The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood as appropriate to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the irregular collar template of the embodiment comprises two removable laminated collar surface template sets 1, wherein each collar surface template set 1 comprises a bottom plate layer 11 and a shaping pressing plate 12, and the laminating surface of the bottom plate layer 11 is provided with a positioning recess 111 and a pulling plate groove 112; the shaping pressing plate 12 is removably embedded in the positioning recess 111 and the plate drawing groove 112;
the positioning recess 111 is provided with a needle slot 113 penetrating the thickness of the plate; the positioning recess 111 has a collar bottom side wall 11a and a collar top side wall 11b opposite to each other along a first direction (as shown by a double-headed arrow in fig. 1), and a side wall narrowing opening 11c between the collar bottom side wall 11a and the collar top side wall is in same-layer communication with the plate drawing groove 112; the sizing press plate 12 includes at least two unit plates a arranged side by side in a first direction; the drawing plate groove 112 receives the unit plates a and the unit plates a are sequentially drawn out of the positioning recess 111 through the drawing plate groove 112.
Preferably, the splicing between the unit plates a is seamless splicing, that is, the splicing gap is reduced to the minimum size allowed by the splicing of the unit plates a, which is beneficial to obtaining the more regular and uniform-pressure shaped pressing plate 12. Optionally, the unit plates a are seamlessly spliced and arranged in the positioning recess 111, or the unit plates a are seamlessly spliced and arranged in the positioning recess 111 and the plate drawing groove 112.
The width of the narrowing opening 11c along the first direction side wall is smaller than the maximum width of the setting platen 12, and therefore the setting platen 12 cannot be entirely removed. The number of the unit plates a depends on the width of the side wall narrowing opening 11c and the working efficiency, the specific number can be selected to be 2, 3 and 4 … …, the difference between the side wall narrowing opening 11c and the maximum width of the sizing press plate 12 is smaller, the larger the number of the unit plates a is, and the specific production process is as follows: the unit plate a extracted in advance provides a wider extraction opening for the extraction of the subsequent unit plate a; if the number of the unit plates a is too large, the time for the operator to recognize, splice, embed and pull out the unit plates is longer, which is not beneficial to improving the production efficiency. Therefore, the number of the unit plates a should be controlled to be reduced on the basis of satisfying the sequential drawing-off.
The structure of the unit plate a satisfying the sequential drawing of the positioning recess 111 through the drawing plate groove 112 includes: the width of the unit plate a is smaller than that of the side wall narrowing opening 11 c; the side wall narrowing opening 11c is communicated with the plate drawing groove 112 in the same layer, namely the unit plates a are horizontally drawn from the positioning recess 111, the unit plates a are not interfered by movement in the sequential drawing process, the unit plates a are provided with plate thickness guide surfaces, and the plate thickness guide surfaces, the collar bottom side wall 11a and the collar top side wall 11b guide the unit plates a to be drawn from the positioning recess 111.
In fig. 1, the top collar side wall 11b is used to determine the top collar edge profile of the collar tab, and the bottom collar side wall 11a is used to determine the bottom collar edge profile of the collar tab. The collar top side wall 11b is a plate thickness plane, and one side of the plate drawing groove 112 is superposed with the extension section of the collar top side wall 11 b; the collar bottom side wall 11a is a plate thickness folded surface, and the folded angle is protruded back to the collar top side wall 11 b. The side wall of the positioning recess 111 remote from the side wall narrowing opening is the leading end side wall 11 d. The top side wall may be in any shape, such as a plane, a folded surface, an arc surface, etc. (i.e. the top edge of the collar tab may be a straight line forming a right angle or an obtuse angle with the top edge of the collar tab, or an arc line or a fold line which is concave or convex towards the center of the collar tab), and the included angle between the top side wall and the top side wall 11b in the figure is slightly larger than 90 °. In fig. 1, a shaping pressing plate 12 is embedded in the plate set of the left loop surface in the drawing, and a shaping pressing plate 12 is not embedded in the plate set of the right loop surface.
2-3, in another embodiment, the cell plate a comprises at least one first cell plate a1, the scarf joint of the first cell plate a1 is removably embedded in the positioning recess 111; the caulking portion has both ends close to and apart from the side wall narrowing opening 11c, and the width close to the opening end is not smaller than the width apart from the side wall narrowing opening end. The insertion portion of the first unit board a1 is rectangular, and the first unit board a1 is first pulled out of the positioning recess 111.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, first cell plate a1 can be removably inserted adjacent to the side of collar top sidewall 11 b. The longer side edge of the first unit plate a1 is clamped between the cut edge of the inward folded collar tab, and the static friction force between the cut piece and the first unit plate a1 is utilized to prevent the first unit plate a1 from loosening or sliding out towards the plate drawing groove 112. On the contrary, if the first unit board a1 is sandwiched between two unit boards a, since it is necessary to provide a wider drawing-out opening for the subsequent board body, the width of the first unit board a1 at the opening is larger, and therefore the self weight of the first unit board a1 is larger. In the folding and laminating process of the loop panel set 1, the sewing groove is an annular groove arranged along the top side wall 11b of the collar, the bottom side wall 11a of the collar and the bottom side wall 11a of the collar, two ends of the annular groove extend to the opening, so the inner panel body of the annular sewing needle groove 113 can deform due to self weight, and due to no other limit structures, the friction force between the unit panels a is smaller than that between the cut-parts and the unit panels a, the first unit panel a1 is easy to loosen or slide out towards the direction of the panel drawing groove 112 in the process, the outline of the large surface of the loop is influenced, an operator is required to unfold the loop panel set 1, and the splicing unit panel a is spliced again to cover the cut-parts of the loop.
As shown in fig. 2-3, in another embodiment, the cell plate a includes a second cell plate a2, the second cell plate a2 is sandwiched between the two cell plates a, and the second cell plate a2 is in concave-convex fit with the cell plate a on one side in the same layer. In the figure, the sizing press 12 includes three unit plates a side by side in a first direction, a first unit plate a1 disposed adjacent to the top leading sidewall 11b, and a second unit plate a2 disposed between the first unit plate a1 and the other unit plate a. As shown in the figure, on the basis of not considering the material opening degree and the opening width, the widths of the first unit plate a1, the second unit plate a2 and the other unit plate a at the opening are respectively L1, L2 and L3, the first unit plate a1 is drawn out, and the width of the opening for drawing out the second unit plate a2 is approximately L1+ L2; after the first unit board a1 and the second unit board a2 are both pulled away, the width of the opening for pulling away the other unit board a is approximately L1+ L2+ L3. In the figure, the unit plates a are sequentially drawn out of the positioning depressions according to the sequence of 1, 2 and 3.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the shaping platen 12 is formed by splicing two unit plates a arranged side by side along the first direction, and the unit plates a are sequentially drawn out of the positioning recesses according to the sequence 1 and 2.
The collar sewing method based on the above embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1: clamping the collar cut piece between the positioning recess 111 and the shaping pressing plate 12, and folding the cutting edge to cover the positioning recess 111 to obtain an inner folding cutting edge;
s2: laminating the two loop surface template groups 1, and laminating and cutting edges;
s3: sequentially extracting the unit plates a through the plate extracting grooves 112 until the unit plates a are separated from the positioning recesses 111;
s4: and sewing the loop surfaces and the inward-folded cutting edges of the two loop surface template sets 1 along the sewing needle groove 113.
The operation of folding the cutting edge to cover the positioning recess 111 in S1 can be performed by manual folding.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a limiting member 2 is disposed on the overlapping surface of at least one loop surface template set 1, and the limiting members 2 are disposed on two sides of the sidewall narrowing opening 11 c. When the unit board a is drawn out, the limiting piece 2 limits the displacement of the cutting piece along with the unit board a. The limiting piece 2 supports and forms a larger opening size in the thickness direction, so that an operator can conveniently draw out the unit plates a by bending the sheet upwards slightly in a flexible manner, the length of the spliced side between the unit plates a and the friction force are reduced, and the three-element plate can be drawn out more easily. In the figure, the limiting part 2 is a sponge strip.
As shown in fig. 5-7, in another embodiment, tab face template set 1 further comprises an insert set 3 removably stacked on the lamination surface, tab face template set 1 being removably stacked by the lamination surface of insert set 3;
the plugboard group 3 comprises a cover board layer 31 and plugboards 32, the plugboard group is provided with a notch 34 penetrating the board thickness, and the notch 34 is overlapped and opposite to the positioning recess 111 and the board drawing groove 112;
the cover plate layer 31 and the bottom plate layer 11 are provided with an inserting plate channel, an inserting plate 32 is arranged in the inserting plate channel, and the inserting plate 32 pushes and folds the cutting edge of the outer edge of the shaping pressing plate 12 and folds inwards to cover the shaping pressing plate 12.
In the figure, the insert plate 32 has a first station and a second station which are switchable, the insert plate 32 of the first station is overlapped and opposite to the sewing needle groove 113, and the insert plate 32 of the second station is staggered with the sewing needle groove 113 along the plate thickness direction. The inserting plate channel is formed by enclosing a cover plate layer 31, a bottom plate layer 11 and a fixing piece 33 which is in the same layer with the inserting plate 32, and the inserting plate 32 translates in the middle layer of the inserting plate channel to realize switching between a first station and a second station. Since the plate material constituting the form is a transparent sheet, the lines of the structural members such as the bottom plate are shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment, the board 32 includes a first board 321; the translation track of the first inserting plate 321 is at least partially overlapped with the plate surface projection of the collar bottom side wall 11a, that is, the first inserting plate 321 is used for pushing and folding the cut edge at the collar bottom side wall 11 a.
As shown in fig. 5-6, in another embodiment, the neck end side wall 11d of the positioning recess 111 is sandwiched between the neck bottom side wall 11a and the neck top side wall 11b and away from the side wall narrowing opening 11 c;
the insert plate 32 comprises a second insert plate 322, and a translation track of the second insert plate 322 at least partially coincides with plate projections of the collar top side wall 11b and the collar end side wall 11d, that is, the second insert plate 322 is used for trimming the collar top side wall 11b and the collar end side wall 11 d. The cutting edges of the collar top side wall 11b and the collar end side wall 11d are pushed and folded to be integrated on the second inserting plate 322, so that the pushing and folding actions are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

As described above, the plate body in the open-loop stitch groove 113 is deformed due to its own weight, and the magnetic attraction acting force is beneficial to reducing the relative displacement of the bottom plate layer 11, the shaping pressing plate 12 and the clamped cut pieces; the friction increasing piece 5 also increases the friction between the cut pieces and the bottom plate layer 11, and reduces the displacement of the cut pieces. In the figure, the magnetic part is a magnetic sheet, and the sheet is provided with a recess or an inner cavity for accommodating the magnetic sheet. The friction increasing piece 5 is a sand strip.
Based on the irregular collar template comprising the inserting plate group 3, the collar sewing method comprises the following steps:
s1: clamping the collar cutting piece between the positioning recess 111 and the shaping pressing plate 12, translating the first inserting plate 321 and the second inserting plate 322, and turning over the cutting edge to cover the positioning recess 111 to form an inner folded edge;
s2: two loop surface template groups 1 are stacked and horizontally arranged on an operation table, and a first inserting plate 321 and a second inserting plate 322 are reset and accommodated in corresponding inserting plate channels;
