Background
The collar loop is commonly arranged on the collar part of the wind coat, extends along the direction around the neck, and is connected with the collar at two ends, and at least one end of the collar loop is detachably connected with the collar, such as buckling and bonding. The common structure of the irregular collar loop is similar to a quadrangle, and in the wearing state that the two ends are connected with the collar, the four sides of the irregular collar loop comprise two end sides, a top side close to the chin of a wearer and a bottom side opposite to the top side, the bottom side is in a downward convex arc shape or a fold line shape, and the lowest point of the downward convex is positioned at the top fly; the top surface is linear or downward convex arc. The radian of the top edge and the bottom edge and the rule flattening sliding range of the broken line mainly determine the production quality of the collar loop.
The use of the clothing template is helpful for improving the sewing efficiency and the consistency of products, and the basic use method comprises the steps of clamping the cut pieces between the concave parts of the template and the shaping pressing plate, and pushing the cut edges of the cut pieces to be folded inwards so as to determine the shape of the large surface of the sewing workpiece. Shaping pressing plates such as a CN208023216U pointed cone pocket template and a CN208023212U mouse pocket template, wherein the width of the drawing outlet of the shaping pressing plate is fixed to the width of the shaping pressing plate, and the following problems exist in the production of collar loops by the above structure: if the shaping pressing plate with the same width is used as a template component, the top edge or the bottom plate of the semi-finished product of the collar loop produced by the template is in an opening shape, and the follow-up supplementary sewing is needed. The quality of the supplementary sewing stitch varies due to the skill level difference of the sewing operators; and the length of the top edge or the bottom edge is longer than that of the end edge, which directly leads to the reduction of the production efficiency of the complementary sewing.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the irregular collar template comprises two removable laminated collar template groups 1, wherein the collar template groups 1 comprise a bottom plate layer 11 and a shaping pressing plate 12, and the laminated surface of the bottom plate layer 11 is provided with a positioning concave 111 and a drawing plate groove 112; the shaping pressing plate 12 is removably embedded in the positioning recess 111 and the drawing plate groove 112;
the positioning recess 111 is provided with a stitch groove 113 penetrating the plate thickness; the positioning recess 111 has a collar bottom side wall 11a and a collar top side wall 11b opposite in a first direction (as in any one direction of double arrow in fig. 1), and a side wall narrowing opening 11c between the collar bottom side wall 11a and the collar top side wall communicates with the drawing board groove 112 in the same layer; the shaped platen 12 includes at least two unit plates a side by side in a first direction; the drawing plate groove 112 accommodates the unit plate a to be sequentially drawn out of the positioning recess 111 through the drawing plate groove 112.
Preferably, the splice between the unit panels a is a seamless splice, i.e. the splice gap is reduced to the minimum size allowed by the splice of the unit panels a, which is advantageous for obtaining a more regular and uniform pressure shaped pressing plate 12. Alternatively, the unit plates a are seamlessly spliced and arranged in the positioning recess 111, or the unit plates a are seamlessly spliced and arranged in the positioning recess 111 and the drawing plate groove 112.
The width of the sidewall narrowed opening 11c in the first direction is smaller than the maximum width of the shaped pressing plate 12, and thus the shaped pressing plate 12 cannot be entirely pulled out. The number of the unit plates a depends on the width and the working efficiency of the side wall narrowing opening 11c, and the specific number can be selected as 2, 3 and 4 … …, wherein the difference between the side wall narrowing opening 11c and the maximum width of the shaping pressing plate 12 is smaller, and the larger the number of the unit plates a is, and the specific number is as follows: the unit board a extracted in advance provides a wider extraction opening for the extraction of the subsequent unit board a; the number of the unit boards a is too large, so that the time for operators to recognize, splice, embed and withdraw the unit boards is longer, which is not beneficial to improving the production efficiency. Therefore, the number of unit plates a should be less controlled on the basis of satisfying the sequential withdrawal.
The unit plate a structure satisfying the sequential withdrawal of the positioning recess 111 via the withdrawal plate groove 112 includes: the width of the cell plate a must be smaller than the width of the sidewall narrowing opening 11c; the side wall narrowing opening 11c is communicated with the drawing plate groove 112 in the same layer, namely, the unit plate a translates and is drawn out of the positioning recess 111, no motion interference exists in the process of sequentially drawing out the unit plate a, the unit plate a is provided with a plate thickness guide surface, and the plate thickness guide surface, the collar bottom side wall 11a and the collar top side wall 11b guide the unit plate a to be drawn out of the positioning recess 111.
In fig. 1, top side wall 11b is used to define the top edge profile of the loop and bottom side wall 11a is used to define the bottom edge profile of the loop. The collar top side wall 11b is a plate thickness plane, and one side edge of the drawing plate groove 112 is overlapped with the extension section of the collar top side wall 11 b; the collar bottom side wall 11a is a plate thickness folded surface, and the folded angle is protruded back to the collar top side wall 11 b. The sidewall of the positioning recess 111 away from the sidewall narrowing opening is the collar end sidewall 11d. The top side wall can be selected to be any shape, such as a plane, a folded surface, an arc surface, etc. (i.e. the end edge of the collar can be selected to be a straight line which is clamped with the top edge of the collar at a right angle and an obtuse angle, or an arc line or a fold line which is concave or convex towards the center of the collar), and the included angle between the top side wall and the top side wall 11b of the figure is slightly larger than 90 degrees. The left loop template group in fig. 1 is embedded with a shaping pressing plate 12, and the right loop template group is not embedded with the shaping pressing plate 12.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, in another embodiment, the unit plate a includes at least one first unit plate a1, and the engagement portion of the first unit plate a1 is removably engaged in the positioning recess 111; the caulking portion has both ends close to and distant from the side wall narrowing opening 11c, and the width close to the opening end is not smaller than the width distant from the side wall narrowing opening end. In the drawing, the engagement portion of the first unit plate a1 is rectangular, and the first unit plate a1 is first pulled out of the positioning recess 111.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, the first unit plate a1 is removably embedded adjacent to the collar top side wall 11 b. The longer side edge of the first unit plate a1 is clamped between the longer side edge of the first unit plate a1 and the inner folded cutting edge of the collar loop, and the first unit plate a1 is prevented from loosening or sliding out towards the drawing plate groove 112 by the static friction force between the cutting piece and the first unit plate a 1. On the contrary, if the first unit board a1 is sandwiched between the two unit boards a, the width of the first unit board a1 at the opening is larger because of the need of providing a wider extraction opening for the subsequent board body, and thus the dead weight of the first unit board a1 is also larger. In the process of folding and stacking the loop template group 1, the sewing groove is an open ring groove arranged along the top side wall 11b, the bottom side wall 11a and the bottom side wall 11a, and two ends of the open ring groove extend to the opening, so that the inner plate body of the open ring sewing needle groove 113 deforms due to dead weight, and because no other limiting structure exists, the friction force between the unit plates a is smaller than that between the cutting plates and the unit plates a, the first unit plate a1 easily loosens or slides out towards the direction of the drawing plate groove 112 in the process, the outline of the large surface of the loop is influenced, an operator is required to expand the loop template group 1, and the unit plates a are spliced again to cover the cutting plates of the loop.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, the unit board a includes a second unit board a2, where the second unit board a2 is sandwiched between two unit boards a, and the second unit board a2 is in concave-convex fit with the unit board a on one side. In the drawing, the shaped pressing plate 12 includes three unit plates a side by side in a first direction, a first unit plate a1 is disposed adjacent to the collar top side wall 11b, and a second unit plate a2 is disposed between the first unit plate a1 and the other unit plate a. As shown in the figure, on the basis of not considering the fabric mouth degree and the opening width, the widths of the first unit plate a1, the second unit plate a2 and the other unit plate a at the opening are respectively L1, L2 and L3, the first unit plate a1 is firstly pulled out, and the opening width for the second unit plate a2 is approximately L1+L2; after the first unit plate a1 and the second unit plate a2 are both pulled away, the width of the opening for accommodating the other unit plate a is approximately l1+l2+l3. In the figure, the unit plates a are sequentially pulled out of the positioning concave according to the sequence of 1, 2 and 3.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the shaping platen 12 is formed by splicing two unit plates a side by side along the first direction, and the unit plates a are sequentially pulled out of the positioning recess in the order of 1 and 2.
The loop sewing method based on the above embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1: the cut piece of the collar tab is clamped between the positioning concave 111 and the shaping pressing plate 12, and the folding cut edge covers the positioning concave 111 to obtain an inner folding cut edge;
s2: laminating two loop face template groups 1, and laminating and trimming;
s3: sequentially extracting the unit plates a through the plate extracting grooves 112 until the unit plates a are separated from the positioning recesses 111;
s4: the two tab faces and the inner folded cut edges of the tab face template group 1 are sewn along the sewing needle groove 113.
The operation of folding the cutting edge to cover the positioning recess 111 in the step S1 can be completed by manual folding.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the overlapping surface of at least one loop template group 1 is provided with a limiting piece 2, and the limiting piece 2 is respectively arranged at two sides of the side wall narrowing opening 11 c. When the unit plate a is drawn out, the limiting piece 2 limits the displacement of the cutting piece along with the unit plate a. The limiting piece 2 supports to form a larger opening size in the thickness direction, so that an operator can conveniently bend and withdraw the unit plates a slightly upwards by using the flexibility of the sheet, the length of the splicing edges and the friction force between the unit plates a are reduced, and the ternary plates can be withdrawn more laborsaving. The limiting piece 2 is a sponge strip in the figure.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-7, the loop template set 1 further comprises a board set 3 removably laminated to the lamination surface, the loop template set 1 being removably laminated by the lamination surface of the board set 3;
the plugboard group 3 comprises a cover board layer 31 and plugboards 32, the plugboard group is provided with a notch 34 penetrating through the board thickness, and the notch 34 is opposite to the positioning recess 111 and the board drawing groove 112 in a lamination manner;
the cover plate layer 31 and the bottom plate layer 11 are clamped with a plugboard channel, a plugboard 32 is arranged in the plugboard channel, and the plugboard 32 pushes and folds the edge of the outer edge of the shaping pressing plate 12 to cover the shaping pressing plate 12.
In the drawing, the insert plate 32 has a first work position and a second work position, the insert plate 32 of the first work position is stacked and faced with the stitch groove 113, and the insert plate 32 of the second work position is offset from the stitch groove 113 in the plate thickness direction. The plugboard channel is formed by enclosing a cover plate layer 31, a bottom plate layer 11 and a fixing piece 33 which is in the same layer as the plugboard 32, and the plugboard 32 translates in the plugboard channel layer to realize the switching of the first station and the second station. Since the plate material constituting the form is a transparent sheet, lines of structural members such as a base plate are shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment, the board 32 includes a first board 321; the translation track of the first plugboard 321 at least partially coincides with the board projection of the collar bottom side wall 11a, that is, the first plugboard 321 is used for pushing and folding the cutting edge at the collar bottom side wall 11 a.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in another embodiment, the neck end side wall 11d of the positioning recess 111 is sandwiched between the neck bottom side wall 11a and the neck top side wall 11b and is away from the side wall narrowing opening 11c;
the insert 32 includes a second insert 322, where the translational track of the second insert 322 at least partially coincides with the panel projections of the top collar sidewall 11b and the end collar sidewall 11d, i.e. the second insert 322 is used for trimming the top collar sidewall 11b and the end collar sidewall 11d. The cutting edges of the collar top side wall 11b and the collar end side wall 11d are pushed and folded into the second plugboard 322, so that pushing and folding actions are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning recess 111 and the shaped pressing plate 12 are both provided with magnetic attraction members 4, and/or friction increasing members 5 are provided in the positioning recess 111. As described above, the inner plate body of the open loop stitch groove 113 deforms due to its own weight, and the magnetic attraction force is beneficial to reducing the relative displacement of the bottom plate layer 11, the shaping pressing plate 12 and the clamped cut piece; the friction increasing piece 5 also increases the friction between the cut pieces and the bottom plate layer 11, and reduces the displacement of the cut pieces. The magnetic attraction piece is a magnetic sheet in the figure, and the sheet is provided with a concave or inner cavity for accommodating the magnetic sheet. The friction increasing piece 5 is a sand skin strip.
Based on the irregular loop template comprising the plugboard group 3, the loop sewing method comprises the following steps:
s1: clamping the cut piece of the collar loop between the positioning concave 111 and the shaping pressing plate 12, translating the first plugboard 321 and the second plugboard 322, and folding the cut edge to cover the positioning concave 111 to form an inner folded edge;
s2: two tab template groups 1 are stacked and horizontally placed on an operation table, and a first plugboard 321 and a second plugboard 322 are accommodated in corresponding plugboard channels in a resetting manner;
s3: sequentially extracting the unit plates a through the plate extracting grooves 112 until the unit plates a are separated from the positioning depressions 111, wherein the sewing needle grooves 113 are only shielded by the tab surfaces and the inward folding cutting edges along the plate thickness direction;
s4: the two tab faces and the inner folded cut edges of the tab face template group 1 are sewn along the sewing needle groove 113.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the scope of the invention.
