The authentication mechanism herein may include, but is not limited to, hospitals, police teams, disabled authentication mechanisms, etc. for obtaining the authentication result of the user based on the physical condition of the user, and the user's behavior, such as the user's medical practice, the user's behavior in case of an accident in a vehicle, etc. The identification result here means an authoritative certification data issued by an identification organization, such as a diagnosis certification, a accountability certification, a disability level certification, and the like.
Since the authentication mechanism device does not belong to a participating node in the blockchain, after the authentication mechanism device obtains the authentication result of the user, the authentication result can be written into the blockchain through the prediction machine, and thus, the insurance mechanism device can obtain the authentication result of the user from the blockchain. The prediction machine is used for writing external information into the block chain to complete data intercommunication between the block chain and the external information. The method allows the determined intelligent contract to react to uncertain external information, is the only way for data interaction between the intelligent contract and the outside, and is also an interface for data interaction between a block chain and the outside.
Thus, by having the certification authority device independent of the blockchain, the authority of the certification authority's data can be guaranteed. In addition, the authentication mechanism equipment only needs to be responsible for obtaining the authentication result of the user in the whole service, and the process of proving the whole claim is not needed, so that the data interaction process of participating in the claim settlement is simplified.
And step 1022, determining a qualitative result of the user according to the identification result.
The qualitative result is conclusion information obtained by the insurance agency device according to the identification result, and is used for judging whether the behavior of the user meets claim terms in the insurance policy purchased by the user. If the qualitative result satisfies the claim terms in the policy purchased by the user, that is, satisfies the claim condition, go to step 1023; if the qualitative result does not satisfy the claim terms in the policy purchased by the user, i.e. does not satisfy the claim condition, the claim process is ended.
And 1023, under the condition that the qualitative result meets the claim settlement condition, acquiring a policy list of the user from a preset database, wherein the preset database is a database on insurance agency equipment and is used for storing policy purchase records, user information and user authorization records.
The policy list refers to a set of all or part of policies that the user purchases and whose qualitative results satisfy the terms of claims. The policy list is obtained from a preset database of the insurance agency device, where the preset database may store policy purchase records, user information, and user authorization records for the user.
And step 1024, pushing the policy list to the client of the user, and receiving a selection result fed back by the client, wherein the selection result is determined by the user based on the policy list.
The insurance agency equipment pushes the obtained policy list to the client of the user, so that the user can check the policy list on the client and select the policy participating in the claim settlement from the policy list. And after the selection result is determined, feeding back the selection result to the safety mechanism equipment.
And step 1025, determining the claim settlement strategy of the user based on the selection result.
After the insurance agency equipment obtains the selection result of the user, a claim settlement strategy is generated according to the selection result and the signature of the user. In this way, the insurance agency device may generate a corresponding fund pool at the consuming agency device based on the claim settlement policy.
In this embodiment, the insurance agency device may interact with the blockchain, the client of the user, the preset database, and the consumption agency device in real time, so as to complete the process of determining the claim settlement policy, so that the time spent in the process of determining the claim settlement policy is reduced, and the efficiency of advance payment by the insurance agency is improved. Meanwhile, the predictive controller obtains the identification result of the equipment of the identification mechanism, and the identification result is used as a data source of the predictive controller and is not a participating node of the block chain, so that the block chain can be prevented from being excessively decentralized, and the authoritative position of the identification mechanism is ensured.
Further, after determining the claim settlement policy of the user based on the selection result in step 1025, the method further comprises:
step 1026, storing the claim settlement strategy in a preset database; and/or encrypting the claim settlement strategy by using the signature of the user, and uploading the encrypted claim settlement strategy to the block chain.
In an embodiment, after the insurance agency device determines the claim settlement policy, the insurance agency device may further store the claim settlement policy in a preset database of the insurance agency device, and/or encrypt the claim settlement policy using a signature of a user, and upload the encrypted claim settlement policy to the blockchain. Therefore, the claim settlement strategy can be managed in a centralized way through the preset database and/or the block chain, and the insurance institution can conveniently check the claim settlement information related to the user.
Further, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the step 103 of generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement policy so that the consuming institution device deducts funds in a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption billing data includes:
screening the consumption bill data according to the claim settlement strategy to obtain screened consumption bill data;
and generating a corresponding fund pool in the consumption mechanism equipment so that the consumption mechanism equipment deducts funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data.
In an embodiment, after obtaining the consumption bill data uploaded by the consumption mechanism device, the insurance mechanism device may filter the consumption bill data according to the claim settlement policy, filter the consumption bill data which do not satisfy the claim settlement policy, and retain the consumption bill data which satisfy the claim settlement policy. For example, if a user's vehicle engine is flooded to cause engine failure, but the user purchases a policy that does not purchase the relevant terms of the vehicle damage, the vehicle's maintenance costs will not comply with the claim policy, and the insurance agency's equipment will filter the vehicle's maintenance costs. Meanwhile, after the insurance agency equipment determines the claim settlement strategy, the claim settlement contract related to the claim settlement strategy on the block chain can be called according to the signature of the user, the amount of money for generating the fund pool is determined according to the obtained claim settlement contract, and the fund pool with the corresponding amount of money is generated on the consumption agency equipment according to the amount of money. Therefore, when the insurance agency equipment obtains the screened consumption bill data, the consumption bill data can be sent to the consumption agency equipment, and the consumption agency equipment can deduct funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data.
In this embodiment, the insurance agency equipment can be used for screening the consumption bill data which do not conform to the claim settlement strategy, so that the rationality of paying funds is ensured, and the economic loss caused by malicious cheating and insurance is avoided.
Further, the step of generating a corresponding fund pool in the consuming institution device so that the consuming institution device deducts funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data includes:
and sending a first request to a fund pool in the consumption mechanism equipment, wherein the first request carries the screened consumption bill data, so that the fund pool deducts funds of the amount corresponding to the screened consumption bill from the fund pool according to the first request.
Specifically, the first request may be an http request, or may be a request in another format, and the application is not particularly limited. The first request carries the screened consumption bill data and is used for requesting the consumption organization equipment to deduct corresponding amount from the fund pool. Specifically, after acquiring the screened consumption bill data, the insurance agency device may send a first request to the consumption agency device, so that after acquiring the first request, the consumption agency device may deduct the amount of money in the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data carried in the first request to complete the advance payment function of the fund.
It should be noted that the insurance agency device may send the first request to the consumption agency device each time new consumption bill data meeting the claim settlement policy is obtained, or may send the first request to the consumption agency device after a preset number of new consumption bill data meeting the claim settlement policy are obtained, which is not limited in this application.
In the embodiment, the insurance institution and the consuming institution can deduct the fund in the fund pool by sending and responding the first request, so that the timeliness of deducting the fund is ensured, and meanwhile, the fund payment between the user and the consuming institution is not required, so that the economic pressure brought to the user is reduced.
Further, after the step of generating a corresponding fund pool at the consuming institution device so that the consuming institution device deducts funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the filtered consumption bill data, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a fund transfer record of the consumption organization equipment, and uploading the fund transfer record to a block chain;
and under the condition of meeting the preset claim settlement end condition, performing fund clearing on the fund pool based on the fund transfer record.
The fund transfer record may include, but is not limited to, fund transfer time, transfer amount, transfer object such as a name of a consuming institution, and the like. The preset claim ending condition may be that funds in the corresponding fund pool are exhausted, or a request for ending the claim is received from a user, and the like, and the present application is not limited specifically.
In one embodiment, the customer device may send the funds transfer record to the insurance agency device after each completed funds deduction. In this way, the insurance agency equipment can receive the fund transfer record, upload the fund transfer record to the block chain, and store the fund transfer record in a unified manner through the block chain. When the preset claim settlement end condition is met, the insurance agency equipment needs to acquire all fund transfer records generated by the fund pool in the block chain and clear the fund for the fund pool. Therefore, the fund transfer record is uploaded to the block chain, so that the fund transfer record can be prevented from being maliciously tampered, the safety and the authenticity of data are effectively guaranteed, the storage space of insurance agency equipment and consumer agency equipment can be greatly saved, and the settlement and reconciliation pressure is reduced.
Further, before determining the claim settlement policy of the user corresponding to the consumption billing data based on the block chain in step 102, the method further includes:
under the condition that the user is detected to purchase insurance, acquiring a policy purchase record, user information and a user authorization record of the user, wherein the user information at least comprises a user signature, and the user authorization record at least comprises an uplink authorization of an authentication result and an uplink authorization of consumption bill data;
uploading the insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record to the block chain, and storing the insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record in a preset database.
In an embodiment, when detecting that a user purchases insurance, the insurance agency device acquires an insurance policy purchase record, user information, and a user authorization record of the user, and uploads the insurance policy purchase record, the user information, and the user authorization record to a block chain and a preset database, so that when a claim settlement policy is determined, the insurance agency device can directly acquire information such as the insurance policy purchase record from the preset database and push the information to a client of the user, and meanwhile, according to the user information and the user authorization record on the block chain, an authentication result and consumption bill data of the user are acquired, so as to ensure generation of a fund pool and deduction of funds in the fund pool. Therefore, in the embodiment, the policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record are stored through the block chain and the preset database, which is beneficial to realizing centralized data management and achieving the purposes of reducing the pressure of computing resources and settling accounts and checking accounts.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flowchart of the insurance claim settlement method based on a blockchain according to the embodiment of the present invention. The insurance claim settlement method based on the block chain is applied to consumption mechanism equipment, and the consumption mechanism equipment is connected with the insurance mechanism equipment, as shown in fig. 2, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 201, sending the consumption bill data to insurance mechanism equipment so that the insurance mechanism equipment determines a claim settlement strategy of a user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain; and generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy.
In particular, the method of the embodiment is applied to consumer facility equipment including, but not limited to, corresponding equipment in an automobile 4S store, a hospital, a pharmacy, and the like. The consumption mechanism device may refer to one device or a plurality of devices, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
In one embodiment, the consumer mechanism device is connected to a safety mechanism device. The insurance agency equipment refers to equipment participating in the insurance agency to complete insurance-related services, and the insurance-related services may include, but are not limited to, insurance policy purchase record uplink, design and draft insurance policy contracts, claim payment, claim data uplink, and the like. When an insured life or an insurance claim object other than the insured life (e.g., a victim in a traffic accident) generates consumption bill data at a consuming institution, such as automobile repair costs generated at an automobile 4S store, costs for purchasing drugs generated at a drug store, treatment costs generated at a hospital, etc., the corresponding consuming institution device may transmit the generated consumption bill data to the insurance institution device. In this way, the insurance mechanism device can obtain relevant service data, such as an authentication result and a policy purchase record corresponding to the user, from the blockchain based on the blockchain, and the insurance mechanism device can determine an optimal claim settlement policy from the policy purchased by the user according to the inclusion or mutual exclusion relationship between the terms of the policy settlement. Of course, as another embodiment, after the insurance agency device acquires the relevant service data on the blockchain, the policy information purchased by the user may be pushed to the user, and the user autonomously determines which policies are triggered to participate in the claims, so as to determine the claim settlement policy. After the insurance institution equipment determines the claim settlement strategy, a claim settlement contract related to the claim settlement strategy on the block chain can be called according to the signature of the user, the amount of money for generating the fund pool is determined according to the obtained claim settlement contract, and the fund pool with corresponding amount is generated on the consumption institution equipment according to the amount of money.
Step 202, deducting funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
The consuming institution device may deduct funds in the corresponding amount from the fund pool based on the generated consumption bill data. In addition, in an embodiment, the consumption institution device may be used as a participating node of the block chain, and upload the consumption bill data with the user signature and the signature of the consumption institution device to the block chain; in another embodiment, the consumption agency device does not act as a participating node in the blockchain, but rather uploads consumption bill data with the user signature and the consumption agency device's own signature to the blockchain through the insurance agency device. When a claim settlement ending condition is met, such as the funds in the fund pool are exhausted, or a user triggers a claim settlement ending request, the claim settlement process is ended, and the consumer mechanism equipment and the insurance mechanism equipment perform fund clearing.
In this embodiment, the consumption organization device may send the consumption billing data to the insurance organization device, so that the insurance organization device determines, based on the blockchain, that the consumption billing data corresponds to the claim settlement policy of the user; and generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy, so that the user does not need to pay funds in advance, and the economic pressure brought to the user is reduced.
Further, the step 202 of deducting the funds of the corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data includes:
receiving a first request sent by insurance agency equipment, wherein the first request carries screened consumption bill data, and the screened consumption bill data is obtained by screening the consumption bill data by the insurance agency equipment according to a claim settlement strategy;
and in response to the first request, deducting funds in a corresponding amount of the filtered consumption bill from the fund pool.
Specifically, the first request may be an http request, or may be a request in another format, and the application is not particularly limited. The first request carries the screened consumption bill data and is used for requesting the consumption organization equipment to deduct corresponding amount from the fund pool. Specifically, after acquiring the first request sent by the insurance agency device, the consuming agency device may deduct the amount of money in the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data carried in the first request, so as to complete the advance payment function of the fund.
In the embodiment, the insurance institution and the consuming institution can deduct the fund in the fund pool by sending and responding to the first request, so that the timeliness of deducting the fund is ensured, and meanwhile, the fund payment between the user and the consuming institution is not required, so that the economic pressure brought to the user is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an insurance claim settlement system based on a block chain according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the block chain-based insurance claim settlement system includes: the system comprises safety mechanism equipment, consumption mechanism equipment and a block chain, wherein the safety mechanism equipment is respectively connected with the consumption mechanism equipment and the block chain; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the insurance agency equipment is used for receiving the consumption bill data uploaded by the consumption agency equipment; determining a claim settlement strategy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain; generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy;
and the consumption mechanism equipment is used for deducting funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
Further, the system also comprises an authentication mechanism device which is independent from other devices outside the blockchain; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
and the authentication mechanism equipment is used for acquiring the authentication result of the user so as to enable the block chain to write the authentication result into the block chain through the prediction machine.
The block chain-based insurance claim settlement system provided by the embodiment of the present invention can implement the embodiments of the block chain-based insurance claim settlement method, which are not described herein again.
In an application example, the insurance claim settlement system based on the block chain may be divided according to functional modules, referring to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a second structural schematic diagram of the insurance claim settlement system based on the block chain provided in the embodiment of the present invention. The insurance claim settlement system based on the block chain comprises the block chain, a data management module, a fund pool and a claim settlement collection. The block chain is used for carrying data generated by insurance claim settlement related services, and can be composed of supervision agency equipment, bank equipment, insurance agency equipment and the like. The fund pool is used for carrying out fund flow of claim settlement activities after the claim settlement contracts take effect. The set of claim contracts includes various claim contracts that the insurance agency has designed in advance according to the business. The data management module comprises an identification data management module, a consumption data management module and an insurance data management module. The identification data management module is used as a presidenting machine on the block chain and is responsible for receiving related identification results, such as accident disability, disability belonging to several levels of disability and the like, and providing external identification result data for the claim settlement contract, so that the claim settlement contract can be reasonably paid. And the consumption data management module is used for acquiring consumption bill data of a user in a consumption organization (such as a pharmacy, an automobile 4S store and the like), linking the consumption bill data which accords with the claim policy according to the claim settlement policy generated by insurance data management, and deducting corresponding amount in the fund pool.
In the process of carrying out insurance claim settlement by using the block chain-based insurance claim settlement system, the method can comprise the following steps:
step 401, the consumption institution device uploads the encrypted consumption bill data of the user through the data management module.
Step 402, the data management module filters out the consumption bill data which do not conform to the claim settlement strategy, and sends the consumption bill data which conform to the claim settlement strategy to the fund pool through an http request.
Step 403, the fund pool receives the http request, deducts corresponding amount from the fund pool, and transfers the fund to the uplink record.
And step 404, when the preset claim settlement end condition is met, the insurance data management module clears the fund pool.
In yet another application example, the insurance data management module includes 4 software development kits SDKs and a central processing module. The insurance data management module can be connected with the preset database, the block chain, the client and the consumption data management module through the 4 SDKs respectively to perform data interaction, as shown in fig. 5. The SDK used for being connected with the preset database can write data such as insurance policy purchase records, user information, user authorization records and the like generated when a user purchases insurance into the preset database, and pull all insurance policies which accord with qualitative results of user behaviors from the preset database when the user pays claims. The SDK used for connecting with the blockchain may upload data such as insurance policy purchase records, user information, and user authorization records generated when the user purchases insurance, to the blockchain, and when the user makes a claim, collectively call corresponding claim settlement contracts from the claim settlement contracts of the blockchain. The SDK is used for being connected with the client, pushing the policy list meeting the claim settlement condition to the client, reading the selection result of the user on the client, sending the selection result and the signature of the user to the central processing module, and generating the claim settlement policy. The insurance data management module can also send the claim settlement strategy to the preset database through the SDK connected with the preset database, so that the related claim settlement insurance takes effect, and related hash values are generated and linked up by combining with the personal signature of the user. And the insurance data management module can also send the claim settlement strategy to consumption data management through an SDK connected with the consumption data management.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a business process when a user purchases insurance. When a user purchases insurance, the user needs to authorize the behavior of the insurance mechanism for circulation of the authentication result and the claim consumption bill data in the system, and after the insurance mechanism signs a relevant insurance agreement with the user, the insurance mechanism writes the insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record into a preset database through insurance data management, encrypts the insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record and then links and stores the encrypted insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of a business process when a user insurance claim is settled, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 701, judging whether a corresponding policy exists. If yes, go to step 602; otherwise, the claim settlement process is ended.
And step 702, event qualification. And (3) carrying out qualitative determination on the behaviors (such as treatment and vehicle accidents) of the user at the equipment of a relevant identification institution (such as a hospital, a traffic police team and the like) to obtain a qualitative result.
And step 703, judging whether the qualitative result meets the claim settlement condition. If yes, go to step 604; otherwise, the claim settlement process is ended.
Step 704, the authentication mechanism equipment links the authentication result. When insurance claims are settled, all policy records which are purchased by a user and meet the claim settlement conditions are pulled from a preset database according to qualitative results to be integrated to obtain a policy list, the policy list is pushed to a client, and a corresponding claim settlement strategy is generated according to selection results of the user.
Step 705, the insurance data management module generates a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement policy.
Step 706, the consuming institution device links the consumption bill data and interacts with the fund pool through consumption data management.
And step 707, when a preset claim settlement ending condition (such as the fund pool is exhausted) is met, clearing the fund, and ending the claim settlement flow. The consumption organization and the insurance company carry out fund clearing, and the insurance company carries out transfer on the corresponding amount.
In this embodiment, the insurance data management module can directly generate a fund pool according to the claim settlement policy and directly deduct corresponding funds from the fund pool according to the consumption billing data of the consuming institution, so that the user does not need to pay funds in advance, thereby reducing the economic pressure brought to the user.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a safety mechanism device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the safety mechanism device 800 includes:
a receiving module 801, configured to receive consumption bill data uploaded by a consuming mechanism device;
a determining module 802, configured to determine, based on the block chain, a claim settlement policy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data;
the generating module 803 is configured to generate a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement policy, so that the consuming institution device deducts funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption billing data.

In addition, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a consumer mechanism device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the consumer mechanism apparatus 900 includes:

Specifically, referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an insurance mechanism device, which includes a bus 1001, a transceiver 1002, an antenna 1003, a bus interface 1004, a processor 1005, and a memory 1006.
The transceiver 1002 is used for receiving consumption bill data uploaded by consumption organization equipment;
a processor 1005, configured to determine, based on the blockchain, a claim settlement policy for the user corresponding to the consumption billing data; and generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy, so that the consuming institution equipment deducts funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
Further, the processor 1005 is further configured to obtain an authentication result of the user from the blockchain, where the authentication result is written into the blockchain by an authentication mechanism device through a prediction machine, and the authentication mechanism device is independent from other devices outside the blockchain; determining a qualitative result of the user according to the identification result; under the condition that the qualitative result meets the claim settlement condition, acquiring a policy list of the user from a preset database, wherein the preset database is a database on insurance agency equipment and is used for storing policy purchase records, user information and user authorization records;
the transceiver 1002 is further configured to push the policy list to the client of the user, and receive a selection result fed back by the client, where the selection result is a selection result determined by the user based on the policy list;
the processor 1005 is further configured to determine a claim settlement policy of the user based on the selection result.
Further, the processor 1005 is further configured to store the claim settlement policy in a preset database; and/or encrypting the claim settlement strategy by using the signature of the user, and uploading the encrypted claim settlement strategy to the block chain.
Further, the processor 1005 is further configured to filter the consumption bill data according to the claim settlement policy, so as to obtain filtered consumption bill data; and generating a corresponding fund pool in the consumption mechanism equipment so that the consumption mechanism equipment deducts funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data.
Further, the processor 1005 is further configured to generate a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement policy;
the transceiver 1002 is further configured to send a first request to a fund pool in the consuming institution device, where the first request carries the screened consumption bill data, so that the fund pool deducts funds in a quota corresponding to the screened consumption bill from the fund pool according to the first request.
Further, the transceiver 1002 is further configured to receive a fund transfer record of the consuming institution device, and upload the fund transfer record to the block chain;
the processor 1005 is further configured to clear the fund pool based on the fund transfer record if the preset claim ending condition is met.
Further, the processor 1005 is further configured to, in a case that it is detected that the user purchases insurance, obtain a policy purchase record, user information and a user authorization record of the user, where the user information at least includes a user signature, and the user authorization record at least includes a ul authorization of the authentication result and a ul authorization of the consumption bill data; uploading the insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record to the block chain, and storing the insurance policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record in a preset database.
In fig. 10, a bus architecture (represented by bus 1001), bus 1001 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, and bus 1001 links together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 1005, and memory, represented by memory 1006. The bus 1001 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 1004 provides an interface between the bus 1001 and the transceiver 1002. The transceiver 1002 may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. Data processed by the processor 1005 is transmitted over a wireless medium via the antenna 1003, and further, the antenna 1003 receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 1005.
Processor 1005 is responsible for managing bus 1001 and general processing, and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And memory 1006 may be used for storing data used by processor 1005 in performing operations.
Alternatively, the processor 1005 may be a CPU, ASIC, FPGA or CPLD.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the embodiment of the insurance claim settlement method based on a block chain, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the computer program is not described herein again. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a safety mechanism device, including: the processor, the memory, and the program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, when executed by the processor, implement each process of the embodiment of the insurance claim settlement method based on the block chain, and can achieve the same technical effect, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a consumer device, which includes a bus 1101, a transceiver 1102, an antenna 1103, a bus interface 1104, a processor 1105 and a memory 1106.
The transceiver 1102 is configured to send the consumption bill data to the insurance agency device, so that the insurance agency device determines, based on the block chain, a claim settlement policy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data; generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy;
a processor 1105 for deducting funds in a corresponding amount from the fund pool based on the consumption billing data.
Optionally, the transceiver 1102 is configured to receive a first request sent by the insurance agency device, where the first request carries the screened consumption bill data, and the screened consumption bill data is obtained by screening the consumption bill data by the insurance agency device according to a claim settlement policy;
a processor 1105 for deducting funds from the fund pool in an amount corresponding to the filtered bill for consumption in response to the first request.
In fig. 11, a bus architecture (represented by the bus 1101), the bus 1101 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, the bus 1101 linking together various circuits including one or more processors represented by the processor 1105 and a memory represented by the memory 1106. The bus 1101 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 1104 provides an interface between the bus 1101 and the transceiver 1102. The transceiver 1102 may be one element or multiple elements, such as multiple receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. Data processed by processor 1105 is transmitted over a wireless medium via antenna 1103. further, antenna 1103 may receive and transmit data to processor 1105.
Processor 1105 is responsible for managing bus 1101 and the usual processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management and other control functions. While memory 1106 may be used to store data used by processor 1105 in performing operations.
Alternatively, the processor 1105 may be a CPU, ASIC, FPGA, or CPLD.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the embodiment of the insurance claim settlement method based on a block chain, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a consuming mechanism device, including: the processor, the memory, and the program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, when executed by the processor, implement each process of the embodiment of the insurance claim settlement method based on the block chain, and can achieve the same technical effect, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. An insurance claim settlement method based on a block chain is applied to insurance agency equipment which is respectively connected with consumption agency equipment and the block chain, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving consumption bill data uploaded by the consumption mechanism equipment;
determining a claim settlement strategy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain;
and generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy so that the consumption institution equipment deducts funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a claim settlement policy for a user corresponding to the consumption billing data based on the blockchain comprises:
obtaining an authentication result of the user from the blockchain, wherein the authentication result is written into the blockchain by an authentication mechanism device through a prediction machine, and the authentication mechanism device is independent of other devices outside the blockchain;
determining a qualitative result of the user according to the identification result;
under the condition that the qualitative result meets the claim settlement condition, acquiring a policy list of the user from a preset database, wherein the preset database is a database on the insurance agency equipment and is used for storing policy purchase records, user information and user authorization records;
pushing the policy list to a client of the user, and receiving a selection result fed back by the client, wherein the selection result is a selection result determined by the user based on the policy list;
and determining the claim settlement strategy of the user based on the selection result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the determining a claim policy for the user based on the selection result, the method further comprises:
storing the claim settlement strategy in the preset database; and/or encrypting the claim settlement strategy by using the signature of the user, and uploading the encrypted claim settlement strategy to the block chain.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement policy to enable the consuming institution device to deduct funds in a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption billing data comprises:
screening the consumption bill data according to the claim settlement strategy to obtain screened consumption bill data;
and generating a corresponding fund pool in the consumption mechanism equipment so that the consumption mechanism equipment deducts funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the screened consumption bill data.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of generating a corresponding fund pool at the consuming institution device to enable the consuming institution device to deduct funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the filtered consumption bill data comprises:
and sending a first request to a fund pool in the consumption institution equipment, wherein the first request carries the screened consumption bill data, so that the fund pool deducts funds of a limit corresponding to the screened consumption bill from the fund pool according to the first request.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the consuming mechanism device generates a corresponding fund pool to cause the consuming mechanism device to deduct funds in a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the filtered consumption billing data, the method further comprises:
receiving a fund transfer record of the consumption institution equipment, and uploading the fund transfer record to the block chain;
and under the condition that a preset claim settlement ending condition is met, clearing funds in the fund pool based on the fund transfer record.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to the determining, based on the blockchain, a claim settlement policy for the user for which the consumption billing data corresponds, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the user is detected to purchase insurance, acquiring a policy purchase record, user information and a user authorization record of the user, wherein the user information at least comprises a user signature, and the user authorization record at least comprises a uplink authorization of the authentication result and a uplink authorization of the consumption bill data;
uploading the policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record to the block chain, and storing the policy purchase record, the user information and the user authorization record to the preset database.
8. An insurance claim settlement method based on a block chain is applied to consumption mechanism equipment, and the consumption mechanism equipment is connected with insurance mechanism equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
sending the consumption bill data to the insurance agency equipment, so that the insurance agency equipment determines a claim settlement strategy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain; generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy;
and deducting funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein deducting funds from the fund pool in a corresponding amount based on the billing data comprises:
receiving a first request sent by the insurance mechanism equipment, wherein the first request carries the screened consumption bill data, and the screened consumption bill data is obtained by screening the consumption bill data by the insurance mechanism equipment according to the claim settlement strategy;
and in response to the first request, deducting funds in a credit corresponding to the filtered consumption bill from the fund pool.
10. A safety mechanism apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the consumption bill data uploaded by the consumption mechanism equipment;
the determining module is used for determining a claim settlement strategy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain;
and the generation module is used for generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy so that the consumption mechanism equipment deducts funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
11. A consumer mechanism device, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the sending module is used for sending consumption bill data to insurance agency equipment so that the insurance agency equipment determines a claim settlement strategy of a user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on a block chain; generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy;
and the deducting module is used for deducting funds of a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
12. A safety mechanism device is characterized by comprising a transceiver and a processor,
the transceiver is used for receiving the consumption bill data uploaded by the consumption mechanism equipment;
the processor is used for determining a claim settlement strategy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain; and generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy, so that the consumption mechanism equipment deducts funds in a corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
13. A consumer mechanism device comprising a transceiver and a processor,
the transceiver is used for sending the consumption bill data to insurance mechanism equipment so that the insurance mechanism equipment can determine a claim settlement strategy of the user corresponding to the consumption bill data based on the block chain; generating a corresponding fund pool according to the claim settlement strategy;
and the processor is used for deducting funds of corresponding amount from the fund pool according to the consumption bill data.
14. A safety mechanism apparatus, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the block chain based insurance claim method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
15. A consumer mechanism device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the block chain based insurance claim settlement method of any one of claims 8 to 9.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the block chain-based insurance claim method of any one of claims 1 to 7; or which computer program when executed by a processor carries out the steps of the block chain based insurance claim method of any one of claims 8 to 9.
