The nondestructive trenchless adjustable concrete pipe lining shotcrete restoration device of any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the plugging assembly comprises a plugging cover plate and a fixing rod, wherein the bottom of the plugging cover plate is hinged to the second shotcrete port, the top of the fixing rod is hinged to the second shotcrete port, a connecting rod is arranged at the outer end of the plugging cover plate, and the bottom of the fixing rod is detachably connected to the connecting rod.
