These functional entities may be implemented in software or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are exemplary only and not necessarily all steps are included. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The information processing method includes the steps of:
step S110: and responding to the condition that the first user is in an online state in the client, acquiring identity tag information of a friend user of the first user, wherein the identity tag information comprises a group member tag and a group length tag.
In particular, the client may be deployed in the user device in the form of an application, applet, web page, or the like. In the present application, the clients may be social and/or shopping class clients to provide social and/or shopping services to the user.
Specifically, when a user logs into a client (and keeps the front-end or background active), the user may be marked as online. When a user exits a client, the user may be marked as offline. Thus, it can be determined that each user is in an online state or an offline state through the status flag of the user.
Specifically, step S110 may be triggered to be performed by the user login client.
Specifically, in step S110, only the identity tag information of the friend user of the first user in the online state may be obtained, so as to improve the obtaining efficiency of the tag information.
Specifically, the group member tag and the group length tag are used for marking identity information of a user in community group purchase. The group length is a user initiating community group purchase, and the group member is a user referring to community group purchase. Multiple community group purchases can be initiated by the same group owner. The same group member can also participate in group purchases of a plurality of communities. Further, the same user can be the group length of the community group purchase A and the group member of the community group purchase B. The application is not limited in this regard.
Step S120: based on the communication function of the client, at least one entrance of a chat group is created for the first user, wherein the chat group comprises a first chat group and/or a second chat group, members of the first chat group comprise the first user and friend users with the group member labels in an online state, and members of the second chat group comprise the first user and friend users with the group member labels in an online state.
Specifically, when the client is a social class client, it has a social communication function itself. When the client is a shopping client, the shopping client generally provides a communication channel such as communication with a merchant, communication with a platform, and the like, so that the shopping client generally has a communication function.
Thus, the client-based communication function can create chat groups for users.
In particular, the created chat group may be, for example, a temporary chat group that is created in response to a user being online and released in response to the user being offline. Thus, the server of the client does not need to store the member information and chat information of the temporary chat group for a long time.
Specifically, when the first user has a group length tag, a first chat group may be created for the first user, where members of the first chat group include the first user and a group member in an online state (and in a friend relationship with the first user) participating in community group purchases initiated by the first user. When the first user has a group member tag, a second chat group can be created for the first user, and the members of the second chat group can comprise the first user and the group length of each community group purchase participated by the first user (and the group length is in a friend relationship with the first user). Further, when the first user has both the group length tab and the group member tab, a first chat group and a second chat group may be created for the first user simultaneously. Meanwhile, when the friend user of the first user has a group member tag and a group length tag, the friend user is used as a member of the first chat group and the second chat group at the same time.
Further, in the current chat group, members of the chat group of each user are identical, for example, for chat group a, members thereof include user a, user B and user C, and in the display of chat group a of user a, user B and user C, members thereof are completely identical, and all members thereof include user a, user B and user C. In some embodiments of the present application, members of the chat group of each user are configured differently, but can correspond to each other, due to the difference in identity tag information. In connection with fig. 6, when user a with a group tag comes online, a first chat group a may be created for user a, and user B and user C in an online state and with a group tag join the first chat group a. While for user C, who is already online, when it has a group member tag (group B), the server has established a second chat group a for it, the members in the second chat group a comprising user D (group B), user E (group C). When the first chat group a is created for the user a, the user a may be added to the second chat group a of the user C to achieve the correspondence of the members. Thus, the member composition of the first chat group A of user A is completely different from the member composition of the second chat group A of the member of the first chat group A (user C), and there is virtually no chat group in user C that is completely the same as the member composition of one chat group A of user A unless the other members of one chat group A of user A are the bulk of user C.
Specifically, the step S110 may further include acquiring packet tag information of the friend user of the first user. Thereby facilitating grouping of chat groups. Each piece of grouping label information in the created chat group corresponds to a chat group. In some embodiments, the grouping information may be placed in order of community group purchases. For example, each community group purchase order may correspond to a piece of grouping information. In other words, each community group purchase order may correspond to a chat group. In other embodiments, the grouping information may be the type of merchandise purchased by the community group purchase. For example, the grouping information may include fruits, vegetables, poultry, cattle and sheep, and each category may correspond to a chat group. The grouping information can be determined according to the commodity type of historical community group purchase. Therefore, chat groups are grouped through grouping information, so that the group owner can communicate with the group owner in a targeted manner. Furthermore, the grouping information can intelligently realize chat group classification without the need of users to select friend users to establish and classify chat groups.
In particular, the chat portal of the established chat group may be displayed in a chat list. Further, the chat portal of the established chat group may be displayed in a set area of the chat list to distinguish from other chat portals.
In the information processing method provided by the application, the first chat group and/or the second chat group are automatically created for the group owner and the group member through the online state of the user at the client and the identity tag information, the group owner and the group member can carry out temporary communication through the established first chat group and/or second chat group, the group owner can simultaneously send communication information to all online group members through the first chat group, and the group member can also receive the communication information sent by the group owner through the second chat group, so that the group owner and the group member can communicate and communicate conveniently.
In some embodiments, the identity tag information of the friend user of the first user is configured by the first user. Thus, the user can configure the identity tag information of his friends by himself. The label setting of the identity label information is more flexible.
In some variations, the configuration may also be performed automatically for the identity tag information of the friend user of the first user, as shown in fig. 2, where fig. 2 shows a flowchart for configuring the identity tag information of the friend user of the first user according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 provides for the following steps:
step S101: at least one historical group purchase order of the first user is obtained.
Step S102: and configuring identity tag information of the friend user of the first user according to the identity identifiers of the first user and the friend user of the first user in the acquired historical group purchase order.
Therefore, the application can configure the identity tag information of the friend user based on the historical group purchase order of the user through the steps S101 to S102. For example, user A's historical group purchase orders include order A and order B. In order A, user A is the group, and friend users B and C are group members, so that group member labels can be configured for friend users B and C. In order B, user A is a group member, and friend user D is a group length, and then a group length label can be configured for user D. In order B, user A is a group member, and friend user B is a group leader, so friend user B can have both group member labels and group leader labels.
Further, in the embodiment of setting the packet tag information, the identity tag information may be configured only for the buddy user. In the label with the grouping label information, the grouping label information of the friend user can be configured based on the order identification and the commodity type of the historical group purchase order.
After providing the chat portal of the chat group to the first user, the first user may enter the chat group through the chat portal and send a communication message to the users in the chat group.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a flow chart of a first communication message sent by a first user in the first chat group in accordance with an embodiment of the application. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S130: a first communication message sent by the first user in the first chat group is received.
Step S140: the first communication message is sent to a member of a first chat group of the first user.
Specifically, user a (group a) acts as a first user, and when he sends a first communication message (message a) in a first chat group a, chat interface 210 of the chat group at user a is schematically shown in fig. 7. Further, the first communication message may be caused to be displayed in a second chat group of a user receiving the first communication message, and the first communication message may be invisible to other members in the second chat group of the user receiving the first communication message. In connection with interface 220 of fig. 8, when user a (group a) sends message a in a first chat group a, in a second chat group a of member user C of the first chat group a, it is shown that user a sent message a. In the second chat group a of user C, the message a is not visible to other members (user D) in the second chat group a of user C. Thus, in the above manner, since there is no association between the user D and the user a, and the message a transmitted by the user a is not transmitted to the user D, even if the message a is displayed in the second chat group a of the user C, the user D of the second chat group a does not see the message a. Further, because user C is located in user D's first chat group B, and user D's first chat group B does not have user A, message A is not passed to user D's first chat group B (e.g., interface 230 of FIG. 11) even though message A is displayed in user C's second chat group A.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a flow chart of feeding back a first communication message according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S150: first feedback information of a user receiving the first communication message associated with the first communication message in a second chat group of the user is obtained.
Step S160: the first feedback information is displayed in a first chat group of the first user and in a second chat group of the user who sent the first feedback information, and the first feedback information is invisible to other members in the second chat group.
As shown in fig. 8, when user C receives message a sent by user a in his second chat group a and user C replies to message B (as first feedback information) in the form of associated message a in his second chat group a, message B is displayed in the chat interface of user a's first chat group a, such as interface 220 shown in fig. 9, and message B is not displayed in the first chat groups of other members in second chat group a (such as fig. 11). It is because message B is feedback for message a that other members of the second chat group a need not learn of message B and thus need not be displayed in the other members' first chat group.
Further, after receiving the message a sent by the user a in the second chat group a, the user C does not feed back the message a in the form of a reply, as shown in fig. 10, and sends the message C unassociated with the message a in the second chat group a. Message C will be displayed not only in the first chat group a of user a but also in the first chat group B of user D, as in fig. 11. Since the message C is not associated with the message a, the message C corresponds to information that the user C wants to send to each group, and thus the message C will be displayed in the first chat group of each group of the second chat group a.
In some embodiments, the first communication message may be a group purchase request message. The group purchase request message may include a reference group control. The first feedback information may be generated based on an operation of the parameter group control. For example, after receiving the group purchase request message (message a), the user C selects the "reference group" button in message a to generate first feedback information, that is, a message to participate in the group purchase (message B). Therefore, the automatic collection of the parameter group information in the first chat group by the group is facilitated, and the group information does not need to be counted and collected by the group according to the chat information.
Further, the group purchase request message may further include a cancel reference group control. And the group cancellation control is in an operable state within the effective time of the group purchase request. Specifically, after participating in the group purchase, the user can cancel the reference group by operating the reference group cancel control at an effective time (such as 6 hours, 1 day, 2 days) or the like. The above operations may be set according to the device in which the client is located. For example, for a device with a touch screen, the above-described operation may be a point touch/gesture operation; for a device to which a mouse is connected, the above operation can be performed by clicking the left/right button of the mouse. The present application may implement more variations, and will not be described in detail herein.
Further, when the number of the first feedback information based on the group purchase request message reaches a set number of people threshold and/or the effective time of reaching the group purchase request message, a group purchase order is generated based on the group purchase message. Specifically, when the number of people participating in group is determined to reach the lowest number of group purchase or the current time reaches the effective time of the group purchase request message, a group purchase order can be automatically generated, the group purchase number and the group purchase information do not need to be counted by a group owner, and the group owner does not need to place a list by the group owner, so that the group owner can place a list for group purchase conveniently, and the group purchase experience of the group owner and the group owner is improved.
Referring now to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates a flow chart of a first communication message sent by a first user in the second chat group in accordance with an embodiment of the application. Fig. 5 shows the following steps in total:
step S170: and receiving a second communication message sent by the first user in the second chat group.
Step S180: and sending the second communication message to a member in a second chat group of the first user.
Specifically, the above steps are similar to user C sending message C in his second chat group A. Message C will be displayed in the first chat group of each group of the second chat group a.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementations of the information processing method of the present application, and each implementation may be implemented independently or in combination, and the present application is not limited thereto. Further, the flow chart of the present application is merely illustrative, and the execution order of steps is not limited thereto, and the splitting, merging, sequential exchange, and other synchronous or asynchronous execution of steps are all within the scope of the present application.
