, and generating a group corresponding to the project.
102. A communication message sent by a member of the group within the group communication interface is received.
103. And determining the content displayed in the project management interface according to the communication message.
The communication method can be executed by an electronic device, and the electronic device can be a terminal device such as a PC, a notebook computer, a smart phone and the like, and can also be a server. The server may be a physical server including an independent host, or may also be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, or may also be a cloud server. Specifically, the communication method can be realized by a processor in the electronic equipment running some instant communication application program installed in the electronic equipment.
The term "project" in this embodiment should be understood as a general term referring to a development project such as an enterprise, a task that multiple persons need to collaboratively complete, and an activity (such as a quotation activity) that multiple persons participate in together, which may be referred to as a project.
In fig. 2, it is assumed that an option for creating an item is included in an interface of the instant messaging application, and when a user clicks the option, an item creation interface as illustrated in fig. 2 may be displayed. Input boxes such as a project name, project member, project leader, project summary, etc. may be included in the project creation interface, and a selection box such as a message type of interest for project management may be included, within which a variety of message types may be provided for user selection, such as "post", "schedule", "project schedule", "meeting summary", etc. as illustrated in fig. 2. Of course, these message types may also be set to project defaults that require attention, in which case the user does not need to manually select them.
After the project is created, the information of the related personnel of the project, such as the project members and the project responsible persons, can be automatically extracted from the project creation information, a group containing the personnel is automatically generated, and the corresponding relationship between the group and the project is established. The corresponding relationship between the group and the item can be embodied as that the name of the group includes an item name, for example: the project name is product development A, and the group name is product development communication group A.
It should be noted that, although the project related personnel information may be automatically extracted from the project creation information to be added to the group, the group members may be manually edited within the group. For example, if some project personnel included in the project creation information are not desired to be added to the group, the project personnel may be deleted from the members that are automatically added to the group, such as project managers or other managers.
After the group corresponding to the item and the item is created, the created item and group may be published to the instant messaging application programs of members in the group and other item-related persons not in the group (such as an item leader or other managers), so that the instant messaging application programs may respectively present the item and the group in different paths, such as: the items can be displayed in a certain path under the address list, and the groups can be displayed in a group list.
In addition, after the project and the group corresponding to the project are created, a project management interface and a group communication interface corresponding to the same project can be obtained.
Wherein, the project management interface can be shown in fig. 3, and the group communication interface can be shown in fig. 4.
Optionally, a plurality of message tags and a message display area corresponding to each message tag may be included in the project management interface, where different message tags correspond to different message types. In fig. 3, labels corresponding to several message types are illustrated as follows: schedule 301, project schedule 302, topic 303. Each message tag may correspond to a scrollable display area, and the message content corresponding to the message tag may be displayed in the corresponding display area according to the set layout style. Optionally, some editing tools, such as forwarding, replying, viewing all, and the like, may be included in the display area corresponding to all or part of the message tag.
Of course, as shown in fig. 3, the project management interface may also include the project name (Z project), the project profile (target: user retention rate 60%), the project member (10, zhang san, lie, etc.), and so on.
Optionally, the project management interface may further include an entry of the group, and switching from the project management interface to the group communication interface may be achieved by clicking the entry of the group. In fig. 3, the entries of the group are represented as: a group of items 304.
Optionally, the group communication interface may include a group name 401, a chat area 402, and a group operation entry 403 illustrated in fig. 4. When the user clicks on the group operation entry (indicated by three dots in the figure) 403, at least one operation item may be displayed for the user to use, such as viewing group members, adding group members, exiting the group, and so on.
Optionally, the group communication interface may further include an entry of the project management interface, and the switching from the group communication interface to the project management interface may be implemented by triggering the entry of the project management interface. In FIG. 4, the entries of the project management interface are represented as: project home page 404 this button.
Some of the primary interface elements included in the project management interface and the group communication interface are described above in connection with fig. 3 and 4.
Based on the introduction, in the project management interface, various messages related to the project can be simply and intuitively organized and managed, so that a user can quickly know the project progress and other conditions. And in the group communication interface, the project members can conveniently and fully communicate with the project-related problems. Thus, in one scenario, the group communication interface is a communication tool and the project management interface is a carrier for storing valuable communication information generated during part of the communication process. Therefore, the two interfaces are matched with each other, and the project is efficiently managed.
Because the group communication interface and the project management interface correspond to the same project, message linkage of the group communication interface and the project management interface can be realized on the basis. Specifically, when a member sends a communication message in the group communication interface, the content displayed in the project management interface can be determined according to the communication message. It will be appreciated that determining the content presented in the project management interface based on the communication messages generated in the group communication interface does not mean that all of the communication messages generated in the group communication interface are displayed in the project management interface, nor is only a portion of the communication messages synchronized to the project management interface. The following first describes how communication messages sent by members of the group within the group are synchronized to the project management interface.
In practice, members of the group may publish various communication messages in the group communication interface. Which may include purely chat messages unrelated to the item and may also include communication messages related to the item. The communication message related to the project may be, for example, a calendar, a project schedule report, a project bulletin, a meeting summary, and so on.
If all communication messages generated in the group communication interface are synchronized into the project management interface, information redundancy is undoubtedly caused. Therefore, in the embodiment, only the communication messages generated in the group communication interface and partially meeting the set conditions can be synchronized into the project management interface.
Based on this, when a member in the group sends a communication message in the group communication interface, if the communication message meets the set condition, the communication message is added to the project management interface according to the message type of the communication message.
Wherein, optionally, the setting condition may include: the type of the communication message is a set type, and/or the sender of the communication message is a set user.
The type of the set communication message may include, for example: schedules, topics, project schedule reports, meeting summaries, and so forth. The setting user may be, for example, a person in charge of the project.
For example, assuming that a project principal publishes a schedule related to a project within the group communication interface, the schedule is determined to be a communication message satisfying a set condition, and the schedule is added to the project management interface. For another example, assuming that a user issues a meeting summary of a certain day in the group communication interface, the meeting summary is determined to be a communication message satisfying the set condition, and the meeting summary is added to the project management interface.
In fact, when a user posts a communication message in the group communication interface, it can be determined whether the communication message satisfies the set conditions based on the format of the communication message, the included keywords, the source, and other information. For example, the message types of the communication messages that satisfy the set conditions include: meeting summary, project schedule report and schedule, and determining whether the communication message is the meeting summary according to whether the communication message contains the keyword of 'meeting summary'; whether the communication message is a project progress report can be determined according to whether the keyword of the progress report is contained in the communication message and whether the format of the communication message is a document format such as PDF (portable document format), word and the like; whether the communication message is a calendar may be determined based on whether the communication message is from a calendar.
Based on the introduction of the composition of the project management interface in fig. 3, in fact, the communication message meeting the set condition is added to the project management interface, which may be specifically implemented as: and adding the communication message into the message display area corresponding to the corresponding message label according to the message type of the communication message.
For example, it is assumed that the communication message satisfying the set condition includes: message 1-4.19 for product acceptance; message 2-project progress report 4.15-4.19; message 3-what this design does. The three messages respectively correspond to the message tags in fig. 3 as follows: schedule 301, project schedule 302, topic 303. The three communication messages may be correspondingly presented in the message display areas corresponding to the respective three message labels, as shown in fig. 3.
In the above, how the communication messages generated in the group communication interface are synchronized in the project management interface is described, but in practice, the communication messages included in the project management interface may be from communication messages directly created in the project management interface by the user in addition to communication messages generated in the group communication interface.
Based on this, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, a message creation entry may also be included in the project management interface, and in fig. 5, the message creation entry is represented as: the "+" 501 button.
Thus, the procedure for creating a communication message through the message creation portal is as follows:
responding to the triggering operation of the message creation entrance, and displaying a message type selection interface, wherein the message type selection interface comprises a plurality of message types;
responding to the selection operation of the multiple message types, and displaying a message creation interface corresponding to the selected message type;
and adding the communication message created in the message creation interface to the project management interface, or adding the communication message created in the message creation interface to the project management interface and the group communication interface.
Optionally, the plurality of message types included in the message type selection interface may correspond to a plurality of message tags included in the project management interface, for example, if the project management interface includes several message tags of a schedule, a project schedule, a topic, and a meeting summary, then correspondingly, as shown in fig. 6, the message type selection interface may include several message type options of a schedule 601, a project schedule 602, a topic 603, and a meeting summary 604. In addition, optionally, corresponding to each message type, profile content corresponding to each message type may be displayed in association, and the profile content is used for explaining what kind of message creation may be performed after the corresponding message type option is selected.
The user may select a message type required by the user from a plurality of message types based on the user's needs, and assuming that the user selects an option of the meeting summary 604, a message creation interface as shown in fig. 7 may be displayed based on the selection operation of the user, and optionally, a prompt text of a meeting summary input area 701 and a "please input the meeting summary" 702 may be included in the message creation interface, and the user may input the content of the meeting summary in the meeting summary input area 701.
The communication message created in the message creation interface can be added to the project management interface on one hand and can also be added to the group communication interface on the other hand, so that the group members can know the communication message created through the project management interface.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a certain project is created, on one hand, a project management interface corresponding to the project may be generated, and information related to the project is organized and managed in the project management interface; on the other hand, a group corresponding to the project, namely a group consisting of persons related to the project, can also be generated. Therefore, the switching between the project management interface and the group communication interface can be realized, the communication messages which are generated in the group communication interface and meet the set conditions can be synchronized into the project management interface, and the communication messages related to the projects can be directly created in the project management interface. Based on the method, the daily communication requirements of project members are met, and automatic, intelligent and efficient management of project related information is realized.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, which may include the following steps:
801. and responding to the project creating operation, and generating a group corresponding to the project.
802. A communication message sent by a member of the group within the group communication interface is received.
803. And responding to the operation of converting the communication message into the topic triggered by the communication message, and converting the communication message into the topic.
804. And acquiring a response message corresponding to the communication message, and displaying the communication message and the response message thereof in a centralized manner in the group communication interface.
The communication messages displayed in the group communication interface are generally displayed in sequence according to the sequence of the generation time of the communication messages. However, in practical applications, there may be situations where: after a user wants to inquire the opinions of other members in the group about an event, after the user sends out a corresponding communication message, the communication messages sequentially generated in the group communication interface may include response messages corresponding to the communication message (i.e., opinions made by the other members in the group about the event) and may also include messages unrelated to the communication message, and the response messages and the unrelated messages are sequentially displayed according to respective generation times, so that the response messages and the unrelated messages may have the effect of being displayed together in a crossed manner, and the communication message and the response messages thereof cannot be clearly distinguished by the members in the group.
Therefore, the embodiment provides a solution for converting the communication message into the topic. The process of communication message conversion to topic is more intuitively understood in conjunction with fig. 9.
Assume that a user has posted a communication message in the group communication interface illustrated in fig. 9: how this design looks 901. The user may then trigger a convert to topic operation on the communication message based on which the communication message may be marked as converted to topic. Alternatively, a card may be generated and the communication message displayed within the card, thereby indicating that the communication message is turned into a topic. In practical application, the specific implementation manner of the operation of converting into the topic may be various, for example, the communication message may be selected, the invoked operation item list includes the operation item of "converting into the topic", and the user selects the operation item to convert the communication message into the topic; for another example, an independent "transfer topic" button may be set in the group communication interface, and the user may select the communication message and then click the button to transfer the communication message into a topic; for another example, in some scenarios, the user may speak voice to turn the communication message into a topic. Illustrated in fig. 9 is the manner in which the list of action items is evoked, including: turning to the operation item of the topic 902, the operation item list may further include operation items such as reply, copy, forward, and the like. The user clicks the operation item of topic conversion 902 to convert the corresponding communication message into the topic.
After the communication message 901 is generated, one or more response messages corresponding to the communication message may be generated. Alternatively, it may be identified whether the subsequently generated communication message is a response message to the communication message 901 as follows: when a user wants to respond to the communication message, he or she may click the reply operation item in the operation item list as illustrated in fig. 9, and then input a response message in the displayed reply content input area, thereby establishing a correspondence relationship between the communication message 901 and the response message, and based on the correspondence relationship, may obtain each response message corresponding to the communication message 901.
Of course, it may also be determined whether a certain communication message is a response message of the communication message 901 based on whether a certain keyword corresponding to the communication message 901 is contained in a subsequently generated communication message, for example, if the certain communication message generated in a later time includes the keyword "design", the certain communication message is considered as the response message of the communication message 901.
In fig. 9, it is assumed that the response message corresponding to the communication message 901 includes the following two: introducing the goals 903 of this design below, the design is less concise and striking 904.
Then, as shown in fig. 9, after the communication message 901 is turned into a topic, the communication message 901 and its response message, such as two response messages 903 and 904, can be displayed in a centralized manner in the group communication interface as the response message corresponding to the communication message is continuously generated.
Wherein, optionally, as shown in fig. 9, collectively displaying a certain communication message turned into a topic and its response message, may be implemented as: after a card 905 corresponding to the communication message is generated, the communication message 901 and the response messages 903 and 904 are displayed in the card. As shown in fig. 9, a card 905 may include two regions arranged one above the other, a communication message 901 may be displayed in the upper first region, and response messages 903 and 904 may be displayed in the lower second region.
In addition, optionally, the communication message 901 turned into the topic may also support a forwarding operation, so that, in response to the forwarding operation on the communication message 901, the communication message 901 or the card 905 may be forwarded to a corresponding user, and at this time, the corresponding user may be a member in the group or may not be a member in the group.
Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment, the convenient discussion of the same event by a plurality of users can be realized.
In addition, it is worth explaining that what is illustrated in fig. 9 is a case where the user manually triggers the "topic switching" operation. In fact, the topic transferring operation triggered by a communication message can be triggered manually or automatically based on the recognition that the communication message meets the topic transferring condition. Wherein, the topic transferring condition can be: the communication message contains keywords related to the items, and the number of response messages of the communication message is equal to or larger than a set threshold value. That is, if a communication is related to a project and causes wide participation in discussions by members of the project, the communication may be automatically turned into a topic.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, which may include the following steps:
1001. and responding to the project creating operation, and generating a group corresponding to the project.
1002. And responding to the item member viewing operation triggered by the item, and displaying an item member introduction interface, wherein the item member introduction interface comprises a plurality of member classification labels.
1003. And responding to the selection operation of the various member classification labels, and displaying the member information corresponding to the selected member classification labels.
During the development of a research and development project by an enterprise, a project principal or other manager may want to know the human costs invested in the development process of the project. For this reason, the present embodiment provides a solution for viewing the project members, i.e., the group members.
As mentioned above, the project principal or other manager may not be a member of the group, that is, the group does not include the project principal or other manager who only subscribes (or otherwise focuses on) the project. That is, a list of items may be included in an interface in the instant messaging application of the project principal or other manager, including items of interest to the project principal or other manager.
The subscription of a project principal or other managers to a certain project can be realized by the following modes: in the project creating stage, a creator sets the subscriber information of the project as a project principal or other managers; alternatively, the project principal or other manager adds the name of the project to be subscribed to in the project list autonomously, and the project principal or other manager can also hand over the project to other people, so that the handed-over person subscribes to the project and the project principal or other manager does not subscribe to the project any more.
Of course, in addition to the setting of the item subscriber information at the item creation stage, the setting of the item subscriber information may be performed at any stage after the item is created. The setting of the item subscriber information comprises the addition and the change of an item principal or other managers.
One process of viewing project members is illustrated below in conjunction with FIG. 11.
Optionally, a portal to view project members may be included in the project management interface. A button, such as a person in charge name (exemplified by Zhang III in the figure) and the current total number of members (exemplified by 8 persons in the figure), and a project member view portal- ">" 1102 may be included in the project management interface as illustrated in FIG. 11.
When the user clicks 1102 this button to trigger a project member review operation, a project member introduction interface may be displayed that includes a variety of member category labels. The various member classification tags indicate that different dimensions of statistics can be performed on the project members. The member classification labels in two dimensions, role statistics 1103 and scale statistics 1104, are illustrated in fig. 11.
The role statistics 1103 is used for counting the project members corresponding to different roles according to the roles of the members; scale statistics 1104 the role of the membership category labels is to count the number of members in the project at different times.
For example, in fig. 11, assuming that the user selects the member classification label of the role statistics 1103, three roles such as technical development, designer, and product manager and the number of members corresponding to each role can be displayed. When the user further clicks a certain role, a list of project members corresponding to the selected role may be displayed. For example, the user selects the role of designer and displays the names of two designers, namely lie four and king five.
For another example, in fig. 11, assuming that the user selects the member classification label of the scale statistics 1104, a curve may be displayed, in which the horizontal axis represents time and the vertical axis represents the total number of the item members corresponding to different times. When a user clicks a certain time point, an item member list corresponding to the time can be displayed, for example, when the user clicks the certain time point, the corresponding item member list includes names of three, four, five, and six.
Fig. 12 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, which may include the following steps:
1201. and responding to the project creating operation, and generating a group corresponding to the project.
1202. And determining a project evaluation index corresponding to the project.
1203. An item evaluation index is provided to a particular user subscribing to the item.
Wherein the particular user may be the project leader or other manager as mentioned above.
In practice, a project leader or other manager (such as a company leader) may want to know about some other aspect of the progress of the project in addition to the project membership as mentioned in the embodiment of FIG. 10. In this embodiment, some evaluation indexes are provided to measure the progress of the project.
These item evaluation indicators may include, for example: liveness, message read rate, message reply rate, etc.
The activity may be determined, for example, as follows: determining the time length of the newly added communication message in the project management interface of the project in the set time period, determining the ratio of the time length of the newly added communication message to the set time period, setting the threshold values reflecting different activity degrees of the project, and determining the activity degree of the project by comparing the ratio with the threshold values of the activity degrees.
In practical applications, the set time period may be a total number of days N that have passed since the date of creation of the project to the current date. Therefore, determining the duration of the newly added communication message in the project management interface of the project in the set time period can be implemented as: determining a number of days M for which new communication messages are to be added to the project management interface within the N days. Thus, the above ratio can be expressed as: and K is M/N, and the activity of the item is determined by comparing K with the threshold value of each activity degree. For example, if K is greater than a preset value a, the activity of the item is determined to be very active, for example, if K is greater than b and less than a, the activity of the item is determined to be generally active, for example, if K is less than b, the activity of the item is determined to be inactive, and a is greater than b.
Of course, the set time period may be a preset number of days before the current date, and the like.
The message read rate is used for measuring the reading condition of the communication message published in the group communication interface by the group members. Assuming that a user issues a communication message in the group communication interface, assuming that there are 10 people in the group, if 8 people read the communication message, the message read rate of the communication message is 80%. The message read rates corresponding to the projects can be obtained by calculating, for example, the average value of the message read rates corresponding to the plurality of communication messages issued in the group communication interface.
The message reply rate is used for measuring the condition that a communication message sent by a specific user in the group is replied/read, and the specific user can be set as a project responsible person. Assuming that the project responsible person publishes a communication message in the group communication interface, there are 10 persons in the group, and if 6 persons read or reply to the communication message, the message reply rate of the communication message is 60%.
It will be appreciated that each communication in the group communication interface may be associated with indicia of whether it was read, for example, if 10 people in the group, 6 of whom have read a communication, the communication may be associated with words showing "6 people read" and/or "4 people unread".
In this embodiment, the specific user subscribing to the project may refer to a specific participant in the project, such as a project principal, or may refer to another manager who does not participate in the project, such as a company leader. The particular user may or may not be in the group to which the item corresponds. The subscription of the particular user to one or more items means that the particular user is interested in the one or more items, and the attention may be embodied as adding the one or more items to an item list of the instant messaging application program, and the item list may be located in an address book.
Based on this, the viewing process of the progress of the project is more intuitively understood below in connection with FIG. 13.
In fig. 13, assume that a user has two items of interest in his address book: when the item a and the item B initiate a query operation of item progress, a item progress interface as shown in fig. 13 may be displayed, in which the item evaluation indexes corresponding to the item a and the item B are presented. Wherein, the activity corresponding to the item A is as follows: very actively, the message read rate corresponding to item a is: 78%, the message reply rate corresponding to item a is: 90 percent. The activity corresponding to the item B is as follows: generally, the message reading rate corresponding to the item B is as follows: 85%, the message reply rate corresponding to item B is: 99 percent.
Through the solutions provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 10 and fig. 12, a query interface is provided for a manager of a project, so that the manager can query the macro progress of the project.
Fig. 14 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 14, the method may include the following steps:
1401. a communication message issued within a group communication interface is received.
1402. And responding to the operation of converting the communication message into the topic triggered by the communication message, and converting the communication message into the topic.
1403. And responding to the forwarding operation of the communication message, and forwarding the communication message to the corresponding user, wherein the corresponding user is a member in the group or not.
The communication method provided by the embodiment can be applied to any group communication scene.
In practice, the act of transferring to a topic may be triggered manually, or automatically, by recognizing that the communication message meets the conditions for transferring to a topic.
Wherein, converting the communication message into a topic can be realized as: and generating a card corresponding to the communication message, and displaying the communication message in the card.
In addition, optionally, the topic may also be forwarded to other users, and the other users may or may not be members in the group. Therefore, in response to the forwarding operation of the communication message turned into the topic, the communication message or the card can be forwarded to the corresponding user. Based on this, the corresponding user can edit the response message in the card, i.e. add its own response message, or the corresponding user replies the response message to the group communication interface.
Since the response information corresponding to the communication message which has been converted to the topic is generated in the group communication interface, the response message corresponding to the communication message can be acquired, and the communication message and the response message can be displayed in a concentrated manner in the group communication interface.
Wherein, optionally, the communication message and the response message are displayed in a centralized manner, which may be implemented as: and displaying the communication message and each corresponding response message in the generated card corresponding to the communication message.
The communication method provided in this embodiment may be further applied to the project management scenario provided in the foregoing embodiment, in which a group corresponding to a project is generated when the project is created, so that the group communication interface in the foregoing step may be a group communication interface corresponding to the project, and after the project is created, a project management interface corresponding to the project is also automatically generated.
Based on the above, the communication message and the response message thereof converted into the topic can be collectively displayed in the project management interface corresponding to the group communication interface. In addition, optionally, an entry of the project management interface may be included in the group communication interface, so that, in response to a trigger operation on the entry of the project management interface included in the group communication interface, the project management interface is displayed, and thus, the communication message converted into the topic and the response message thereof may be viewed in the project management interface.
For parts not described in this embodiment, reference may be made to descriptions in the foregoing other embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 15 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, which may include the following steps:
1501. and adding the items subscribed by the user into the item list.
1502. And determining a project evaluation index corresponding to the project in response to the operation of viewing the progress of the project by the user.
1503. And displaying the item evaluation index.
As described in other embodiments above, at the time a project is created or at any stage after the creation is completed, the creator may set a user who subscribes to the project, who may not be a member of the project but may only be concerned about the progress of the project, i.e. a project leader or other manager as described above, such as a company leader. At this time, the created item information such as the item name may be automatically sent to the instant messaging application of the subscribing user, and the instant messaging application adds the item information to the subscribed item list.
Of course, a user who wants to subscribe to a certain item may also add the item information autonomously in his own instant messaging application.
When the user wants to check the progress of one or more subscribed items at a certain time, the progress check operation can be triggered on the one or more items. In fact, an operation item for the user to trigger the progress viewing operation may be set in the interface including the item list in the instant messaging application.
Therefore, based on the progress viewing operation triggered by the user on a certain project, the project evaluation index of the project can be determined and displayed.
Optionally, determining a project evaluation index corresponding to the project may be implemented as: determining the duration of newly-added communication messages in the project management interface of the project within a set time period; determining the ratio of the time length of the newly added communication message to the set time period; and determining the activity of the project according to the comparison result of the ratio and the threshold values reflecting different activity degrees of the project.
Optionally, determining a project evaluation index corresponding to the project may be implemented as: and determining the read rate of the message corresponding to the project according to the read quantity of the group members of each communication message issued in the group communication interface corresponding to the project.
Optionally, determining a project evaluation index corresponding to the project may be implemented as: and determining the message reply rate corresponding to the project according to the reply quantity of the communication messages issued by the specific user in the group communication interface corresponding to the project by the group members.
Based on the described several project evaluation indexes, optionally, after the project is created, a project management interface and a group corresponding to the project may be generated, and the group communication interface corresponds to the group. One or more evaluation indexes reflecting the progress condition of the project can be obtained through the statistical condition of the communication messages generated in the project management interface and the group communication interface.
For parts not described in this embodiment, reference may be made to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 12, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 16 is a flowchart of another communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 16, the method may include the following steps:

1603. And responding to the selection operation of the various member classification labels, and displaying the member information corresponding to the selected member classification labels.
Wherein, the above-mentioned multiple member classification labels include the following two labels that statistics dimension corresponds: role statistical dimension, scale statistical dimension.
For parts not described in this embodiment, reference may be made to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 10, which is not described herein again.
